The CSC is not helpful, asking one question takes anywhere from 10-30 min to solve if it gets solved, a lot of the times they have to escalate it to the internal team and get back with you in 7-10 days. Also all of the CSC is hired over seas so their English is horrible and half the time you cant understand what they are saying. > > Overall it is not a horrible EMR, it does have a lot of features that other EMRs do not have.
