> **Cons**: Unpaid PTO time is the default so we have a lot of employees making errors.  Another dislike is while in the system working it keeps asking if I want to keep this session.  It is like the system doesn't recognize movement within the software.  If you don't select to keep it active you have to log in again.  That is frustrating when working on a timely action.

> Overall I really like the system and it is fairly easy to move about.  I think it could be less steps when entering employee information than it is but for the most part we do like the system.
