Construction Industry Logistics Review

Pros:

Very large set of parameters/settings that you can manage yourself Good visibility over history of tasks/drivers/operators The support are responsive Broad level of coverage of all logistic areas

Cons:

Driver app isn't bad but could do with a overhaul (which is in progress I'm told) Optimisation is pretty good generally but if you manually assign anything using zones it wont let go of any previous zones. i would like there to be a feature that you can tell it to ignore any previous parameters from where a task was assigned to and just optimise it fully in the route its now in. Also any dev tweaks etc, whilst they are appreciated on the level of flexibility, sometimes things are pushed without review and need things adjusting

An Excellent Product!

Comments: The product has a customizable API interface allowing us to integrate with our ERP pretty seamlessly. The product itself does a great job of optimizing loads and routes. At a high level review we found it easily increase load density by 10%. Anytime there has been an issue support is always ready, available and providing timely resolution. Really a great product and company to work with.

Pros:

Their customer service is excellent and the product fits our business requirements perfectly.

Cons:

I am not sure there are any cons at this point. Three years of using the product and I have absolutely no reason to look elsewhere.

Its fresh. Warehouse and map are looking good.

UI is complicated. Date chosing can be rearrange at the page.

Robust routing system with excellent support

Comments: The experience has been good. The system is very good. Support is great!

Pros:

eLogii is one of the most robust routing systems we have ever used and can handle a tremendous amount of jobs very efficiently. Support has been very responsive and they have even been willing to add additional features and functionality specifically for our needs, which is rare in this industry.

Cons:

We have run into issues with their API and really taxed their system. However, the team at eLogii has been very helpful in improving the API so that we can use it the way we need. The mobile Drivers App could use an improved and more intuitive UI but again, support has been willing to work with us in making improvements and we feel it will continue to improve for out field techs.

Great tool, outstanding customer support

Comments: We've been very happy with eLogii. Our use case is slightly unique in that we only use the tool to model optimisation scenarios, (not to manage our delivery network, which is done by an LSP). We are in the early stages of developing an in-house network modelling capability, and having access to a tool as intuitive eLogii has been a great help. We have also found customer support to be responsive and highly proficient

Pros:

- Easy to use, intuitive UI - Committed and responsive customer support - Comparatively attractive pricing

Cons:

- The mapping graphics could be improved

Driver using this software

Comments: I think it is a great piece of software for the company, we are still getting used to it but I think for future use it will be a great asset to grow our delivery areas.

Pros:

I really like how the mobile system is soo user friendly, I am not great with technology but I have got on with it really well.

Cons:

I am yet to find something that I haven’t liked in the program and I am using it everyday.

good investment for the company

Comments: an up to date system with soo much that you can do with it compared to other systems i have used in the past

i cant find anything that i do not like at the moment, as our last system was really dated

eLogi review

Comments: The continued technical support [sensitive content hidden] and the entire team at Elogi provide is first-class. They don’t just respond to issues; they anticipate them. I’ve seen firsthand how proactive they have been when called upon, jumping into action with skill, efficiency, and a can-do attitude.

Pros:

Everything that they have done has exceeded my expectations

Cons:

Customer portal needs enhancement in my opinion. Cancelled tasks appear within routes

Elogi Review

Comments: Communication is well, and the issues we have experienced are being moved forward with [sensitive content hidden] and his team

Pros:

When optimizing a full team this seems to work well.

Cons:

When we have unviable, i often try manually route and we get better optimization from drivers doing this manually.

Easy to use and extremely flexible

Pros:

Flexibility. We are constantly making changes due to external factors and we need a system that can keep up with it without delaying us. Simplicity. The system is easy to use yet it allows for countless possibilities. Efficency. The routes are efficent and being able to choose from different planning modes makes it so we can adapt to any given situation.

Cons:

The "task" system was a little confusing at the beggining, since we could not use our ID for the deliveries and were forced to use the one given by the system that meant nothing to us. However with the help of the support team we were able to change it to fit our demands.

Elogii has Improved our thinking

Pros:

The delivery app for the drivers has been critical in the business since we had it all set up. I also like the idea of the live tracking of the drivers, the customer facing page is working really well as per our reviews from customers. it also has been very good to get real time POD's as soon as the driver has completed the job.

Cons:

Some of the routing elements for the multi day routes still have small issues, but we are working together to fix these issues.

ELogii review

Comments: straight forward use, quick submission and download of supporting paperwork, very good

Pros:

Quick access to the POD helps with prompt resolution of the customers queries

Cons:

From my point of view and how i use it, I have no issues with it

Game Changer

Comments: As said before, planning procedures have been sped up and minimized delivery issues thanks to P.O.D.
The live tracking also helped us to keep a close eyes on the drivers movement when on the road.

Pros:

Our company comes from a manual routes organization. Thanks to elogii we sped up the process and helped us prevent delivery issues.

Cons:

Unfortunately it can not be implement with the system we use to create orders and invoicing so there are some manual procedures that needs to be done in-between.

eLogii - Flexible solution for demanding transport operation

Comments: Overall eLogii helped us to make big step towards digitalization. With use of eLogii we are aiming to be completely paperless in 2024

Pros:

Flexibility of this software, its cut to our needs. Easy to use and implement across all locations in UK. Good reports and other features which made daily control of the operations manageable by single user

Cons:

A few problems with drivers app, need more options in analytics tool

ELOGII is a powerful all-round TM system.

Pros:

Uptime, reliability and speed.Seamless assignment of tasks to drivers and changes.

Cons:

The driver app UX could be improved.It's fast and reliable, but it's lacking features.

A nice solution

Comments: Integrating it with Business Central was a challenge and took us some time to get it right, but overall it's been a move forward from what we were using before. We still don't use only it's routing capabilities as we find a human touch is still required.

Pros:

The support is great with fast responses. Being a smaller company enables us to have an ear straight into the product team which is great. The platform is quite easy to pick up and the tracking element is excellent. There are a lot of features which can be turned on and off and it can be quite flexible depending on your needs. The API is quite extensive and allows for a wide range of integration options.

Cons:

The routing engine can be quite random. It routes based on distance, not really time so that has been a challenge where we are more focused on time. The customer portal is weak and so is any PDF documentation. (We have worked with them to improve this.) The driver app could be better but they are already working on a new version. There wasn't really an onboarding process so we took far longer working everything out than expected.

How good is Elogii

Comments: I have found Elogii to be a very good system for our deliveries , very straight forward to use and everything you need on one screen.

Pros:

The real time tracking is a great feature to know where my drivers are to liaise with our customers and the instant access to POD's are fantastic.

Cons:

I have only been using Elogii for a month so far and to be honest I can't fault this software.

Game changer

Comments: It was rough at first but once I got the hang of it, I love it

It was different at first, but after a while I really like it.

Easy to use Transport Management System

Pros:

Very intuitive interface which is well designed - it presents a lot of information to the transport manager.

Cons:

We can see current location of drivers but not historic GPS data, which would be useful for monitoring if they are wasting time.

BEST ONE YET

Pros:

SO EASY TO USE, user friendly interface.

Cons:

live tracking is playing from time to time

Switching from Podfather to Elogii

Pros:

Colour coded routes are helpful. Customer facing side is useful because captures feedback and star ratings

Cons:

Popup boxes are temperamental, difficult to navigate on mobile web view

eLogii is great.

Pros:

Elogii has lost excellent functions. Its easy to use.

Cons:

Data export datetime formats are difficult to convert.
