They do provide a workaround that is accessible through an internet browser; however, I have found it not to be very user friendly and is honestly kind of clunky compared to merely opening an application. My only other complaint is that the software eventually times out from the server and either has error messages or needs to be restarted. I understand that there is probably no getting around this, but it should take longer to have issues in my opinion. > > Overall, I have had good experiences with RentWorks compared to other rental software I have used.
