Love it !

Pros:

I think the very best thing about webinargeek is the customer support and constant work they do on the product to make it better. If you have any questions, a real person answers and help you in a matter of minutes (during weekdays).

Cons:

Would love to see more flexibility with the registration page such as being able to link videos that are uploaded, not just on Youtube.

Webinars for Small Business

Comments: Overall I highly recommend anyone looking to host powerful webinars look into WebinarGeek. They will definitely not disappoint.

Pros:

I am in the personal development/coaching space, and I host bi-weekly webinars to attract new clients. WebinarGeek is an amazing platform to do just that. The webinars looks professional, the integration and features it has to attract and secure new clients is great. I love doing my presentations now and want to do more! Love the ability to implement on demand webinars too!

Cons:

Not many cons that come to mind. I guess more customization/branding would be helpful on the lower tier package.

Okay quality but easy to use!

Pros:

Its really easy to use and easy to set up. Customer support is also easy to reach and quick in their response

Cons:

The quality when using multiple presenters. If you have more presenters on different location the quality of the webinar will go down a lot. I have addressed this issue with customer support first they tried to help but never really resolved the issue..

Easy to use software with a lot of features

Pros:

WebinarGeek is very easy to use and makes hosting webinars accessible for everyone. I especially love their good customer service, they reply very fast and take your feedback into account! Once I suggested a change to something and they actually made that change, within a day or so. Other than that, everything is always working as it should and I've never had any issues while doing a webinar.

Cons:

When you co-host a webinar with someone else and also want to show some slides to the audience, you can only select one host to be visible at a time and the screen with the slides become very small, so it's hard to read when you're giving the webinar.

Here to stay

Pros:

Easy to use and the very friendly support in case of questions. Another Pro for us is that it is a Dutch company, but that's personal :-)

Cons:

In the earlier versions it was not possible to upload video's directly and could only be embedded from YouTube. In the recent versions this is solved, so for now, we don't really have cons to mention.

We made to switch and we're glad we did

Pros:

It's very userfriendly and intuitive. At first you're a bit overwhelmed with all the options, but once you get the hang of it, the set-up is pretty easy. We really like some of the features we didn't have in other applications.

Cons:

The set-up can take a bit long sometimes and you have to scroll through a lot of windows to adjust just 1 thing. It can mean you have to do a lot of searching to find 1 specific thing. f.e. streaming set-up or adjusting the e-mails or webinarroom.

Best option

Comments: I am a huge fan!

Pros:

Implementation of laws regarding personal data privacy (Dutch law: 100% AVG proof). For me this was one of the main reasons to switch. After using the free 14 days version I had no doubts at all. The software is easy to use, complete, tons of features to interact and best of all: very stable and reliable connection. In the back-end WebinarGeek has a lot of features installed for data analytics of registrations, viewers, replays, sending e-mails. etc. And if that isn't enough for you, they have created integrations with the most used software tools like MailChimp, HubSport, etc

Cons:

I honestly would not know. There is a small delay in what I see as host and what the viewers see (approx. 5 to 10seconds, I guess), but I guess this makes sense. It doesn't bother me at all.

Amazing support - low cost - very good performance

Comments: Very happy with webinargeek. They really focus on making an easy way to organise webinars with an amazing support

Pros:

Software is incredible easy to use. Step by step you create your webinars. It is easy to make changes and adjustments. Even in the basic version you have already enough functions to organise good webinars. Support is quick and really helpful. I upgraded my product to have extra functions, compared to other providers the price of webinargerk is much lower but you will receive everything you need.

Cons:

I really like the product. And every time you receive upgrades. When they communicate the news you think: I didn't miss it before, but now when I have it I am very happy with it.

Pros:

It's easy to use and it has all you need to create a webinar. I'm excited about de replay function we can use. The number of people that sign up for our webinars has increased much because of it! What's also nice, is that we can integrate with our tool HubSpot. We can collect so much data automatically now, instead of doing it manually. It's a huge time saver. Last, I want to give a compliment to the customer service. Every time I have a question, they help me via the live chat on their website. They respond very fast and always help me out with answers that really help me!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about the WebinarGeek software.

Easy to use software from a friendly company

Comments: I use Webinargeek for hosting webinars. It's easy to use and I love the fact that it's not a large multinational. It feels like a group of (higly professional) friends, I love buying from them.

Pros:

The best thing is that the interface facilitates you to step by step create your (first) webinar. This made it really easy.

