Ease of prescribing meds online. Good to have control vs refilling with fax. > > **Cons**: When RX is filled for whatever reason, we usually don't have a good way to follow up to make sure owner gets meds. For example, if there is a problem filling RX, we don't know until owner calls and ask where delivery is. Then we have to find out problem. I do believe we have lost some clients to Chewy for this reason. Pricing could also be more competitive. > > Overall our experience is good. Support staff can answer questions and help sort out any issues. Hopefully, price comparison with other pharmacies is being monitored. We have had so many clients complaining about it taking over a week just for their order to be shipped out, not even delivered. They then get angry and blame us when they run out of their prescriptions and we have to do damage control when we have no control over it. When you enter in information when authorizing scripts it does not keep the information you enter like the expiration dates, or gives you an error message. This takes up a lot of our valuable time that we don't have if we need to keep refreshing the page. You end up having to refresh multiple times it can STILL keep giving you errors.
