Zentitle Review

Comments: It does what we need. Wish we could get a couple new features without migrating to Zentitle2, but understand why the dividing line exists.

Pros:

It gets us the functionality we need and the support has been good when an issue arises.

Cons:

The leap from Zentitle v10 to Zentitle2 is managable, but definitely not effortless. Unfortunately we have some products that are built specifically around the way v10 worked. Had we known Zentitle2 was not going to work the same way, we might have made some different decisions during development.

Swithed and adopting to a new licensing system

Pros:

Fantastic flexibility is key in how we license our software and features in order to provide a smooth experience for our end users. Zentitle delivered on this and more.Enough tools to provide us with what we need to integrate with our existing business systems.EUP is easy to set up giving our users more control over managing and distributing our licenses.

Cons:

Back end-user experience is improving all the time.

Using Nalpeiron for licensing services

Comments: It gives us the ability to protect our software from being stolen while managing user access.

Pros:

Nalpeiron does a great job of providing various licensing options (one-time, subscription, trials, etc.).

Cons:

The backend can be difficult at times to use. Some of the search features are limited. Additionally, it can take a while for analytics on the software to load. The customer support can be limited at times, too.

Zentitle is a very good for licensing products

Comments: I have used Zentitle for about 10 years and it definitely the best licensing I have worked with in my support career. I have worked with around 10 different licensing and used many others with the products I purchased. None have been as reliable, easy to use and implement for support and Customers alike. There is always room for improvement, but the critical areas are well done. Support is very responsive and has been very helpful. Overall, a very good experience with this tool.

Pros:

Easy to implement, use and extremely rare to have downtime for our customers. Reporting on license usage is easy to provide to our customers.

Cons:

Account Based Licensing Layout does require to use or can be hard to find needed functionally

Zentitle Saticefaction

Pros:

I find this product very easy to use. The ability to turn on and turn off customer access or reissue a license is priceless. Sentinel keys do not have this ability--you have no control over customer use. If you need to add a product to the license it is simply a mouse-click. If there are more than one user, you simply add the number of users to a single license. Previously we had to mail new sentinel keys for each one needed.

Cons:

I don't have anything to report at this time, but believe me, the benefits out way the use of sentinel keys.

Great product for startups and also for growing businesses.

Comments: Overall has been a good experience. I would recommend that if you are looking for a license solution, to try them, we have been very happy with the support from them, and the services provided.

Pros:

Zentitle overall does a great job in getting a license solution to customers - I am happy that the solution works well.The tool has plenty of features to match business requirements. We have changed our needs over the years, and they have had options available to facilitate/address these needs.The product was quite easy to integrate, which lowers cost and time to get your product up and running/to market.Maintaining an in-house solution would be expensive and time consuming. Zentitle provides a service where you do not need to worry about this and focus on your business.

Cons:

There have been performance issues with the license portal, but have mostly been addressed, and within a decent time frame.They are also updating the portal UI (to help resolve some of these performance issues) which was great news, so it shows they are re-investing in the product. Something I like to see from a partner.

Comprehensive license management that just works

Comments: Easy to set up and integrate into our products, straightforward experience for activation by customers (including an option for offline license activation), and reliable license management infrastructure that helps us keep our customers happy.

Pros:

Zentitle is easy to integrate into our products and has been completely reliable, which is crucial for us to ensure a good customer experience.

Cons:

No license activation server available in China, although there were options for us to host our own activation server in China with Zentitle 2.

Great product for business

Comments: I would recommend, if you look for license solution just try them and you will like their product.

Pros:

Zentitle does a great job in getting a license solution to customers. The product is easy to integrate. Zentitle provides a service that you do not need to worry about.

Cons:

There have been some performance issues need to improve with start up license portal, In general Nalpeiron have responded to our needs are always promptly.

Comments: Zentitle has been a reliable licensing solution for our company. Its user-friendly interface and robust reporting capabilities have significantly streamlined our license management processes. While the account-based licensing layout could be improved for quicker navigation, Zentitle has exceeded our expectations overall. The responsive support team has been instrumental in ensuring a smooth experience.

Nalpeiron offers a comprehensive suite of licensing options, accommodating diverse customer needs with one-time, subscription, and trial models.

Cons:

The backend's search functionality could be enhanced. There are limitations in search capabilities, requiring additional refinement.

Easy Integration

Pros:

It easily integrated with our software and allowed us to be flexible with our activations.

Cons:

There are a few features we would like to see added, but we believe they will be available in the future.

Easy and Reliable

Comments: My go to app for working with customers and ensuring they are working efficiently with our software.

Pros:

Use daily for troubleshooting customers. Can easily see how long they’ve been licensed, total users, renewal date and account they registered with. Very seamless.

Cons:

I leave it open all day and het logged out periodically.

All in one solution in an easy to use user interface

Pros:

Wide variety of licensing methods. Serve both conventional distribution channels and modern applications, a platform that gives us certainty that our future needs are covered. Analytics part gives that extra info we used to lack.

Cons:

Not really anything I don't like. Some areas might require improvements, but in general Nalpeiron have responded to our needs always promptly.

Easy to implement an intelligent, out-of-the-box licensing solution

Pros:

Variety of licensing models and options available. Easy to implement with sample code and support (had a viable integration in only a few days). Comprehensive APIs and other solutions for communication between app and Zentitle. No significant downtime or end user issues encountered so far.

Cons:

Management portal's design is dated and requires jumping around to accomplish fairly basic tasks.

Software Licensing

Pros:

Ease of use and ability to control licenses as needed. Online portal and ability to issue licenses without a separate application.

Cons:

Still a developing product and the integrations were limited at the time. Since then, it has improved significantly.

Excellent choice for managing licenses and the challenges that come with doing that.

Comments: Very professional and hope to be able to find other opportunities in the future as well.

Pros:

We had a large list of priorities and Zentitle checked all of the boxes. The team was extremely responsive and easy to work with as well.

Cons:

Nothing really. The feature set they offered is very rich.

Nalperion Does Exactly What They Say They Do

Comments: We have been using Nalperions Software Licensing( http://www.nalpeiron.com/ ) service for the past 12 months and we are more than satisfied. After trying several others(free trials, demos), we plan to stick with them for the foreseeable future.
