> **Pros**: There nothing which  you like.Highly disappointing. even if there product is not working they charge you.Once they download there software on your machine their job done.They dont bother weather client is using it or not .

> **Cons**: There is a Huge Communication Gap Between sales \& Delivery.I have described all my problem to sales people .They told me go for Busy all your problem will be solved.I have asked  them to use product for 1 month .They charged 5000 + GST for 2 month.I have not used there product even for a Day.They denied to return my money.there team was not able to upload my tally Data to busy.So Please be cautious before paying full amount.

> **Cons**: I am a Chartered Accountant.The software is very tedious and complicated in working. They sales manager comes and pitch for the software buying by assuring for services and take software fees immediately. And when issues are raised they don't pick the call nor they give satisfactory solution. And on being dissatisfied, we ask for refund of software fees, they say it is not possible.
