It's a very intuitive tool and quick to pick up which makes it easy for reps to quickly understand. I like the log of history for each opportunity/deal that comes through the tool.
Also, we aren't able to use QuotaPath for 606 yet because not all of the fields we need from our CRM can be pulled over. That is in part a limitation of our CRM.

Great Easy to Use Platform!
Comments: The onboarding was great (thanks to Josh!). Now that all of our rules are set up QP is working seamlessly.
Pros:

- Some of our unique use cases could not be handled, so creates still some manual work
Alternatives Considered:
Great tool to scale revenue
Pros:
Excellent tool that took a 9-16 hour process and eliminated it from our sales ops team and accounting team. Favorit functions- Integrations with our CRM, Clean UI, not over-featured, and the ability to handle complex commissions. But most of all customer support is top-notch.
Cons:
I'd like to be able to schedule reports to be delivered to specific individuals at the end of a commission period vs. having to log in to fetch the data.

Great Software
Pros:
The team at QuotaPath is great and very friendly! The software is easy to use and provides the data that I need.
Cons:
There is nothing negative to add at this time.
Going Through Growing Pains
Comments: QuotaPath is a good tool for a small business calculating commissions, and is evolving with time. It's evolution comes with growing pains with constant glitches. The customer response time is fantastic and they have helped correct the bugs and issues in reasonable amounts of time. However, it is still a manual process to have commissions calculated and some might rather stick to Excel.
Pros:
I like the easy of use. It's a very intuitive tool and quick to pick up which makes it easy for reps to quickly understand. I like the log of history for each opportunity/deal that comes through the tool.
Cons:
There are glitches that can be hindering when commission time occurs. The filters are not the best in comparison to excels functions of select all; selecting items can be a slow process. This tool is only best suited to be for a smaller company since all our plans are having to be implemented manually. No connection to HR tools to where it can pull in new hires. A limitation is that it only syncs with SalesForce, Close, and Hub Spot.

Top of the line software for Commissioning needs
Comments: Very great people to work with. On top of any issue, that is usually user error, and they educate so you understand fully how to continue to create options and use cases
Pros:
The ease of use. The ease of setup and ability to scale to individual needs.
Cons:
Not much to dislike. Not much at all. Highly recommend.

Alternatives Considered:
Relatively easy to use, AMAZING customer service, best pricing for smaller business
Comments: What really won me over is their customer service - every SaaS company should aim to offer such great service to their customers. They also have flexible pricing options for small businesses whereas their competitors have a minimum number of seats required typically starting at 10 and going up to 50 minimum seats required. Quotapath is there to grow with you. Very happy with the purchase, it's made tracking commissions much easier and would highly recommend to any business - big or small.
Pros:
It's customizable enough to set up simple and complex commission plans. The hubspot integration is great. It can seem complicated to set up initially but their onboarding and customer success team is so helpful throughout the entire process that there's nothing to worry about.
Cons:
Nothing major. Just some very small inconveniences here and there that I'm sure will be ironed out as they continue to develop it. That said, I did request one of these to be fixed and they did it right away (select/deselect all in some of the drop down menus). Overall no major cons at all, I'm very happy.
Quotapath Makes Life Better
Pros:
I like the fact that I can connect Quotapath directly with my CRM and have deals flow in to autogenerate commissions and payouts. The clawback feature is also really nice and eases the process for me. Downstream the connection with SaaSOptics makes the accounting process really seamless.
Cons:
Since we started with the software early there were some issues with API caps but these seem to have been resolved and I haven't noticed issues in months.
gtmhub review of platform
Comments: Great implementation team. Love the "all hands on deck" when a new customer comes on board. Post sale has been fantastic so far..we are in our 3rd month.
Pros:
Real time SFDC integration..make a change in SFDC and it reflects within seconds in QP
Cons:
More reporting is missing IMO. Being able to create ad hoc reports would be a real bonus

