> **Pros**: not difficult to navigate. easy to go back and find things from past.

> **Cons**: 2 things when we go back to find a created invoice from the past it puts the current date in for the  invoice if you need to print it out. for example i need to show proof that an item was invoiced and invoice was done on 2-4-2019 well it is easy to find that invoice but when printed out it will put in today's date 3-12-2020.
  other thing is when creating a transfer on item like car or pick-up truck there is no type of class code to select. would hel if there was a code for say vehicle to cover that.

> **Pros**: the system is very intuitive, reports easy to run.  the screens are easy to switch back and forth when working on a detailed entry.

> **Cons**: it was quite different from previous software platform so there was a learning curve, but the support team was extremely helpful with this.

> we rely on this software to maintain an accurate inventory of District assets. it is a useful tool when processing out equipment that is obsolete.  we also use this system with capital projects and audit assistance.
we have a solid relationship with the various members of the AMS team, always helpful and striving to find solutions to our questions or particular issues.
