I like that you can integrate it with the current programs you have. The agents are able to call with ease and rarely run into issues.

Cons:

So far I have no criticism of the system; except for two brief moments when the system failed to convert the call. Specific cases, without a doubt.

Comments: I would describe it as very positive, especially in the last year. They are always trying to improve. We get frequent checks by our account handler.

Pros:

Reliability and customer support. Answering rate is very good. Account handler and support available on Whatsapp and quick to reply.

Cons:

Sometimes we got already spammed numbers.I am not sure if it is Squaretalk or carriers mistake.

These guys are seriously AWESOME!!!

Comments: After going through over 20 demos. I really liked how they got straight to the point and demo'ed their system very quickly. Most other companies took weeks just to respond. I don't know about you, but if I'm buying a software that help my clients get ahold of me super easily, then I'd expect that company to also do the same. Its very weird to reach out to predictive dialing companies and then they take so long to get back. SquareTalk got right on the phone with us and did several demos to show us every feature.

Pros:

I spent weeks doing demos on over 25 predictive dialers and SquareTalk was by far the best. They treat you very well and have a great support team. I really couldn't say anything better about these guys.

Cons:

They really don't have any cons. I liked everything.

Pros:

I've been using Squaretalk for our communication needs for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it's been a game-changer for our business. From its intuitive interface to it's impeccable call quality, Squaretalk has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Compared to other other systems we have used in the past, Squaretalk offers a very wekk-designed UI, with good support from the sales process, to the deployment of our server and to handling us over to our account manager.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say so far. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Comments: From the beginning the contact person Ivan, assisted our company with the on-boarding answered all our questions and gave us satisfactory quotes for the requested services and supported our company in all the steps in order to integrate. After integration, we where then assigned to our personal account manager [sensitive content hidden]
, who has proven to be an absolute star in assisting us with our day to day operations. She has shown initiative and creativity that is making our experience with squaretalk fully customized and seamless in order to meet and exceed our expectations!

Ease of use, can provide any number requested (need to meet some requirements). Balance notification, spam checker.

Cons:

Spam checker might not be as accurate as we would like sometimes.

the best predictive dialer yet!!!!

Comments: As a buisness development manager for several big companies, along the way I've encountered several predictive dialers, but none of them came close to Innitels.
fast, smart, litlle to none bugs, and the customer service???? the best in the field.
In conclusion....you can't go wrong with Innitel, we use their services for years, and we say thank you every day for that. The interface is easy, intuative, with lots of functions, they thought about evrything.
The support team is firstly, very professional, and secondly, very welcoming and nice.
As for VFM...the best there is in the field, and believe me, I checked!!! The calls quality is good most of the time, better than the other providers, thats for sure. Thnak you again Innitel, for everything :-)

Predictive Dialer Amazing Product by Innitel

Comments: My company has been clients of Innitel for more than 2 years, one of the reason for applying for their services was because of the Dialer. We use it every day with 4 brands and 5 offices works perfectly every day like a well oiled machine. The Dialer has solved for us many problems and has saved for us alot of money and of course manpower. Any callcenter that makes calls to clients daily must get the Innitel Predictive Dialer .

1 million leads processed through Innitel in 1 month!

Comments: We get leads from multiple sources that require qualification and processing. Contacting these leads in such numbers have always been a challenge. Through Innitels system we were calling 10 calls per second and getting nearly 5% answer rates with a 200% increase in productivity from our older system. Beyond that, Innitel and their support staff added our integration for us, trained our managers and remain available for brain storming and support. This is much more than a product, its a passionate company.

Comments: Helps with the workload

Pros:

One of the best telephones controlled system yet, very cost effective, great quality and faster connection help you to just focus on the customer.

Cons:

it's a great technology no dought and like every other technology there is always things that can be improved on, my company is a small one still work in progress thank god I have tech guys to worry about that part, but overall the product is great.

Comments: I just started using the Innitel dailer and its beyond my expectations.
The easy of use is amazing, my employees are easily using it after short tutorial of 30 min
and they are shifting my call center to new levels...
