We aren't Payroll experts and now have a couple of Cintra employees who know us, our business and our people and so there is good understanding of what we need and when. We now feel comfortable in asking for help and flagging issues and the responses we get are more helpful. Turnaround times have definitely improved from submitting payroll requests to getting them ready to approve - we're down to just over a day now which helps us manage workflows our side. The system works \! We never express our gratitude that it is nice to have a system where folk are paid efficiently using BACS, on time, where folk can access their own portals etc - we get hardly any complaints about the Cintra "infrastructure" and so we end up taking it for granted when we shouldn't.
