Zoom Calls Simplifies Conference and Educational Calls.

Pros:

Zoom facilitates the seamless presentation of myself on the platform, particularly during interviews. Accessing the platform via the mobile app is expeditious, requiring less than a minute. Additionally, I appreciate receiving daily notifications regarding meeting schedules, alleviating the need for manual note-taking or reminders on my phone.

Cons:

I dislike the fact that most meetings under a free version only last for 40 minutes. I wish they could make them last for an hour at most. I am also not very fond of the fact that one needs to have a constant internet connection.

Cloud PBX Solution of this Era

Pros:

Zoom Phone gives me the ability to conduct video conferencing through my iPhone device.

Cons:

It suits all my needs and there is no hectic aspect that it portrays.

Complete Train Wreck

Comments: We were double billed at the beginning and when we requested the second account be closed, it was set to cancelation pending and never changed or refunded. When we attempted call tickets they were never answered. When I called, I would hold from 30-45 minutes each call and several times my call was dropped once answered and I would have to start the process over again. The customer service reps were not fluent in English and read standard responses from a notebook, none of which actually addressed our issues. There was no way to escalate and when we finally received follow ups they still did not address the issues or answer the questions.

Pros:

We were pleased to be given the option of using a phone app instead of standard desk phones given the nature of our business.

Cons:

The setup process was confusing, call routing and other functions very unclear and hard to set up, customer service completely non-existent.

Zoom Everyday

Comments: Zoom Slay for conference meeting. No doubt!

Pros:

You can easily access Zoom the most. It was cute that they have blurd background option.

Cons:

Not all application can integrate with them.

Zoom for School

Pros:

I am a working student and it was very convenient for me to use this Zoom.

Cons:

Sometimes I got disconnected when I have poor connection.

Meeting the people

Comments: During Covid we used zoom for meetings and classes. It was an easy safe way to keep up with what was going on in the company

Pros:

It makes it easy for me to access meetings no matyer where I am. Keeps thjngs private.

Occasionally we have glitches they are usually resolved easily

Recently switched and in love!

Pros:

My corporate head office just onboarded ZOOM Phones and I could NOT be happier. The reliability of our previous system left much to be desired. We have had 100% improvement in communication since switching! Thank you ZOOM!

Cons:

I have absolutely no complaints but they force me to write in this box 🤍

Comments: So far am happy with the software as it enables interaction between me and management even when am at home overall rate out of 10 I would say 9 just that there is nothing 100%

Pros:

Zoom has high quality video and audio call which enables conversions or video conferences without interruptions.The function to add or remove people during calls is also a plus on the app. The software also meet all the 3 Es Effective, Efficient and Economical. The price is very cheap and you do not get pop ups during calls

Cons:

None so far as most of the disadvantages are minor and does not really affect my day to day use of the software

Great For When your Laptop or Desktop Isn't Available

Comments: It's perfect for business interactions. You can sell remotely without the customer physically visiting the dealership. You can also attend a meeting in the comfort of your home.

Pros:

The Zoom platform is available to everyone. It has multiple features that connect you with a larger audience, irrespective of your financial status. It offers free and paid services. Zoom becomes more beneficial to you as your career advances. Using Zoom Phone, you can talk with people on your mobile while away from your computer or laptop. It provides you with the same features as a desktop computer. With its user-friendly interface, remote work has become easier. The team can use collaboration tools, such as screen-sharing and whiteboarding, even on non-working days to increase sales.

Cons:

I have experienced some delays with the software loading, and sometimes it doesn't always recognize my headset. Fixing that would be a major plus for me.

Zoom for phone is a good appliaction for IOS and Android

Comments: I use any tioome that a need to stay away of my work place, like a car or some other place, it helps me alot to stay present in the sesión with security and easy use.

Pros:

The easy to stay in virtual sesion in your smartphone, no matter the place, as administrator you have a lot of features to control your sesión.

Cons:

Some of web and pc versión are not available in zoom app, i hope in the future this new features be available.

The best in the market

Pros:

Excellent service. Quality of the calls is great, verified numbers with proper caller ID so your calls are not rejected due to a weird caller ID such as "Spam Risk" or "Unknown". Dedicated account manager.

Cons:

No cons, everything I have to say about Zoom phone is positive. Especially switching out of another company such as Ring Central that are huge but with poor customer service.

Comments: A good overall experience with Zoom Phone

It is easy to use with a great interface and has a low price compared to others.

It needs a broader coverage to many parts of the world and a much better support services.

User friendly, easy to collaborate with team members, easy to set up meetings

some times you wont be able to see which number you called, Need to logout and relogin again to see recent dialed number

Pros:

Easy to use, with it being clear how to make a phone call and change volume. Additionally, I like how you can download the app, meaning I can have easy access to zoom on my phone and when I am on the go.

