Comments: When I do have a question, I get a response within a short amount of time.

Pros:

The daily list of what pet sits/dog walks is very nice. I can see individual sitter's scheduled, just mine, or the schedules for all staff.

Cons:

I have not figured out an easy way to have it invoice clients before an When I do have a question the team is assignment starts.

Comments: PPB is awesome and a great value to the business both financially and systematically.

Pros:

they keep you in the know with what they are working on, efficiently handle any user questions and I love the pet parent profiles.

Cons:

web browser and that videos will sometimes take a while to upload/ drain my battery. another thought- for clients that have passed away, I was hoping there would be a voided style situation instead of having to leave the pet on there or delete the past pets overall info. also it might be nice to have a link where clients are able to set up their profiles directly from the website after filling out their inquiry form.

Comments: So far so good ! I really like all the back end tools. The analytics really make it helpful for tracking. The customer service is top notch !

How simple it is to use and manage. It really cuts out long hours of invoicing

Comments: Easy software to navigate. Even for people like myself that find most technology difficult. I've been using it for over a year now and am so glad I found Pet Pocketbook to help streamline my pet sitting business.

There's not really anything I don't like to be honest. I would recommend this to any pet ditter or groomer.

I love that it is cute and fun. It is really affordable and the customer service is top notch if you have questions or issues.

Cons:

Sometimes clients can not figure out how to fill out their profile, its not always super intuitive.

Comments: I really appreciate the simplicity of use and how communicative staff is to help with questions/concerns. Then the speed to impresentable changes deserves attention. All for a small monthly fee.

Pros:

Staff taking suggestions seriously and updates rolling out fairly quickly.

Cons:

Still a little basic in some functions. Some glitches and limitations. No client app.

Comments: I'm so incredibly ecstatic about finding Pet Pocketbook. The entire onboarding process has been so smooth and easy. Any time I have a question or can't figure something out, y'all have the exact right answers for me. [sensitive content hidden] are the perfect humans, who are so welcoming and affirming. In particular, [sensitive content hidden] has been one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with customer care folks. I am AuDHD, and when I spoke with [sensitive content hidden] about this, she made sure to take the extra time I needed and checked in with me often to make sure I understood everything.
Using Pet Pocketbook has made managing my business much more efficient and a much smoother experience for my clients. So happy I've decided to stick with y'all.

Pros:

Ease of use. The layout. Customer service. The hands on approach y'all take to make sure people are educated and understand how to use your products.

Cons:

At current, I am very pleased with everything.

Comments: It's been a wonderful experience right from my first point of contact and ongoing - the people at PetPocketBook are super - the training was very thorough and in one weekend I was able to have us up and running and using the program on Monday after having my training on Thursday or Friday

Pros:

So many things! I love the fact that now the owners can book and cancel their dog walks - I feel it takes away a lot of the concern of putting in a wrong date for a client. A huge one for me is the invoicing - it was a nightmare in the past and I fell behind - with PetPocketBook it does it all for me - what a huge weight off my shoulders. I also love that I can read all the notes and see the photos that my dogwalkers leave for our clients. And I love that our clients are really enjoying getting the updates and photos as well - very good feedback from them! It does exactly what I needed it to do and I couldn't be happier!

Cons:

It's really hard to think of something - honestly right now I can't think of anything. The only thing that I could suggest is a way to put in the dog walkers time off - but it was pretty simple to find a work around.

Comments: Having worked with multiple of the team members over the last year on different items, they have been nothing short of amazing. Having a personable team is always so important to me when choosing who I work with.

Pros:

Petpocketbook has been a game changer to my small business. It has made completing daily tasks much easier. It has even established more credibility in my business for my community. My clients have loved having the option.

Comments: PetPocketbook really changed so much for me. It saves me time, which is money. It is SO worth the price, in fact, I think its a steal. It keeps everything organized. It elevates my small business to a more professional level.

Pros:

I have 2 favorites. The simplicity, and the staff support! The simplicity of the software by far exceeds any of my expectations going into choosing a software. I feel as if I can feel how much this software means to the founder and the staff. They are all very hands on and extremely accessible. I love working with passionate people, and people that are always looking to crowd source to keep advancing their product. They truly care about your experience with their software.

Cons:

I don't think that there is much that is hard to use. The demo is very thorough, and they really make sure that you understand how it all works before you get started. I don't really have too much criticism. I would love to see the app a bit more functional. It would be awesome to message customers from directly in app, and I'd love to see an app for the client too! I know that PP constantly has stuff in progress, so I am excited to see what comes next.

Not being able to call or text for customer service. Only available through email and I’m always out in the field.

Comments: I love Pet Pocketbook! The team is always so quick with a response everytime I have contacted them you can really tell they care about this product and are proud to be a part of it. My clients all enjoy the platform as it’s very user friendly and makes communication accessible.

Pros:

This platform makes it possible for me to run my business. The ease of communication with all clients, the scheduling and live view of the pick up to times to the ease of billing.

Cons:

I am excited for the day I can do schedule changes in the app and it is confusing that you cannot see the requests in the app.

That’s it’s not an app yet. It’s my biggest complaint from my customers.

How simple it is to use for such a great cost. The PPB team is also absolutely amazing!

Cons:

Not sure if it’s due to PPB or service provider, but will sometimes get a “server error” and the app will crash but thankfully usually comes right back up.

I love the ease of the portal for my clients to use but also myself. They keep it simple which others don’t and makes it for a huge learning curve. I like the scheduling tools and the automated invoicing!

Cons:

I think a few more customizations are needed to improve the app, but I think they are working on them and will get the features soon!

A Dog Walkers Best Friend

Comments: Pet Pocketbook has been such so incredibly helpful in managing my business. It takes care of almost everything besides the dog walking. I hesitate to share how great it is with others because I feel that it gives my business a competitive edge over the competition.

Pros:

I am so grateful for everything Pet Pocketbook does to keep me organized and to keep the business side of things running smoothly.

Cons:

If I could change anything I would have the ability to offer dog walks in certain locations or with particular walkers at set times to avoid bookings in different ends of town at the same time.

I love that you open it up and your right in the calendar for your day. I can pop in there at anytime and see who’s coming, where I am supposed to be going. It helps keep everything I need for my business organized in one place.

Cons:

I would love to see it tailored towards all of the pet industry services a little more.

Pros:

PetPocketbook is very user-friendly and acts as an all-in-one type of program that meets so many needs from scheduling to customer demographics to invoicing and more. It's incredibly reasonably priced and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and her team are AMAZING! They're all so nice and helpful...we're super thankful we found their program. :)

Cons:

While there are always ways to improve any kind of software, especially when considering individual needs and wants, there really isn't much that's lacking with PetPocketbook and they continue to add and improve features. A few extras that we'd certainly find value in, though, might be email integration for emailing lists and scheduling purposes, the ability to add notes to a group of already scheduled appointments at once rather than by individual appointment, automatic appointment reminder emails, route planning, and a PetPocketbook app. However, even without these extras, PetPocketbook is great as is!
