"Top Shelf WMS out of the box"

Pros: The ease of training new employees, the ability to connect to most any 3rd party shopping cart, the EDI functionality. The auto-billing feature is an enormous time-saver. I really appreciate that 3PL Central is also looking to improve their software and will take input from their clients as to updates and changes that would be beneficial.

Cons: 3PLCentral is constantly making improvements and updates to make the system more efficient, user friendly and to meet the changing demands of the 3PL market. That being said, their documentation and notices surrounding the updates could improve dramatically.

"Good Review"

Pros: The software is very easy to use. It is user friendly for everyone. It is very easy to navigate if you aren't sure how to use it.

Cons: Sometimes it is hard to speak with a representative, you have to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes before speaking with someone.

Comments: I would highly recommend 3PL Warehouse Manager. It has been wonderful for us!!

Pros: 3PL Warehouse Manager by 3PL Central Is wonderful Software! You get your Moneys worth! It has made our business and inventory run so much smoother! We would recommend it to others. Extremely user friendly. Their support is incredible.

Cons: If you call for support , the hold times can be a long time.......25 minutes plus. It can be pricey.

"My experience with 3PL software"

Comments: I would definately recommend 3PL software to anyone in the 3PL business. We have been very pleased with the functionality, cost and customer support. Also, 3PL is always looking for ways to improve their product...most always without additional costs.

Pros: Web-based 3PL software is exactly what we need at Falcon. Being web-based, we are able to access our data easily, and our customers are able to view their transactions and inventory 24/7. This fact alone helps reduce the number of customer service calls for routine information. Another savings comes from the absence of upfront infrastructure expense required with site-based systems. Rather than ordering equipment and software and waiting for it to be installed and secured, we were up and running almost immediately. We would not choose anything other than 3PL software for our needs.

Cons: The only thing I could consider a con at this point is possibly the restrictions we currently have with running our shipping labels through 3PL. Although, there are some labels setup, we are not adequate for our needs, so we have a separate program set up where we enter and print our labels. I do know, however, that this issue is before the developers, and we anticipate upgrades in this area soon.

"Has been the best software for inventory.."

Pros: very helpful in keeping track of the inventory that we had in the warehouse and helping us in knowing what we needed to order more of. Easy to make labels for the items we are needing to keep track of or needing to ship.

"Helpful System for Supply Chain"

Pros: This warehouse system I think would have a great help for the warehouse manager to properly control and analyze the inbound and outbound process of the warehouse.

Cons: The system is not that very user friendly, especially to those employees that are not technical. The management will have to provide an intensive training on how to use this system properly and accurately.

Pros: Its could based feature make it a powerful software to handle warehouses daily works, its interface make control of everything just easy

Cons: Almost cover all needs of Warehouse management, but could take advantage of a more user friendly combustible interface

Pros: This product is great when it comes to order monitoring and inventory makes accurate. Easy to use.

Cons: Just improve more the features to be more compelling. Great customer support by the way.

Comments: Pretty good inventory management software, easy to use and learn! It took our team about a week to learn how to use this software. Many options and very easy to customize to your needs! I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a great system to manage you inventory!

"Falcon Worldwide Distribution"

Comments: 3PL is an integral part of the success of our business and the success for the future. We see 3PL as a true partner as we grow and develop.

Pros: Excellent for ease of use and training. 3PL format has allowed our employees to be much more effective for order entry, document preparation, and inventory management for our customers. Very good login capabilities for customers to gain real time information. Excellent customer support by 3PL staff.
Effective tool when courting new customers. Automatic emails and login for customers + ability to promote multiple warehouse locations is strong selling point.

Cons: Took some time to have new features requested for followup. Initial EDI implementation took longer than expected. This may have been more for the EDI partner than 3PL, but all tied together.
Report writer would be great enhancement feature we are looking for in the future.

"3PL Central User Review"

Comments: This has been a great system for us.
It's very easy to use
The integration was relatively quick and easy.
Almost immediately we began to reap the benefits/efficiencies 3PL Central provides.
The added functionality has improved our offerings & service to our current clients and has also been a great sales tool. The customer service has been very responsive to our needs.
They've been excellent at listening to our requests and promptly modifying the system.
3PL Central has worked great for us.
I'd fully recommend it as a WMS solution.

Pros: -Very easy to set up and get started.
-Intuitive interface.
-Responsive customer service with frequent updates based on our needs/requests.
-Affordable yet robust.
-Direct access for our clients.

Cons: -Shipping module isn't great.
-Inability to do ad-hoc reporting.
-No current Quickbooks billing integration (but on the plus side, this is something they are working on based on client input).

"3PL Central"

Comments: Great solution for small to mid-sized 3PL providers.

Pros: The product has been a great solution for us as it's very inexpensive and uncomplicated to implement and run. Our core business is Foodserviec and we did not want to implement a full warehouse management package to run our 3PL business so we looked for SaaS solutions instead. 3PL Central was among the least expensive we found and it has all of the core functionality we need. Customer service/support are excellent. The product is being improved on constantly. Although not the most sophisticated package on the market it offers a strong value.

Cons: Ease of use is not what it could be because of a few shortcomings like not being able to alpha search product descriptions for order entry or reciever entry.

"Worked pretty great"

Pros: Fulfillment is very simple. It wasn't hard to export orders and import orders.

Cons: Inventory issues before new inventory system. We sometimes had issues keeping track of our inventory.

Pros: Very user-friendly and provides a platform for which users can quickly integrate current data into the product.

Cons: The product is relatively pricey relative to its competitors; but I find great value due to the superior qualities embedded in system.

Pros: HWC Logistics has been using 3PL Central from many years in all of our southeast locations including Atlanta, Savannah, and Charlotte, NC. We have been very pleased with the service and expertise based on the value paid for the application. They are quick to answer questions, and support has been top-notch!

Cons: We don't have anything that we dislike.

Pros: This product and the whole application tool was so helpful for my team and myself to fully understand what it takes have a successful warehouse operation.

"Missing core features for our business"

Pros: Low monthly cost
Web-based service that we don't have to host.
Access for customers and employees can be set up.

Cons: Customization of reports is a long, involved, and costly procedure in our experience.
Support services are not efficient (often get rotated between a service team and have to explain the issue multiple times).

"Poor Customer service and support"

Comments: Terrible customer service and support. The training session was done very well but i'm still waiting for the customer service and support to solve an issue since July. There is no follow up, no updates, no solutions on their side.
Software is pretty basic too.

Pros: Once I became familiar with the program, I find it easy to use and dependable.

Cons: The Accounting portion of the program is confusing.

once you do agree to pay they take months to review your request and dont communicate well about it

Comments: working with 3p has been nothing but the best! Yes, 3pl might take longer than usual to respond to certain inquiries but lets be realistic here, we as humans can only do so much in a day! If I need a quick response I simply call 3pl and provide them my case # and they help right away! It is a very straight forward system to use and is very simple to navigate. Smart View update is looking to be a great update to help in so many new functions that are very easy to manage! I use 3pl all day everyday! Love the help I get from all agents over there.

Pros: It is a very straight forward software to manage. Smart View update seems to be a lot helpful!!

Cons: The fact that I had to learn the new update, but with the help of the 3pl team I was able to figure things out. not so much a Con. lol...
