FOCUS on things that matter!

Comments: I am too spoilt now that i can't go back to paper and excel checklists. My team uses go audits for daily store audits and i don't need to waste time on compiling sheets and scanning documents that doesn't yield any benefit since in the end all what matters is what action you take to correct things and make it better. Go Audits understands business and does it well!

Pros:

Action Plan is an amazing tool to keep track of What Who When. Dashboard is very comprehensive and provides all data to have a quick glance or detailed analysis. Checklists are quiet easy to set up with roles and permission you are able to keep everything structured and in control.

Cons:

The import audit configuration thing could be replaced with instant sync that doesn't require people to sync in order to see any changes. The theme of the checklist could use some facelift as people might board looking at the same checklist each day. If the users can customize their look and feel of their user account then it will give it a personal touch.

Alternatives Considered: SafetyCulture

Reasons for Switching to GoAudits: They make the product for you rather than making you buy what's available. Goaudits were very flexible with customizations we asked for such as Geo fencing and speech to text etc. The team were really keen to help us out in setting up and were following up with us till we went live.

GoAudits for Quality Assurance

Comments: GoAudits checks all of the boxes for our company for our Quality Assurance program. They have amazing customer service that is always available with extremely fast response times. We also use GoAudits for our daily temperature logs, 4 a day at over 20 locations. Their system handles all of our needs without issue.

Pros:

GoAudits has all of the features needed for our company to perform and maintain our Quality Assurance program. As the Administrator, I am able to manage all aspects of our program in one place.

Cons:

There were some bugs in the system initially, but those have all been worked out over the course of our relationship.

Not a good start

Comments: Only been with them 19 days and feel very stressed that they are not doing what they promised!

Pros:

It tells me I need to write 40 words but the only thing I like is the system!

Cons:

staff are keen to get you on board but as soon as you are on board they don't help, delaying our audits and causing a back log, after numerous messages and emails no one seems to care!

Pros:

What I liked most about GoAudits is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive feature set. The application simplifies the audit process with its intuitive design, making it easy for users of all skill levels to conduct thorough inspections. The customizable templates are a standout feature, allowing organizations to tailor their audit forms to specific needs. Additionally, the offline functionality ensures that audits can be performed even in areas without internet connectivity, which is crucial for field operations. The integration capabilities with other systems and the detailed reporting tools provide valuable insights and streamline workflow, enhancing overall productivity.

Cons:

What I liked least about GoAudits is the occasional lag in the mobile app, especially when dealing with larger datasets. This can be a minor inconvenience during extensive audits. This rarely happens but worth mentioning.

Comments: It's been amazing. I appreciate how quickly the team responds to changes we make to our audits, how user friendly the audits are, and the accountability of being able to receive photos from our staff/employees to ensure processes are being followed.

Pros:

The flexibility to make the audits unique to fit our business needs. We use the audits for multiple stores along with our food trucks, which allows us to ensure we have checks and balances for our processes and there's consistency across the board.

Cons:

I can honestly say we don't have anything negative to say. We've been very pleased with the program and our business has become much more efficient.

Comments: Overall the app is great. It would be great if the patrol listed can be re-arrange by dragging.

Pros:

it is a great application and accurate application for auditing.

Cons:

It is very difficult to re-arrange the list as you need to re-create the list which will take you more time. for example: 1. Floor 24 2. Floor 22 3. Floor 23 It would be great if I could drag 3. Floor 23 to replace with 2. Floor 22. cause sometime the content of each floor are different. so we just can't rename the floor.

Comments: Overall experience is that it is very simple and organized. The ability for us to make on the fly edits to audits and change the format and linear outlines make it a great tool.

Pros:

This is a great tool and can be used very easily on my phone and on my I pad. I can even transition from an existing audit from one tool to the next. The ease of editing the audits is great. The new update made the interface very simple.

Cons:

Would like to be able to add more photo's in the audits.

Great Platform

Pros:

GoAudits works for most of our company and client needs. The customer service is always top notch. The overall program is easy to set up and use.

Cons:

Building an audit from scratch is difficult for a new user, fortunately, GoAudits and their team can take your concept, even from a scratch of paper, and build an audit system to suit your needs.

