Gmail as a go-to for all my personal and professional needs has met and exceeded my expectations!
Comments: My overall experience with Google has been entirely positive and allows me to operate professionally in an organized and competent way. I use many of the features within Gmail to help with my executive functioning skills such as snoozing emails to remind me to address things, schedule sending emails for the same reason, and keeping things sorted and organized in a way that makes sense for my brain. There's almost nothing that I can think of that I would use Gmail for that I'm not able to do in a user friendly format.
Pros:
Most things about the Google Suite I really like. I use the Gmail often and appreciate the way it allows me to group and sort emails, control the content of my emails, personalize signatures for different occasions, and I often use the search capability to scour my emails for information I need down the line. I especially like the Google meets feature which I use often at work and the Google Chat feature is my primary way of being available to my employees.
Cons:
I do not like that there is not an option to unsubscribe in bulk, or if there is, it's not apparent enough for me to find it. I also don't like that when you forward an email, there is not an option to change the subject line. When I get an email for continuing education credits, I like to forward them to my staff and use the label for all emails, but I would like to be able to change the subject line to let them know what the email is regarding and other pertinent information to keep them from just skipping past it.

Pros:
I appreciate this product's flexibility. Gmail is highly recognizable, familiar, and popular within several community organizations with which my company interacts. Another compelling feature is the ability to create email subfolders, which keep me organized and assist with email searches. The features within the search bar are fantastic as well.
Cons:
For some reason, my Gmail account has experienced several glitches recently, which required me to restart my email to resolve.
everyone loves Gmail, or do they?
Comments: Great suite of products that link up and makes work life more efficient.
Pros:
It's easy to integrate with other platforms and makes sign in very easy - using the account means you don't have to log in to a hundred other places and track pws. It's industry standard for reliability and customer support, and always being updated so a user feels secure that you're not downloading viruses.
Cons:
I really dislike the interface of the inbox and how replies and attachments get buried in the threads. You can really miss something if you're skimming and short on time. I prefer to link it to Outlook as that email management system is much more user friendly, and clean.
Fully functional and purpose serving for all emailing needs
Comments: My overall experience has been great. I use Gmail for my main email account. I use it for personal and business uses. It is quick, easy to use, keeps my emails organized for me, filters out junk mail, and has been sufficient for my email needs for over ten years easy.
Pros:
The ease of signing up and having a functional email for all of my needs.
Cons:
Sometimes the 2FA was frustrating when I would change numbers or break a device and have no more access to it and would have to jump thru hoops to get in. But in all actuality that just means they are keeping your account secure.
Fun-Mail Gmail
Comments: The app prevent emails from falling through the cracks and follow up messages are always sent before it’s too late, due to the courtesy reminders that the app provides. The colorful integration of the platform also makes responding to work Emails more of a fun experience.
Pros:
My work emails are easily readable, easily Retrievable, and the follow up reminders that are integrated within the app is genius!
Cons:
The app sometimes doesn’t show new notifications from recipients responding to my initial email, & often the only way to know if your recipient responded back, is to actually click on my initial email to see the entire correspondence. Thankfully however, the follow up reminders Integrated within this platform, prevent those unnoticed responses from falling through the cracks. The follow up reminders Integrated within the app are also only provided within a 3 to 5 day range — therefore if awaiting in immediate response, I often have to click on the entire correspondence As needed, in case the recipient had already responded without being notified. It would be fantastic if the app had integrated a one to two day follow up range instead of the 3 to 5, or to have the issue of the lack of prompt notifications be fixed.

Comments: Google mail is very safe to use especially by activating the 2 step verification

Comments: I love Gmail! It has all the smart features, such as AI, smart reply, etc. It saves me time and money with these features. It also provides great security from spam and phishing attempts to keep my account secure.
Pros:
It integrates seamlessly with other services like Google Docs, Google Drive and Google Calendar.
Cons:
While I love Gmail, I do not like the ads that pop up though.
Best mail ever
Comments: Gmail is a complete and universal emailing solution, ideal for anyone looking for a reliable and feature-packed service. Although some negatives lie in restricted free space and privacy issues, the positives offered far outweigh the negatives, confirming Gmail as among the top email services available.

Comments: Gmail is a superior product! A system central to our business operations. I use it throughout the day, more frequently and efficiently than any other application.
Pros:
Gmail's search function is extraordinary, I am able to easily find older emails, as well as emails with similar content from disparate sources. But even more impressive is the simplicity of the system in terms of organizing emails, attaching files to emails, etc... Our agency uses Google drive and gmail for all internal critical communication and documentation.
Cons:
At times the search function is too sensitive and pulls up too many emails, perhaps AI will help improve the instructions one can input to reduce irrelevant emails.
A key part of our business operations
Comments: It's a key part of our day to day business and enables us to share content with clients, for ease of editing without lots of different versions complicating things. Also really handy for storing images we can share.
Pros:
Ease of use, full suite of connected services enabling live editing and document sharing
Cons:
the fees as you add more users means it can get to be quite expensive when using it with a team
Amazing to be able to read all my email accounts on my GMAIL
Comments: I have been using gmail for around 15 years and i love the sense of security it gives me i had been hacked with several other email platforms but i have not had a single issue with GMAIL.
Pros:
I love that i am able to link my other older email accounts i.e. yahoo, mail.com etc to GMAIL. Having the ability to open one platform and have all my mail in one spot is wonderful. It saves so much time rather than having to open three individual apps.
Cons:
It gets full quickly and i have to go in and select and move individual spam if on phone. However on computer i am able to select all and move or delete.
Goodbye all other mail boxes Gmail has it.
Comments: Nothing but the best. All my mail is where it should be. And the filters are right on. I never get mail I don't want. Gotta say best I've used yet

User-friendly and must have application
Comments: Overall gmail is a must have application on phones and computers. Easy to navigate and simple.