Super tool
Comments: QuotaPath is a time-saving tool for commission calculation. It's a great tool for switching from an Excel-based manual calculation process to an automated one where errors are eliminated.
Pros:
It's very easy and intuitive to use, so you can easily track the things you need. It's super helpful and transparent from an accounting perspective, and in case of any issues, we can provide the supporting files to see how the commission was set up.
Cons:

Streamlined and accurate compensation software
Pros:
Integration with our CRM to be able to accurately track team compensation. Very intuitive and easy to use software that helps to expedite our commissions each month and track attainment. Implementation was easy and making changes to existing plans is a breeze.
Cons:
We are not able to accurately track our pipeline in the system but it is due to our CRM setup with how we track dates so it's more of a process issue. Nothing that is limited on the part of QuotaPath.
A better path for the commissions process
Pros:
Compensation plans & payout processes be touchy things to discuss internally. There's a lot that can be lost in translation in an explanation to reps of how their comp plan & quota work in terms of commissions payouts if done hastily or improperly. Worst case scenario, commissions payouts are done in spreadsheets, where you the run the risk of calculating them incorrectly. All of these put a strain on the relationship between Finance, RevOps, and Sales. QuotaPath solves all these problems while also empowering individual contributors to feel a greater sense of ownership over their variable compensation as well as plan for the future. I love the fact that reps on my team can log into QuotaPath, understand how exactly each deal impacts their variable compensation, and increase transparency overall in commissions.
Cons:
This isn't so much of a mark against QuotaPath, but the reality is QuotaPath can take a little longer to implement in order to get it right. This longer implementation time isn't a mark against the software, but rather a reality of being intentional about our onboarding. The Sales, Customer Success, & Account Management reps we've been working with have been world-class, and we've had nothing but a great experience thus far.
Commission System of Awesomeness
Comments: I can do commissions like a larger company than I am and it has enabled me so now I can add to my salesforce and know that I can incentivize them, keep track of it, and not kill many hours per month computing and messing with a crazy spreadsheet.
Pros:
Enables my small 20 employee business to provide a commission structure that up until now could only be available to my big national chain competitors.
Cons:
Would like to have a few reports available because I don't integrate it with a CRM or my QBO online. Some reports centering around the different individual products being sold by my 2 man sales team.
A review of a very happy customer
Comments: Working on the RevOps team, I use to have a big problem with the Sales Team compensation program, from miss calculating data, to payroll process that lasted 15 days because of all the check points we had alongside with the poor visibility from the Sales reps about what commission they were getting at the end of the Quarter. QuotaPath solved our problems by centralizing all the Sales Comp Plans in one place, applying the calculation directly in the tool and making the HubSpot Deals information available for the reps/leaders to check and confirm in real time. With that, we've shorten our payroll processo in 10 days and now the team has complete visibility on what they are working at, commissions earned, to be paid and their attainments.
Pros:
Easy visualization for the users and for the payroll/Backoffice team. QuotaPath has a simple and easy format of adding the plans (as complex as they are) and to calculate everything that we struggle to calculate on a spreadsheet. The Customer Service is amazing and the team gives us a lot of support through the entire process.
Cons:
I really don't have something that I liked less, but maybe if there is some more filter options on the Analytics views it would be great.
QuotaPath is awesome!
Comments: I think that QuotaPath is very user freindly.
Pros:
I really like how everything is clear and visually clean.

