> **Pros**: Overall I have used this product, with two different companies, for a total of 6 years.  I use it mainly for the analysis of data and it is very easy to get the information I need.  I can easily export data to a CSV or Excel file and manipulate it to provide useful management information.  It is also very user friendly for people using it for booking on a day to day basis.  If we want to ensure that certain information is always recorded, we can make a field mandatory so there is a lot of flexibility with the programme.  The support we receive is excellent and the providers are always prepared to go above and beyond when trying to find a solution to any problem.  There is no call centre, queing or irritating on hold music.  We almost invariably get to speak to the same person who understands your business and our needs.

> **Cons**: When exporting data it would be useful if the field names gave a better indication of what they contain - for example, the field you need to export the revenue for a booking is 'sub-total'.  However, the support is very good and if I explain what information I need, they are always able to tell me which fields to export straight away.
