The ability to customize views and settings is great and allows each user to personalize Outlook based on their needs and preferences. Outlook can be accessed using the desktop software, web and mobile devices which allows all users to determine which application best works for them and their situation. Outlook is easy to access and connects quite easily; we do not often experience bugs or issues and when we do, they are often repaired or fixed quickly. Microsoft applications, including Outlook, have strong security features which ensures great filtering of junk/spam e-mails and ensures cyber safety. > > **Cons**: When new employees join, they can sometimes find Outlook overwhelming because of the number of features. Furthermore, those with large mailboxes do experience performance issues, especially when searching for specific e-mails.
