Simple but powerful

Comments: It is a simple but efficient job site/app (at least for candidates), with a clean interface and some good features, that allow us to easily replicate our CV information there.

Pros:

It offers the possibility to upload a PDF CV (from Glassdoor on my case), and it auto-fill almost all profile information. The profile editing form is very simple and has a beatiful design. It allows me to log in using my LinkedIn profile, which was great!

Cons:

When a was navigating, I refreshed the page accidentally and it not have saved my progress, so I have to fill some things again.

Not a good experience when applying for jobs

Pros:

Gupy makes possible direct communication between recruiter and candidate.

Cons:

The UI and the UX overall is very confusing and even with clear information, it's hard to understand due to lack of contrast in the design. Also, the application process is aggressive: tried to check the information required to apply for a job position and when clicked the "Apply for this job" button, the application was automatically submitted without further notice. I didn't even submit my resume neither other relevant information. That was a bad and confusing experience.

will a job go there?

Comments: I loved the possibility of doing the whole evaluation and hiring process through this platform! It was very practical, I didn't have to travel and had an excellent return.

Pros:

Through this tool, I applied for various professional positions. And it was through this platform that I managed to get the job I always dreamed of. It is simple to use and very objective. If it were possible I would always use it to look for a job.

Cons:

I could have a menu indicating all my applications instead of showing all of them separately! for example, if I make a unique registration on the platform and through them I apply for all available vacancies.

Ótima ferramenta para análise de candidatos

Comments: De modo geral é uma ferramenta muito prática e viável para utilizar. Minha necessidade de uso ainda é pequena, por ser microempreendedora mas certamente a medida em que meus negócios forem crescendo usarei mais a Gupy por toda a variedade de recursos disponíveis e suporte oferecido.

Pros:

A Gupy facilita o meu dia a dia, acho pratica e intuitiva a forma que junta as informações dos candidatos, consigo analisar mais de um currículo. Além disso, eles respondem rapidamente as dúvidas quando preciso de suporte técnico.

Cons:

O acesso ao uso de vídeo para avaliar os candidatos pode ser melhorado para tornar a comunicação mais fluida, pois trava muito a visualização.
