"eMoney Review"
Comments: We have felt like the LMS has been pretty easy to work through, but there are a large amount of clicks that are needed to get from one point to another. Every now and then we run into little tiny issues that we can't really figure out. Any time we've had an issue and reached out to customer service we have never had them return an answer that was correct or within a month of the initial problem. They will respond back to us way after we have already figured out the problem on our own by trial and error.

"Highly Recommended Absorb LMS"
Comments: Very impressed with Absorb's LMS. The most progressive and intuitive platform I have seen to date. No other LMS allows you to brand the interface to such detail and the user experience is highly usable and intuitive. Great execution of thoughtful design.

"This is a great product, you will not be dissappointed."
Comments: This is a great product, you will not be dissappointed.
Pros: Very intutive and user friendly. Simple LMS - not one of these huges systems where you don't use the majority of the features. Cost effective. Very easy to train staff on. Doesn't require an entire technical team to mantain the LMS.
Cons: I don't really have any. This LMS works perfectly for our needs.

"LMS Review"
Pros: The reporting capabilities. I like how easy it is to see if a group has done the required modules that were assigned and the ability to export to Excel.
Cons: It could be a little more user-friendly on the admin side as far as setting up new courses.

"CubeSmart Absorb Implementation"
Comments: Absorb provided the best support possible as we transitioned from our former LMS platform. The data migration was challenging and Mathieu Brillon and his team provided tremendous support at every turn, resulting in our being able to implement on-time and with much success. Our end users love the simplicity of the interface and find it to be very easy to use. We have had few issues--mostly username resets-- since launching on 1-28-15. I highly recommend the product itself and the entire Absorb team.

"This LMS is simple yet very effective, easy to use and great for medium sized companies."
Pros: Ability for our users to become power users and administer the application for their staff. This is helpful for the IT department and allows the users to be in control of their learning.
Cons: We only get one API key so if we need to make any changes or test out changes that we want to make, it takes down our outside facing shopping cart. This can be frustrating, hopefully it will change in the future.

"Absorb LMS review"
Pros: The customization, the ease of use for students, and the customer service are the best aspects of the system.
Cons: I least like the administrative page. It is a bit clunky to navigate, but you do get the hang of it. They are overhauling it and say it will be easier to use once it is implemented, so it remains to be seen.

"Bare bones but straight forward."
Pros: Good customer support. Our account rep is reliable to help us become self sufficient to find our answers as well as troubleshoot larger problems.
Cons: Slowed down after large content add. Feels outdated. Ok for pushing content but no easily searchable or customizable.

"A slick and professional system"
Comments: Absorb LMS is certainly one of the best looking LMSs on the market. The HTML5 interface makes tablet learning an easy addition to our e-learning strategy with little to no extra work. Customer service has been excellent, they've been happy to make changes to the system and respond to our requests promptly. We're certainly looking forward to the new admin interface. Pros: look and feel, design, multi-language (learner and admin), extended enterprise, mercury module, support. Cons: instructor led training, and custom reporting needs upgrading (I have heard this will be improved in Absorb 5) Overall: Great company, nice people, best LMS system in the mid-high market level.

"Pleasant experience with Absorb LMS"
Pros: What I like best about this product is that it is very easy to navigate to the courses I am required to take, as well as find available training courses to build my skill sets.
Cons: I would like to be able to search by category when browsing available training courses rather than by course name.

"Fantastic tool for managing training and other Learning mediums. Great customer support."
Pros: Easy to use and intuitive platform. Works well with most/all file formats. Able to create a wide variety of curricula and training certifications. Fantastic team that works hard to please the end user.
Cons: Some customization (tiles on homepage, style and feel) is limited. Reporting is evolving, but a great tool. Overall a good system.

