Has multiple products I use daily, never gets outdated like my prior office packages, great customer support and easy to install on multiple computers.
Some of the new features and processes are confusing and hard to understand. The system can often run slow and crash and be problematic.

Essential Tool for Seamless Collaboration and Productivity
Comments: My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been excellent. It’s a reliable, feature-rich platform that streamlines collaboration and productivity, despite minor syncing issues.
Pros:
The seamless integration of apps like Word, Excel, and Teams, combined with cloud accessibility through OneDrive, makes collaboration and productivity effortless.
Cons:
The subscription pricing model can be expensive for smaller teams, and occasional syncing issues may disrupt workflows.
Happy Customer
Comments: I am so glad this was an option. It has made my writing so much easier
Pros:
I like pretty much everything about Microsoft 365! Honestly, it just keeps getting better and better.
Cons:
I can't really think of anything I don't like about it. I haven't had any reason to complain about it.
Microsoft 365 is a reliable work partner!
Comments: I really like having access to so many apps from wherever I am and not having to worry that my work won't be there the next time I need to access it from a different device.
Pros:
The ability to work from anywhere; on my PC at home, laptop away, PC at work, or cellphone, and my work will all be where I put it wherever I am next. I also have really come to appreciate the effortless way you can share documents with someone else and they will be updated in real time. It was always so hard to keep track of the latest versions when two or more people are working from the same document.
Cons:
That I have to "Open in desktop" so many times to have the ability to do more within a document/spreadsheet. I also don't like the formatting difference between viewing something in desktop vs 365.
Alternatives Considered:
A well-rounded solution for all the business needs of a company
Comments: Microsoft 365 is the most universal business solution both for SMEs and big corporations as it removes the burden for the IT needs of the organisation.
Pros:
The seamless integration across all business platforms: email - calendar - document editing/handling - cloud storage.
Cons:
The not-so-seamless integration on Apple devices.
prefer gsuite but it works for corporate environments
Comments: i'm very familiar with word and excel but outlook and other components just don't work together as well as they should
Pros:
easy to use across a wide range of product options
Cons:
it can be difficult to collaborate with others
My Microsoft 365 review
Comments: Overall, I like Microsoft 365, I still use it and I will recommend it.
Pros:
I found the voice-to-text function very useful when it was added to Microsoft 365. In fact, it is one of the reasons I still use it today.
Cons:
The productivity level it was giving me was very poor and I needed something faster and more robust. So I could say I did not like the fact that it can be very slow sometimes.
The best of the Microsoft 365 products
Comments: I've been using the Microsoft 365 products to work with multiple projects and files on the cloud.
Pros:
Its biggest advantage is accessibility, as it allows users to work collaboratively in real time from any device. Additionally, regular updates and robust security features make it a reliable choice for businesses
Cons:
It can be expensive for small organizations, and its subscription-based model requires ongoing payments. Some users also find it complex to navigate due to the abundance of features, which may require training for effective utilization.
A great platform for the busy professional
Comments: Overall, I have had a positive experience with 365. The constant updates to make things easier to use are definitely appreciated, and I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.
Pros:
I like the ease of access and the ability to have multiple applications synced and accessible through one platform.
Cons:
There are a few hiccups with integration, especially with co-pilot; however, once you go through the individual apps' training, things become much easier to navigate.
Go-to for enterprise business
Pros:
Ease of use across Outlook and Office, i.e., Word and PowerPoint
Cons:
Cost and non integration with other non Microsoft products
Tools to Help You Work Better Together
Pros:
I adore Dynamics 365's smooth integration with other Microsoft products, which makes managing client interactions and corporate activities in one location simple. Additionally, the customization options are excellent, enabling organizations to adapt it to their unique requirements.
Cons:
I haven't encountered any significant issues with Dynamics 365. It's a comprehensive solution, however novice users may find it a little challenging to set up.
Microsoft 365 - a platform to use every day of the year!
Comments: I was involved with overall implementing the Microsoft 365 platform into our organization and use it on a daily basis with my team to accomplish our organizational goals.
Pros:
The entire package has everything you need to be successful in business and for the tasks that you need to complete, from administrative to project management to accounting, this gets the job done.
Cons:
It can be costly to get licenses for this program or service but the benefits will ultimately outweigh with the cost. It produces better results than competitors.
A Convert to Microsoft 365 for File Storage
Comments: I was suspicious at its effectiveness at first. But now I've used it for roughly 5 years and I am glad for having made the switch.
Pros:
As the title infers, the file storage is fantastic. I used to store files on Dropbox, and while I maintain an account, I don't use it much. Now, I'm more of a fan of Microsoft 365.
Cons:
It does cost some money to retain a substantial amount of storage (which totally makes business sense). And I personally do like other software for graphic design (Canva). But it's still a worthwhile software to be sure, and very good for businesses.
Alternatives Considered:
The most complete Suite for large companies
Comments: In our company, both those of us who manage the suite and the users have had an excellent experience, thanks to the operability and availability of the suite, as well as the easy use of all the options, it is like having all in one
Pros:
What I like most about Microsoft 365 is the large number of tools that this suite offers us, and the connection that exists between them, that is, we have everything at hand without the need to use third-party tools.
Cons:
The tool is super complete, but I really consider it a little high in terms of cost
Alternatives Considered:
An integrated framework for Microsoft business applications
Comments: It provides a convenient and integrated framework for those applications of Microsoft which are essential for the business.
Pros:
It is easy to utilize the Microsoft cloud based system to access our data, emails and cloud from multiple platforms.