Pros:

I've been uploading and creating checklists for my Assessors. I don't use the software. But the software is user-friendly and intuitive. There are some features which could be improved, but having trialled another well-known auditing app, GoAudits is on a par, all-told. The support is fantastic - you don't have to wait long for assistance. I also like the fact that you can upload a checklist in almost any format, and GoAudits will do the heavy lifting for you, all as part of the service. Compared with other similar products on offer, this is fantastic. Plus, you have plenty of templates ready to use, or you can create your own, all at a competitive price point. It's early days, but I'm looking to subscribe for all the reasons stated.

Cons:

We haven't tried using it in the field yet, so my comments will be limited to the 'backend design' of things. It can be a bit clunky having to edit checklists you've been using, in the Form Builder section. But I don't think its vastly different from most other similar offerings out there, especially when you consider all that's on offer for the price plans, and the quality of support.

Comments: Working with Goaudits has been great the support team have always been a great help with any problems. Goaudits have also listened to our requirements over the time we have been using there system and made many changes to there system for our company needs.

Pros:

I found the app on the phone so easy to use and navigate. The desktop software was a little more complicated but after using it for a month and with the help of goaudits support I was taught all I needed to know. The integration to the business was easy.

Cons:

Navigating the dashboard and back system was difficult. The reports generated are not in the format or layout I would prefer and find it hard to convert it to what I would like.

Reasons for Switching to GoAudits: Goaudits were open honest and able to deliver workable changes to there system for our company needs. I auditor were less interested to help integrate there system to our company needs.

our new grids for our F&B teams.

Pros:

The GOA support are amazing. They are always available to helps us to increase our ideas to increase our training with our team. It is much appreciated to be able to audit with our mobile phone, it make it easy for all our employees.

Cons:

We think it would be great to have our neutral grids easily available in Excel/PDF format. For the time being, we are obliged to carry out a mock audit without scoring in order to have a neutral grid to send to our teams.

Pros:

Excellent platform to conduct audits. Amazing customer support. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for transition from manual audit checklists to digital records

Cons:

Requires a high speed internet to generate audit reports

Comments: The support provided since the beginning of the project helped us a lot to build everything that is in practice today. Some very specific requests were fulfilled over time. After a year of use, everyone is used to the software and paper audits are increasingly replaced by GoAudits.

Pros:

Easy to use, intuitive, answers customized, reports sent.

Cons:

Interface only in English, it will be appreciate other languages . Some few changing is not possibles in the forms/checklists setup (exemples: order of sections is not possible to change in our side). Custom Fields is very useful, but it is not possible to use a predefined list of values (dropdown list).

Audits and reports made easy

Comments: Excellent customer service and tech support. This app has helped me to successfully deliver my projects for our clients. I also was able to easily train new staff on how to use it, it is very user friendly.

Pros:

Easy to change a checklist's questions to fit changing needs of a project.

Cons:

Cannot batch download reports. We can see a library of the reports but we have to download them to print them. Would like to be able to select a batch of reports to download as a group.

Comments: This has saved our business countless hours, as we are not typing up an audit once back in the audit. therefore allowing us to complete more audits increasing the turnover of our business.

Pros:

Goaudits have helped reduce the paperwork we use and has saved us so much time as we do not need to type up audits in the office, another key feature that has helped us and our clients is the fact it gives us a score, this helps clients see that they are improving and helps them become more motivated to improve. The photos are a great addition as we can edit them which helps clients to see more the information in more detail

Cons:

GoAudits tools boost productivity and maintain high standards.

Pros:

The dashboard, webapp, and mobile apps are all excellent platforms. They all have their own functions and are user-friendly. The dashboard is excellent for assessing all of the received inspections, and both the webapp and mobile app make it simple to conduct inspections.

Cons:

I currently have no complaints, however I would just suggest adding more options to the Dashboard that can aid businesses in gaining more benefits.

Know your company needs and understand the application of GoAudits

Comments: A good system checklist for supervisors to monitor and check on the operation and performance of associate

Pros:

The picture upload makes it easy for users to identify the area of concern without writing any text.

Cons:

Changes of text within individual item are not readily picked up by the system so users need "importing" all the time. At times, the revised text affects the "marking" of the specific item e.g. a "n/a" becomes a "no response", resulting in "fail" for the audit.

Quantify your feedback

Pros:

The App is user friendly and efficient for auditing purposes. The App puts a nice detailed report with percentage, charts and highlight the common missed standards. The Dashboard is really helpful for Administrator to monitor and track the performance of the organization.

Cons:

Adding a voice recording feature to the app will be a great add value.

There are no major issues to complain, we always get assistance from support if something is needed.
