I’m only a single-property owner, so in commercial terms I’m probably the lowest priority customer – yet I’ve always been treated as if my business genuinely matters. Managing a house in Antigua while living in the UK adds extra complexity, especially as most of their customer base is US-focused, but the team consistently helps me navigate those challenges. The platform also does everything I need right now – channel management, automation, payments and guest communications – and gives me room to grow as I get more advanced. > > **Cons**: The main downside has been timelines for new features. While I needed some help with the initial tech set up, once it's up and running it is easy to use, and if I have a question then the US based OR team is quick to help. Access to property damage protection \& travel insurance policies is a key feature, as well as authorization to collect contracts and deposits from Airbnb guests, and access to the most strict cancellation policies on Airbnb. OwnerRez has a great team of dedicated folks ready to help, whether you have one rental, or dozens.
