General Email Mailbox Provided

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: We used mailtastic and several other signature tools in pair with it. Syncing between Outlook and other environments was not the best.

Pros:

Everyone knows how to use it and how it works. Basic interface is easy to understand. A lot of existing solutions and unique features. Native sync and connections to Microsoft tools.

Cons:

Using it on other platforms than PC is challenging depending on business needs and other software used. Some features, addons, toolkits are not available on Mac OS.

New Outlook is a step backward.

3.0 5 months ago

Pros:

It's still a functional tool, in which I live by the minute through the workday.

Cons:

The New release is a step backward, as it is clunky and has lost some of it's previous functionality. Microsoft is forcing me to re-learn how to use their product for my own workflow and it appears they changed it just for the sake of changing it.

A very popular email management software

4.0 8 months ago

Pros:

I like how it integrates with other Microsoft products. It is extremely straightforward to use. Perfect for those who primarily use Microsoft.

Cons:

I don't like how you can't upload a pdf to an email signature. You can only add .jpg or .png, which means that your signature images will not be hyperlinked. Other than that, no complaints!

The All-In-One App for Your Daily Business Needs

4.0 5 months ago

Comments: It is a pleasant all-in-one app that integrates everything I need to do at work in one place when interacting with my colleagues and external contacts.

Pros:

It connects all the productive parts of the daily life of a working person in one life - email, calendar, contacts and tasks and then onto the rest of the Office 365 Apps

Cons:

It is very cluttered when on a small Surface Pro screen - you need a big display when all the alerts and insight views are enabled.

The most dependable email solution out there

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Excellent, from day one it has been a key and pivotal tool for communication and productivity. The new addition to adding a thumbs up to an email you've read is really helpful rather than replying with a thank you.

Pros:

Integration across the Microsoft 365 suite of apps. In particular the advances made between this working in harmony with MS Teams has improved productivity.

Cons:

The browser version can sometimes not provide the same notifications as the desktop version. This could be down to user error, but I'd want a more seamless experience between the two without the need to alter any settings. Desktop and mobile app however sync brilliantly.

MS Outlook, is there even another option?

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: I've been using it forever, and don't see myself using anything else. Maybe Mozilla Thunderbird if I'm feeling nostalgic

Pros:

Easy to use, customize. straight forward. widely adopted among other businesses

Cons:

I am not a fan of the "new outlook" as it function more like the web application, but as a desktop application. Some features are not available on the new one (which I think they're working on adding hopefully)

I love Microsoft Outlook

5.0 10 months ago

Comments: My overall experience on the scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 9 only reason I don't give it a 10 is because I don't know how to use some of the features

Pros:

I use my Outlook as my main way to communicate with all my clients and customers. I'm in real estate, the use emails daily. One feature I really like is what is on my Outlook at home, is also on my Outlook at the office computer, and on my cell phone.

Cons:

I really don't have any cons, except sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming all it can do.

MIcrosoft Outlook the email client

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: I may say Microsoft Outlook is mandatory if you have a business email and send and receive a lot of mails.
I think it's the best email client, you can manage all your emails is a very smart way; the interface is clean and intuitive. You can create your own folders and add rules to them to organize the messages. There are a lot of addons for Outlook for a useful integration with most used (third party) programs. The calendar will help you to schedule your appointments, meetings and task to do.
If you need information you will easily find the answer on internet.
It's worth the price!

Pros:

Easy to use Lot of support and informations Lot of addons

Cons:

You need a license I don't like some layout changes of features

Exploring the Power of Microsoft Outlook

5.0 last year

Comments: I like using Microsoft Outlook, which I use on a daily basis. My team and I find it more convenient as everything we need is readily available. It just facilitates smooth communication.

Pros:

Outlook is available across multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile), ensuring accessibility of emails and data across devices. Outlook has strong security features. The mailbox's filtering features make it possible to quickly and precisely retrieve particular emails, contacts, or data. The powerful calendar functionality in Outlook helps users stay organized and on top of their responsibilities by allowing simple scheduling, reminders, and task integration.

Cons:

Outlook's vast feature set may be too much for inexperienced or less tech-savvy users to handle, making the learning curve more difficult.

Have a great experience with outlook

4.0 last year

Comments: I use Outlook daily for my work and school, Outlook sends work-related emails and I will reach my colleagues easily by using it. After started using Outlook I rarely took notes to write down some information that I wanted to save for the next day or future, I can just put all the information on the date I want and save it, and I will get reminded when the time comes.

Pros:

These days I use Outlook as a major emailing platform at the workplace, I like how easy and organized it is. besides using it to send and receive email, it is the best platform to add events like setting up schedules and meetings or it can be anything plus it has a great feature that you can save as much information on each day's calendar as many as you want. The feature I also enjoy is that I can customize the interface by changing the color or background.

Cons:

it is the perfect emailing platform course i use Gmail at the same time, not because Outlook has limited access but because my first account is that, and with some activities, Gmail is more convenient.