I think that the dashboard could be even more simplified.
So glad we went with QuotaPath
Comments: QuotaPath team has been extremely easy to work with and helped get us up and running quickly. They continue to add improvements to the system that are still easy to use.
Pros:
Using QuotaPath allowed us to ditch using excel to manage not only tracking and calculating the commissions earned but more easily track and schedule payments. We have a pay when pay policy and managing that inside QuotaPath has been an immense time saver. As soon as we rolled it out to the sales team the constant questions of what did I earn and when are you paying me have ceased. They love the visibility it gives them.
Cons:
As we were an early adopter keeping track of the capitalized expense was still done in an excel file, but since they came up with the "ledger" feature that is no longer a concern and our monthly calculation comes from QuotaPath not excel
How did we live without this?
Comments: QuotaPath solved my pain points of time, manual calculations, reminders, visibility, and motivation. This was a game changer! QuotaPath implementation was an easy win and made me look good. :)
Pros:
Gone are the days of manual spreadsheets and limited visibility. QuotaPath has made my life (accounting) easier and has made my sales team happier! The setup was very user friendly and the implementation team was amazing in walking through both setting up the integrations with Salesforce and SaaSOptics to get the sales data and process the expense against the deal. I have many hours of my day back and far less headaches trying to keep track of comp on a rolling schedule. Highly recommended for anyone looking to process comp and motivate the sales team at the same time!
Cons:
The implementation was not difficult in QuotaPath, but we did need to adjust how data was entered in Salesforce to correctly bring over the information.

QuotaPath - The solution to our complex commission spreadsheets!
Comments: Very good, we loved our interaction with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who provided an easy, effortless, professional integration and it remains my favourite software integration experience that I've encountered in my career. There's always someone on hand to talk-to and post integration, our account manager is always there to tackle any issues that we may be having. With regards to the software itself, it has solved so many administrative problems that we were having with commission and although every now and again there may be a few bugs, it has been a pleasant experience.
Pros:
It's very easy to make amendments, to track how commission is being calculated and it has increased transparency across the team.
Cons:
In-house exchange rate calculations would be useful, as we're currently having to undertake this exercise in Hubspot.
Quota Path and aes
Comments: Very easy to use
Pros:
Easy to use interface and platform can access from my phone too
Cons:
Took a while to get used too and some reporting is dependant on people signing things off
We use Quota Path for tracking commission and deals
Comments: Solid.
Pros:
Ease of access is great, the sign up process for new reps is simple. It constantly updates so people can track their progress. It motivates our reps once they see qualifying deals going through.
Cons:
Haven't discovered anything yet that we have had issues with.
Good platform...
Comments: It helps me work more as I can see in real time how much commissions I am making
Pros:
It's a user friendly product that provides a clear and summarized overview of sales commissions
Cons:
not much to say. It would be nice if multilingual versions of the software were brought in
Up to date commissions-where they are in the process
Comments: Having a good understanding of where we are in the commission process is helpful along with easy and clear access
Pros:
Easily accessible and keeping up to date on where they commissions are in terms of the pay schedule.
Cons:
keeping track of dates, for example when a customer is expected to pay and when they actually do pay. We don't get paid our commissions until the customer pays and it's only once a month, so timing is important
New to QuotaPath
Pros:
I'm finally able to track how much more I need to close in order to get to my goal. This is crucial as it keeps me motivated, and saves me time as I used to calculate this manually which often times led to human error.
Cons:
I'm still pretty new to QuotaPath, so I have no cons at the moment.
Fantastic support & an intuitive platform
Comments:
The QuotaPath team has been fantastic throughout the sales process, onboarding, and ongoing support. We met with a lot of vendors who presented very complex solutions that required months of onboarding. QuotaPath simplified that and got us up and running in no time - with the ability to adapt to changes in our process quickly and easily.
This isn't a high-touch platform for us but when we need it, it's absolutely critical. This has significantly improved our commission management workflow and saved me a lot of time and stress in the process.
Pros:
Implementation, ongoing support, easily adjusted based on new plans
Cons:
It is lacking SSO/Okta integration - an important security measure.
Quotapath using
Pros:
UX is really cool, intuitive, attainment and forecast are awesome because we are integrating with Hubspot.
Cons:
Plans of comp are little complicated to understand. I don't see value on using goals dashboard because we already use another tool for that.
Gives me visibility!
Pros:
Being in Business Development, I love having the ability to track my progress towards multiple targets in as well as my commissions. This software gives me a pretty clear line of sight.
Cons:
Sometimes I am not seeing all the deals track so need to reach out to customer support.