"Staff goes above and beyond"
Comments: We've been with Absorb for over 2 years and I can say hands down you won't find better support and overall excellent treatment of customers than by Blatant.
Pros: The ease of speaking with Absorb's staff to help resolve issues or problems is unprecedented. They are fast to reply and willing to jump into issues that could very well end up as problems with the compilation of a course, which is beyond the scope of the LMS. If the system doesn't have something, requests are put on a wish list and a good number are implemented with each release.
Cons:
Two things I would like to see implemented:
Customizable reports
24/7 support from Blatant staff. As an international organization, it would be nice, or at least expanded hours.

"Top-notch LMS at a very good price"
Comments: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absorb to any company looking to expand into the online training realm. We have tried out a few LMS' in the past few years, and Absorb continues to be one of the best in the business.
Pros: Absorb has built a top-notch LMS that has a look and feel that users and administrators can both jump right into and use quickly and intuitively. Over the two years we've been with them, they have drastically improved their uptime, implemented useful new features and have always quickly responded to any issues.
Cons: As the company has grown, they are less likely to work with you individually on pricing, and you're also forced to adopt a more cookie-cutter framework to your LMS unless you want to spend a bit more money for customization, but overall their costs are still fairly low.

"Solid LMS program"
Pros: Cloud based with individual user login access. Tracks each individually with a scorecard track. Provides Admin view to see how your team is progressing from individual scores to percentage of the organization progress.
Cons: Video buffering which requires a strong internet connection. Customizable but not easily searchable.

"The system is not intuitive and is more of a 'content management' solution with little ability to deliver data to impact learners or business results."
Comments: As the current admin I inherited this system and have learned how to 'manipulate' it for my needs, but except for the low-cost I would hesitate to recommend anything outside our own customer service experience.
Pros: Customer support has been dedicated and addressed our concerns, however much of the FAQs are only in text format with no video or other engagement methods to demonstrate walk throughs.
Cons: Limited functions, does not allow us to connect learning direct with learners since it has a 'firewall' type sign on mechanism that does not connect hyperlinks to courses. Authoring tool very limited, and searchability is difficult for admin and users.

"Brandable, Intuitive, and Data Rich"
Comments: One of the best things about Absorb compared with other LMS products is the look. Designing a great course and putting it in a dated interface is awful. Absorb's ability to customize the interface and design gives our company the ability to create a brand for our training program that echoes our company's values and web presence. Absorb is intuitive and extremely easy to use. It does not take long to figure out how to create courses, upload content, and set up a myriad of user roles that enhance functionality. The dashboard provides a great overview on activity in the LMS. There are a ton of reports that you can pull for just about any data set you can think of. There is also the ability to save your favorite reports so accessing them is just a click away. As with any product I have worked with, you will encounter a bug here and there. We have, and in general the response of the support team has been great. When there is a bug that has to be sent to developers, it can take some time to iron out. This has been my only source of frustration. Overall I would recommend Absorb to others, particularly those who are looking for an LMS that has a modern look and works well for businesses.

"Great support"
Pros: I was a novice LMS administrator. They worked with me and helped me set up my framework. They were very responsive, helpful and courteous. They never made me feel like I was asking a silly question. It's a very stable hosted website. My company has been with them since 2012. There has been no significant down times in that entire time. It is flexible, supportive, and helpful.
Cons: Some of the reporting did not do what I needed it to do. It was initially hard to set up correctly. Though that could be my user error, it still seemed a little cumbersome. They are migrating their customers to a significant upgrade right now. I can't wait to use the single sign on version they previewed for me.

"Not the ideal LMS, but pretty darn close."
Comments: We love Absorb. It works well and does exactly what we hoped it would. Even with the issues with reports and the test view, it’s still very much worth the money, if not just for the mobile app. We highly recommend Absorb if you’re looking for an easy-to-use LMS software that isn’t absurdly expensive.
Pros: Love the interface. It’s very easy to use, especially once you get the hang of it. There are so many features packed into the system, even in the mobile versions. Having a mobile version is a big plus due to many of our learners using iPads and the like.
Cons: Reporting and exporting reports seem to not work quite as well as we would hope, though it isn’t a deal-breaker. It would be nice to have a way to have a test view of what your learners see. Either by toggling or just a link to preview before everything’s finished.
