It was probably our specific experience due to the Recharge platform was being revamped during the time we were onboarding so processes changed midway.

> **Cons**: I think navigation to the checklist of items to check off for onboarding was difficult to get to (not intuitive). Other than that, they did a good job of providing documentation and resources in order to get started.

> **Cons**: Recharge is expensive, which is not ideal. I feel that for what we pay, we should have someone available to answer questions when we need. Most of the time you are just speaking with AI chatbots that direct you to different Recharge documentation.

> **Pros**: Recharge is an out of the box solution for subscriptions.  We use it both for our coffee of the month club but also to allow customers to purchase a recurring billing agreement for a product so they can receive a product they like every month or every few weeks.

> **Cons**: I did find some of the setup of the profiles initially was tricky.  There can be issues that arise when you set these up based on the frequency of deliveries.  Having said that - they have a great support team and nothing that came up was unresolvable.
> 
> Great experience with Recharge.  It is the first subscription app we used and was very easy to set up.  We have a shopify store and the integration is completely seamless.  You can completely customize the on screen widget to match your brand style and the back end allows you to make frequency changes and put subscriptions on hold
