Easy to use, easy to search

Comments: My company utilizes most of the JAGGAER indirect modules and the Contract Management module isn't the best of them but it is still very good and we have been very happy with the upgrade that JAGGAER brought to our organization.

Pros:

Easy to navigate. Clear and concise organization of information. Easy to maintain access controls. Very customizable as far as workflow and dashboards are concerned. The workflow is easy to understand and most aspects of it can be modified and configured by our JAGGAER system administrator. Permissions are easily managed. Users can configure their own dashboards with summarized information of their choosing. Document templates can be configured to automatically pull in fields and information from the contract record.

Cons:

Needs more granular access controls so we can give certain users access to view a contract and its final attachments without the ability to modify them.

Finally delighted to talk about JAGGAER eProcurement. The work it has done for me is worth it.

Comments: Secure, resourceful and reliable software. I highly recommend JAGGAER eProcurement.

Pros:

I feel a huge impact on my career. My approach to spending accountability and enhancement has improved gradually leaving me a better person. I highly appreciate the customer support team. I engaged them severally on setting up and implementation. They were of much help to me. The dashboard is well organized to accommodate every level of experience. Cheers to more achievements JAGGAER eProcurement.

Definitely none. With the great help I get from the support team, I find nothing challenging upto now.

Very useful sourcing tool for any company

Comments: Perfect tool for your daily procurement job and activities

Pros:

A very useful SaaS Baer spend management tool for sourcing activities - offers a lot of functionalities - source to pay, contract management, spend analysis etc.

Cons:

It takes time to learn the tool and understand all different features.

Jaggaer Contracts Review

Pros:

- The customer suppot is good and they work with you - The customizable approval flows are good, but the oversight nd reporting for those are not easy - Ability to capture contract metadata information

Cons:

- It is not configurable - there are a lot of unnecessary fields that cannot be removed - To "activate" a contract, upload documents, etc. there are a lot of clicks and it is not intuitive for the user - Reporting and dashboards are always an uphill battle - Contract metadata information is not conditional (cannot have another question appear if the previous question was answered in a particular way)

Easy to use Supplier management system

Easy to use to bring up supplier details etcNice graphic representations on status of suppliers etc

Workflows for re approval can be a bit clunky

Comments: We did not complete the transition to Contracts.

Pros:

Fairly easy to do a contract request template and developing a contract for approval.

Cons:

mapping contract info to the WORD contract. Approvals via email (closer now). Utilizing internal communication without entering into the system. Renewals and reminders process. Other areas with contracts would not easily be able to utilize the contracts section in the system.

The support team is very efficient

Comments: despite issues every now and then it is easy to work with JAGGAER

Easily organize your contracts

Comments: Centralized contract management, plenty of information. No more lost time searching for various contract information.

Pros:

The many search filter features are excellent for narrowing down a search for a particular type of contract. You can pull reports & export reports based on a variety of contract specs which is very helpful as well. I also like the status banners that let you know if a contract is expired or its current status.

Cons:

Steep learning curve, many fields that seem unnecessary (possibly just for our organization). The most difficult thing is customizing this software. Change integrations are difficult and costly to implement.

Comments: Overall now that I have had some experience with it, it is very useful for BPS defensible and compliant procurements

Fairly straight forward to use and easy to navigate around the system.

Sometimes it seems to crash when loading a screen.

Comments: My client won’t pay so it it’s difficult to manage

I don’t understand it. It’s overly complicated. It doesn’t just read the contract and pull data? Seems like it’s missing features

It complicates my life. Need to be able to send automated reminders for contract renewal and coi.

Strong Contract Lifecycle Management Software

Pros:

Dashboard visualization and strong contract search features.

Cons:

Customization can be expensive. Sofware itself is one of the more expensive in the field.

Pool4Tool's excellent service

Comments: Pros: prompt responses to any issues that may arise, very helpful and detailed explanations of how and what we or the supplier needs to do, training workshops provided, amazing follow through on open issues
Cons: we cannot login the suppliers profile or see their live screens

P4T is a extremely flexible and user friendly software especially for Engineer to Order Company

POOL4TOOL General Demo

Pros:

Product is modular and seems to do everything we require. It also looks easy to use. Pool4Tool was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

No issues at this time. Software seem to be very stable.