Cons:
There is some difference of the functions from each version. It takes a while to learn them. The cost is getting more expensive.
Useful Productivity Tools
Comments: As part of my Microsoft 365 subscriptipon I use Outlook on my desktop and mobile devices every day. I also use Word, PowerPoint and Excel frequently, mainly on my desktop PC. When Sharepoint works, it's great, but it can take a bit of trial and error to configure sometimes.
Pros:
Microsoft 365 contains the majority of the productivity apps that I need to use to complete my daily tasks. They allow me to stay organised and to collaborate with my colleagues.
Cons:
I dislike that when I want to switch on an Out of Office message, I sometimes can't do it on my PC and need to do it on my mobile device. I also find it less than intuitive to set up Sharepoint sites for file sharing with colleagues. Once set up they work well but they're difficult to set up initially.
A Valuable Tool
Comments:
I first came across it when my uni provided it to their students. I didn't fully appreciate it though until I joined my current workplace where we use it exclusively.
I primarily use Teams, Excel and Word.
Pros:
The ability to sync and access files across devices. Obviously the individual programs are fantastic. I use Excel and Word almost daily and can't imagine using a different option.
Cons:
To be honest I haven't actually found anything that I actively didn't like yet.
365 is a prebuilt easy to use home page for casual users.
Comments: MS 365 provides inexperienced users an easy to understand home page that is pre-built to include everything you need. While we use MS SharePoint for more detailed work, I still direct users to 365 as their homebase.
Pros:
365 provides a prebuilt landing page for all Microsoft users. While we primarily use SharePoint pages that have been customized per department, 365 provides each individual users with an easy to navigate home page.
Cons:
While it provides great content, it is not very customizable. We make use of SharePoint to provide our staff with better suited working environments.
Microsoft 365 User Review
Pros:
I like that Microsoft 365 deploys a cloud-based interface that allows you to work from remote locations and have access to everything you need. Productivity and collaboration with docs, spreadsheets, vision, and projects have made my work life much easier to navigate.
Cons:
To best use Microsoft 365 you must be all-in on the Microsoft bandwagon. While you can export and import various files, this user interface is best utilized in its ecosystem.
Overview of Microsoft Office the Pros and Cons
Comments: My overall experience with Microsoft has been positive. I have used this suite for years. I have no intention of changing to anything else. I would recommend this package to others.
Pros:
I like that Microsoft 365 allows me the freedom to work from various devices. I believe this is the most powerful suite. I like the Outlook email as it simplifies access to multiple email addresses. Word and PowerPoint are my favorite. I use them easily and I was never trained for use either of them. I do believe the cost of Microsoft Office is reasonable for everything in the suite. I also like that there are intense security features. I love the cloud based storage and overall flexibility of Microsoft 365.
Cons:
If Microsoft 365 and Google tools streamlined their processes to allow for smooth integration it would be even more valuable to me. I will be finishing my Doctorate next year. As such I have played with Teams because I will have team assignments. I do not find it to be user friendly. Although I like the flexibility of Outlook, it does not have the best notification process. The inability to install each application on it own is a bit inconvenient.
Much more than subscription to yoffice software
Comments: MS 365 is a great choice, primarily because it includes Office software which is a standard i.e. something your employees will already have experience with. It offers Planner for projec management, scheduling and other apps so you can basically ditch other external services such as Trello, Calendly, etc for you organisation. Furthermore it has generous space in One Drive per user which is also great. on the other side, shared mailboxes, disc quotas for groups and similar aspects can become a bit tricky to navigate. so you'd be better if you have a member of your team keeping up with the changes to the service regularly to prevent disruptions to your workflows.
Pros:
The suite has everything you need for business, and everything is integrated so your employees can have one place to log in.
Cons:
Microsoft sometimes changes policies and the way certain software operate (Outlook shared mailboxes being a good example) so if you develop a very specific workflow/use case for your organisation, it might stop working, otherwise you should be fine.
Good Cloud Based Platform
Comments: Very positive overall experience, has helped give the team a cloud based platform to use
Pros:
Very easy to use clod based provider of Microsoft Apps, very easy to share with other users and make changes that are visible to all users.
Cons:
Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate initially sharing a folder, but once you have used it once it becomes pretty easy
The best option, but not without its quirks
Pros:
Categorization is huge, keeping my emails/calendar/tasks color organized. Automatically assigning keywords/senders to specific categories using rules makes it easy to identify content related to specific projects.
Cons:
Document storage and online syncing has improved a lot, but there's still a lot missing. Opening files in web provides far less functionality than opening them in the apps, and working simultaneously in a document often sees syncing issues.
Microsoft brings total access to the cloud
Comments: Overall I would recommend Microsoft 365 as a solution for company wide access to the whole suite of Microsoft cloud products as well as the intranet services.
Pros:
The ability to manage cloud software and to host an intranet site within the company.
Cons:
Sometimes the single sign on doesn't work as effectively as on other Microsoft services.
All in one access to all our favorite office products with superb syncing across all devices!
Comments: We really like how everything syncs together whether we are using a desktop computer, our phones and/or tablets.
Pros:
Easy integration within our current business software and website with Godaddy.
Cons:
No issues at this time. We are happy using 365.
Alternatives Considered:
Classic office toolkit
Comments: Generally had a positive experience. File compatability and data sharing was a massive plus.
Pros:
Msoft 365 is a powerful and versatile office suite. In my line of work ive had use of outlook, word, excel, powerpoint and most recently powerpoint. From data input to analysis and presentation, these tools have been essential.
Cons:
Costs compared to alternative platforms like GSuite