Cons:

Sometimes there can be connection issues, this is however very rare.

UCaaS solution that can outdo larger players in the market

Comments: I really like Zoom Phone + Zoom Meeting so far. Part of our org still uses a different provider due to contract ties but i am evaluating moving whole org to Zoom in the next fiscal year.

Pros:

I've used almost all leading UCaaS vendors, and what i like about zoom is its ability to monitor a line without needing for an active live call.

Cons:

It's fairly new to the market and i have not experienced any issues. I will go back to review if i experience any.

Just another VOIP

Pros:

I loved that by already having the tiered level of zoom licenses for our users here at our business, it made sense to also include and use the phone service. I will say the integration and seamless transitions from desktop to handheld phone are pretty handy ( no pun intended.)

Cons:

Sometimes it seems like I am at the liberty of my Mobile Carrier.

Zoom phone's application and it's best features

Comments: My overall experience with zoom phone goes on the positive side. I like it, though it needs bit improvement I can adjust till then. It helps a lot to work smoothly. Thank you.

Pros:

I like the video calling feature, with that I can connect to my clients and colleagues easily and smoothly. Most of the time it alerts me about the meeting and other day by day plan.

Cons:

On the other hand I would vote down the alert or notification feature. It not always accurate and unfortunately it not stable. It could be improved.

Zoom phone is perfect to replace expensive VOIP systems.

Comments: I know Zoom Meetings got popular during the pandemic, but, honestly, this is an even more essential remote-work service. We LOVE it.

Pros:

We signed up for Zoom Phone in January 2020. We don't get cell service in our office, didn't want employees to have to use cells, but also didn't want an expensive VOIP system. For $15/month/user, it's a computer-usable phone line. Just plug a headset into the computer and it's good to go. It also is PERFECT for switching between remote and office work. Just login on your home computer and you can receive calls to the same line as when in the office. Coworkers can transfer calls (warm or cold) to your line from anywhere.

Cons:

It's pretty buggy still, and they need to work on some of their user interface and features. The contact list is particularly bad.

Zoom's simplicity in your pocket

Comments: My overall experience has been quite satisfactory, as with the new versions of the app that keep coming, Zoom for mobile continues to be faster and has the simplicity of starting an online meeting at any time with your phone that you always have with you, is a lifesaver.

Pros:

All the functions offered by Zoom, are extracted and put in the app for Google Play and App Store, the great advantages that can be seen is that you can make meetings from the comfort of your smartphone, this is an alternative because by far and in my opinion will be better version on the computer, but this app what it does is that you can get out of a hurry for any emergency you have, you can enter without problems to your online meeting and have the same functions that you have on the pc.

Cons:

The mobile version, at the beginning since I started using it, was a bit slow and had several things to improve, since I was seeing it in an early stage to have the version it has today. Once this was fixed, Zoom now has an excellent mobile app, as I find it faster and easier to use for any user who wants to make a quick meeting and share it practically at any time with the use of their smartphone.

Best Video Conferencing app.

Comments: My experience with Zoom Phone is Very good. I can attend the important meeting while I am not in the office or on vacation.

Pros:

Zoom mobile is the best application when it comes to virtual meetings, as a Design Engineer I have to constantly communicate with my other team member, seniors, and also with the customer to understand a concept or to explain it to them by sharing real-time screen. With the help of the zoom mobile application I can attend any meeting online from anywhere I just need My mobile Phone and Internet Connectivity. Zoom is very reliable it does not take many resources in a mobile phone and it can Run in the background and it also runs smoothly even in slow-speed connectivity when other peers' comparison software’s stuck or lag. Another great feature of zoom is security. For every new meeting topic, you can create a different meeting ID and it can also be protected with a unique password. Also, the host has more control over the ongoing meeting.

Cons:

While sharing a screen you or your mate can annotate on-screen this feature I use a lot and I like the most. Also, we can view other peers' computer screens on a mobile phone makes it more exciting.

Reliable and Consisent

Pros:

I love that I would receive calls directly to my mobile phone; in the case of a voicemail, I would receive an email with both a transcription AND a clear recording.

Cons:

I wish that I could receive some sort of notification for SMS messages to my Zoom phone, but it did not seem to be an option anywhere.

Comments: The overall experience is too good.

Pros:

The Zoom phone application is User Friendly, we can use in mobiles & Laptop also. we do have option for chatting as well. we can able to create groups for chatting. will able to sent important note to the partners. we will able to send documents in any type of format.

Cons:

we are not able to do chat and voice call simultaneously.
