Pros:

Convoso has been a game changer for our team. Their predictive dialer has improved our contact rate and efficiency. The ease and simplicity of their system makes implementation easy and gives our team members quick access to better results. Their team has been with us every step of the way walking us through any questions or roadblocks we have run into with quick solutions. They are friendly and meet with us as often as needed to ensure our success in all aspects of Convoso. Convoso's robust reporting has given us the data and information we have been lacking to give us better lead measures to help our team improve. It gives us the numbers to make us more effective in all we are working towards.

Cons:

It would help us if the reporting was more easily specified for the lead measures we need to see.

Comments: Over all Convoso has been good to us but lately its has been having a few issues

Pros:

I like how user friendly Convoso is. The buttons are color coded and are very easy to figure out.

Cons:

How Slow it has been lately. Has also been glitching and freezing up putting us into a forced pause. Making it so we have to be logged out by a supervisor.

Very good option for VOIP calling for any call center!

Pros:

I like the whisper feature, the way I can track calls and all the other features that are available!

Cons:

It seems to go down sometimes which can be very inconvenient but they get it back up very quickly, theres not a lot of downtime when there are issues.

The future of call centers!

Pros:

It makes everything so easy! From taking clients calls, to tracking their information and being able to call them directly back. It's everything you need to be successful all in one place. With the bonus of never having to give clients your personal phone number.

Cons:

Only problem I have sometimes is the quality of the audio. I frequently have issues with echos or static noise during my calls. Or clients just can't hear me at all.

Comments: I've used it before. once you learn it and get the hang of it, its easy, simple and a good way to make sure you're staying on top of your work.

Pros:

the ease to use, the way it manages calls, lead, and allows us to set call backs. allows management to set up and change disposition titles when needed. love that it has a voicemail system as well

Cons:

its pretty much micromanagement on a computer. with my bosses now they are amazing and aren't hounding us, but my previous experience i felt convoso made it impossible to be a normal human with needs and was a snitch lol. almost a threat to my job. i feel the experience depends on YOUR management team

Great Product!

Pros:

I really appreciate how easy it is to use Convoso. As a remote employee I am able to stay engaged with the company I work for. I am able to switch channels quickly from asking management questions so that I may provide great customer service to my customers to engaging my teammates so that we can support each other and motivate each other throughout our work day.

Cons:

I have not had any negative experiences using Convoso.

Good dialer. Great customization

Pros:

I like that it is fully customizable from color schemes to user types and user permissions. You can tailor it exactly to your needs.

Cons:

The customizations and settings are confusing and difficult to set up. There is a knowledge base but it does not answer every question and when you call in for help, they won't make the changes for you even though they are familiar with their system; they make you painstakingly figure out how to configure it taking hours from your work day. Simple settings like configuring company voicemail become overwhelming endeavors that are not easy to remember for the future.

Comments: It is a time saver! It is worth it in my opinion.

Pros:

I love the predictive dialing and connection. It allows opportunity to let the dialer make all your calls instead of taking the time to dial on a phone. The time it takes to dial a number, convoso will have already called and connected in a fraction of the time.

Cons:

The time it takes once a potential customer answers to when I am connected. A lot of times the potential client is saying "hello... hello..." by the time I am connected and see the contact information.

Comments: I like it, my first time using a dialer for my industry (moving) but so far as I get more familiarized I can see it working best during our peak season as far as maximizing our contact and earning potential.

The auto dialer, the Telephony feature, the ease of scheduling callbacks and having them automatically dialed. It has not only maximized my contact with quoted customers and previously auto-blocked customers, but it has also helped me and my supervisors monitor the areas of improvement I need to work on to reach my maximum sale potential. I wish there was an infinit lead search, and I wish that the lead telephone number was formatted as (123) 456-789, instead of 123456789.
