Payment plans and recurring billing doesn’t cancel and then people are charged and you need to refund, but you lose all of the processing fees. I know all companies have Their weakness, but theirs are business ending. We have lots more than 2 handfuls of members due to the billing issues. Oh, they also sold me a point of sale that doesn’t work for Canadian debits… I asked if it would work in Canada before ordering it. They lied. They can’t fix it.