I like the interface of gmail. Also its very user friendly application which works very well on computer as well as mobile.

Email box gets pretty much clogged by the unnecessary promotional or other emails, easy to get targeted by phishing scams if not taken good care.
Everything you need and more in email
Comments: Overall, Gmail is phenomenal. I have used gmail not only for work, but for my personal email as well. Gmail integrates with all of the other Google apps. It is constantly adding features such as predictable text, appointment/task reminders, and customization. Gmail also offers two factor authentication.
Pros:
Gmail comes with so many options and intuitive tools. It is one of the best email apps. I have loved the ability to schedule to send emails and integrate my calendar. PLUS, using a gmail account also gives you your own Google Drive, so super bonus!
Cons:
Gmail is really the front runner in email apps. The only con would be that you lose your account after a long period of inactivity.
Great but pricy and occasionally very finnicky to use

Necessity and secure way to communicate.
Comments: It is now become a part of life and one of the necessities. It is extremely helpful and also works as an SSO to authenticate directly. I am using this personally and in professionally as well. To do company product marketing it is also one of the best source.
Pros:
1. Extremely secure and convenient for official conversations with full professionalism. 2. It is a good way for marketing with proper authenticity provided to the customers with the company domain. 3. No fear of emails and documents lost after losing access to phones ar laptops. 4. Can be access from anywhere in the world with proper security.
Cons:
1. It's very difficult to recover if we lost our recovery method as well. 2. Free storage is less need to pay additional money if we want to continue using gmail if we have more documents attached there is previous emails. 3. Little bit issues in clearing the spam emails together in one go.
Definitely the best all purpose email application out there.
Comments: The ease of use and compatibility of Gmail is unmatched despite its flaws. Everything I could ask for in an Email application is in one place and can be accessed anywhere.
Pros:
I like the cross platform compatibility and simple access with similar interface across different devices. I also like the applications that come alongside with Gmail that can be used on the web directly.
Cons:
What I miss the most are the options to create custom filtered categories of emails. The ones available by default are rudimentary and do not do the best job at creating custom filters.
Gmail is hands down a great email program
Comments: I use it both personally and professionally. You can have as many free accounts as you need, and both work well on laptop, desktop, iPad, reader, phone, etc. There is the ability to use the app and go on the internet separately, both have full functionality. The address book is a great advantage since it allows you to import your contact directly from your email or phone.
Pros:
There is a lot of storage for the free version, and it works seamlessly with the google host of programs - calendar, drive, etc.
Cons:
It sometimes does not catch spam, even when it has been identified as spam in the spam folder (there is a separate folder for "trash" as well).

Comments: I enjoy using Gmail not only for my email app but also for login in to other websites easily.
Pros:
I have been using Gmail for 10years and it keeps getting better and better. One thing I like most the ease at which I could easily flag spam and fishy emails. In once click, I could stop any unwanted emails from hitting my inbox. Gmail also actively protects your account from hacks with the way it connects with my phone to verify logins.
Cons:
Just like any other apps. Gmail is not perfect, my complain is mostly on the mobile Gmail version which makes it super hard for me to access features I mostly enjoy in the online version. On mobile Gmail, the security and privacy settings are a bit different and less advance I wish good can do something about it.
BEST MAILING SOFTWARE
Comments: Gmail is good, it allows me to send unique files(WAV, FLAC, ZIP & more files) to overseas & around my country. Nothing is better than sending a large file using Gmail than sending it via Post Offices or Mail Boxes.

Downloading received files via Gmail needs good & stable internet connection or else it will slow download speed

It’s user-friendly interface integration with a powerful function help you find what you need impressing unwanted emails however, the clutter in the promotions and tabs can sometimes make it challenging to find important messages overall it’s an excellent choice for managing email efficiently.

As an user occasional clutter, promotions, and social tabs, make it easy to miss emails. Sometimes the layout can feel overwhelming with all the options available while the function is powerful. It can sometimes return too many results if I’m not specific enough.

Comments: Overall, this is recommended for both professional and casual users, with wide variety of options available to customize your email.
Pros:
It easily integrates with all your other Google apps. Any media and attachments on mail can be accessed through your Google Drive account. It filters a lot of spam mails. We can use and see emails from other providers directly through the app with an easy setup.
Cons:
There is not really any cons for this app. However a feature I wished that could be available on the android app would be the ability to forward multiple mails at the same time.