Cons:

In the help desk, some things are not easy to find. I would like some extra options to customize the registration page. However, this is easily solved by using the embed code on my website.

Smith Seminars Live Online Webinars

Comments: Customer service is wonderful. My issues are being addressed. This platform saved my business when I was given 5 weeks to conform to new rules or "go away"!

Pros:

The automated webinars with live chat. Although I need to be there when they start, thank goodness, they start without me.

Cons:

"Exclude dates" need to have the ability to set a window of time. Example: I may need to set it up to be "not available" from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on a certain date.

Comments: My experience with the platform is that it is one of the best platforms that helps you in making educational seminars and lectures and benefiting from them through profit and attraction many visitors .

Pros:

From my point of view, there are many advantages in the platform, such as creating educational seminars and lectures in an easy way, as well as creating live broadcasts in a simple and smooth way. The platform facilitates 4000 seats for visitors, and this is a large number, and also allows you to sell from the platform and profit .

Cons:

There are no templates for the operating or e-mail pages or to control them, and also I do not clearly see what is written in the chat when broadcasting from visitors .

Good webinar tool without need to install any app (works in browser)

Comments: I needed a webinar tool without need of installing any app (works in browser) that can be integrated with Hubspot and Wordpress, so my web page visitors can register directly on my web.
Great ang helpful customer service which is almost always online and can help you with anything.

Pros:

It can be integrated with Hubspot and the deployment was pretty easy. I also liked that the pricing is very favourable. It is great the viewers do not have to install any software and that they can watch directly in the browser window on any device. This is an important feature, because many customers come to the webinar in the very last moment and then they realize they have to install some app so many just don't bother and do not participate. If they don't have to install any app they just click a link and it opens directly in the browser. Another important thing for me was integration with Hubspot CRM.

Cons:

There is not an option for viewers of a webinar to turn on microphone and cameras and to interact with the host. The only way is via chat.

Pros:

When you think of a feature, you can be pretty sure they have it. Compared to other webinar tools, I can really trust the tool works well. If it doesn't it's pretty sure my own fault or my internet.

Cons:

Guess the interface and front-end. I am hesitant to use the registrant pages because they don't look that good. As a small company we try to look extremely professional and these pages are not in line with that.

Comments: Good - I'd neve done a webinar before and set up and ran the whole thing in under 2 weeks. Could have been done faster, it was a part time product. It's not complicated and doesn't get in the way. If you want to run a webinar this does it without too much fuss.

Pros:

I liked that I was able to fully set up and test a webinar to see exactly what I was buying. There were no surprises of promised functionality that didn't work in the way that I wanted. I like that I was able to integrate it myself with activecampaign without a lot of techinical understaning

Cons:

I would like a little more functionality around interfacing with activecampaign and control over emails that are sent. I have the basic paid for subscription. It's possible that what I want it in a premium version.

My start with webinarGeek

Pros:

I started a few weeks ago with WebinarGeek. It took me no time to figure out how everything works, everything is arranged very logically. If I had a question, I got an answer via chat within a few minutes. I now effortlessly give a webinar every week.

Cons:

I have a premium account, and it has a limit of 100 persons who can be at the webinar. I don't need more than that at the moment but hope it will be needed soon!

My business on autopilot

Comments: I have been able to consistently gain new customers with less effort. I used to have to do live streams and post new videos, but WebinarGeek allows me to automate the process. I also love that it easily connects with my email list, and can automatically send reminders and follow-up emails.

Pros:

I am able to continuously have my webinars shown to people several times a day without having to be present. It helps me make sales with less effort.

Cons:

I wish the price could be a little more affordable.

It is very easy to set up. Great supportsystem and fast reaction on questions! In one hour I had everything set up and I was ready to shine on my first webinar!

Cons:

When giving a webinar with two people, you only see the one who is talking. It is more natural if you see both in a conversation and easier to watch for the viewers when they see both

Great tool, easy to use

Comments: It's a nice tool for small to medium webinars (for us), because of the ease of use. I like the Hubspot integration, so that the leads immediately appear in our CRM. Good price-quality ratio!

Pros:

This tool is easy to use and it's nice that you can organize the invitation and follow up all by yourself. A great thing about this tool is that it does not require any software to be installed, which is the case for many other tools.

Cons:

Because of the use from the webbrowser the connection must be good and stable if you want to give a flawless webinar with WebinarGeek. But actually this always works fine.
