Faster parcels means happier me

Pros:

Since our reception upgraded to the parcel tracker service, everything is now instant. It saves so much time and the concierge is now offering the parcels as soon as they arrive. It used to take a couple of hours “for processing” and now I get a notification and I have my parcels. I am really grateful parcel tracker exists in our life.

Cons:

The integration was seamless, concierge was really happy to use it and transition was easy. I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Comments: I love it, it's been such a useful addition and an absolute gamer changer for our staff.

Pros:

Parcel Tracker has been amazing. It helped us save so much time all whilst improving how we log all the deliveries into our business. We've been able to free up the front of house staff time and they are now able to offer a better service to our visitors and better admin our site. The actual way the software works is also revolutionary, I didn't think this was possible. It's removed the need to record any of the parcel details manually. Parcel Tracker with a single scan detects the recipient name, the courier, barcode and tracking number. It also timestamps everything. Collecting parcels is also super easy! we can either collect via a QR code, a signature take a photo of where the parcels were dropped off for the collections.

Cons:

The software used to be a bit buggy (about 2 years ago) since then these issues have been addressed and the software has been super smooth.

Benefits our students Parcel deliveries

Comments: I love it. Having a secure system which has a relative low cost But we are able to process many student parcels in an efficient way.
The Students are happier knowing there parcel has arrived and they can come to reception at a convenient time which suites their needs

Pros:

simple process to use this ap to confirm parcel delivery to 270 international students in the accommodation. It makes our job simpler by securing parcels quickly and sending an automatic email to the student that they have a parcel at reception. easy to understand by our international students. and it makes them happier that they don't need to keep coming to reception looking for a parcel.

Cons:

The list of possible recipients on most parcels it goes directly On a few it goes to a default name. But its easy enough to search the correct name

Parcels tracked in the best way possible

Comments: I don't know how we ever did without it

Pros:

Uploading hundreds of individuals takes seconds (not days). Very user friendly for the somewhat tech savvy.

Cons:

If a user does not use IT systems on a frequent basis it can take them a while to become accustomed to using the software.

Comments: Easy and simple to use. It's scanning and sending emails really quick. It's making our life easier.It is a great app to use. Convenient and secure, delivering right information to people. Sometimes can be tricky when it's scanning, maybe a bit of work on it, to be a bit faster into recognising the person.

Comments: Has made our jobs a lot easier so we can free our time up for other tasks, highly recommend!

Pros:

love the app, really easy to use, great to keep track when receive such a high volume of parcels, extra security for staff on site when storing parcels on behalf of other people.

Cons:

can take some getting used to if not particularly tech savvy, and date extraction can be a little delayed when there are changes in customers

Parcels made simple!

Comments: Has made parcel tracking a lot easier at work, especially with the photos of the parcels as it helps locate parcels for residents also.

Pros:

The simplicity is the best part for me, I just hold down a button and it'll scan all the information on the parcel and match it to the student for me and all I click is send

Cons:

It can occasionally not notify the student but 99% of the time it doesn't lead to issues because of this as they're still aware they have a parcel through the courier notification.

Comments: Fantastic overall experience and is a great addition to a busy mailroom

Pros:

- really useful to scan in large amounts of post- swift, accurate & organised- great photo facility to differentiate between different items

Cons:

- would love it if you could amend the notifcation email as it always says "parcel" even if it is a letter- sometimes causes confusion - synching between multiple mobile devices/system is sometimes slow causing glitches in data

Futuristic step in parcel processing

Comments: It is nicely designed app and very user friendly. Student's really like that they just have to show the QR code and they can get their parcels easily. Using new technology even for small tasks shows that the company is modern and follows the trend, which is also good for the image of the company I work for.

Pros:

Very user-friendly and straightforward app with nice design. Extremely modern approach of handling parcels. It makes the parcels look up easier by using the pictures we have to take when processing them and displaying the room numbers on the top. Very quick system, students are notified straight after we process their boxes. The QR codes can be scanned easily even with blurry, not well lid screens. Provides a very easy collection procedure. Easy to handle the recipients' email address changes on the phone.

Cons:

You can scan the same parcel twice, the system does not recognise if you processed the parcel already. Anybody could collect the parcel if they had the QR code, so we had to start asking for IDs again to make sure students are not collecting each other's parcels. There is at least 3 of us during the day who handles parcels and it is time consuming to type in our email addresses and passwords every time we use the device after each other.

Intuitive Parcel Management System

Comments: We implemented Parcel Tracker at a large private accommodation and found that it improved our mail processing almost overnight. Great support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
and the team, we'd definitely recommend it to others.

Pros:

Parcel Tracker sports an easy-to-use interface, requiring minimal training. The photo reader is accurate and quick to pull up the correct individual for each address. Automatic notifications to residents fast-track collection. The collection process is QR code driven, minimizing the need for extended administration.

Cons:

When adding more than 15 - 20 parcels at a time the app can slow down, though this may be related more to the hardware than the software itself.

Comments: Our experience with Parcel Tracker was simply 'Plug in and Forget'. Probably the most seamless installation process we have ever seen.

Pros:

I think by far the best two things about this service are 1) customer service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been extremely patient with us and helpful. 2) Being able to track multiple carriers with one app is so easy with Parcel Tracker.

Cons:

App seems to be in early development and some features we would like to have are not currently implemented. The team is passionate and seems to be working hard, so we feel positive about this apps progress.

Pros:

- Easy to use - Simple to train users -Great online administration platform - Easy to change residents details quickly

Cons:

Would like to see an Offline feature. we have some issues where if the device goes offline for a few moments residents wont receive their QR code

Comments: Overall good, whenever I have had an issue it would be resolved

Pros:

I like that it allows me to review stats on a week by week basis

Cons:

It can sometimes have glitches when using it over two phones at the same time, meaning difference in parcel numbers.

We love it, our customers love it - it just works

Comments: We have solved the issue with residents not picking up parcels within a reasonable time and it has helped manage expectations for resident's deliveries - they no longer make wasted trips to reception (in their opinion)

Pros:

We like the way it detects the key information from the package and seamlessly informs the customer of the arrival of their package. It has really sped up the process of handling deliveries.

Cons:

It would be nice if there was a desktop web version to have a complete overview of what packages are currently in storage.

Excellent improvement to our parcel tracking

Comments: As a dedicated student accommodation of almost 300 bedrooms we receive a great deal of parcels daily. Parcel tracker has made a huge difference in how quickly we process and hand out these parcels, saving us hours every day. Parcel tracker also takes away any confusion regarding discrepant parcels.

Pros:

Excellent tracking of parcels Speeds up the processing and collection of parcels ten-fold Great induction to the software Dedicated phone app and PC dashboard The notes feature is handy for recording anything about the parcel, for example damaged upon arrival

Cons:

The only comment I have is that single scan mode would be the preferred default for me, rather than two-scan mode. This was easily changed in the settings.

Comments: Working with their team to implement and then use the software was very easy and it was great that they were able to take our feedback to help customize Parcel Tracker to fit our business.

Pros:

Through Parcel Tracker we were able to streamline the package delivery and notification process. This in turn had people know to get their deliveries and kept boxes from sitting taking up space or getting forgotten.

Cons:

I really wish I had found their platform sooner. I don’t really have anything negative to say.

Great to use

Comments: its been great i would definitely use this again. and would highly recommend any company buys into this app.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to use, it is minimal training for your company because it is so logical and easy to use, everything is easy to find and easy to use.

Cons:

it does make loud beep noises when it scans and when it doesnt recognise something but you can just turn it down.
