Comments: With QuickBooks Online Advanced I can reconcile all accounts in minutes

Pros:

Iam a happy user of QuickBooks Online Advanced. It is a pocket friendly tool and I amazes me with the much I use it for yet at a reasonable cost. Also it was soo easy to adopt and absolutely easy to use. It is reliable and flexible that it allows me access financial books from my smartphone anytime anywhere. It is also easy to track cashflows through creation and sending of quotes and invoices to get paid instantly. And sales tracking and expenses and receipt sorting which are all in one place. Creating financial reports therefore become soo easy and accurate

Cons:

No errors, just a blend of incredible financial reporting functionalities that I enjoy

Efficient and easy to use

Comments: My experience has been great. I will keep going back to Quickbooks.

Pros:

It is by far the most streamlined and efficient tool I’ve used so far.

Cons:

It does take some time to get started and it’s on the higher end of cost.

Disappointed in QB Online constant updates

Comments: It has been beyond frustrating working with QB customer service to add back a column on a report that was removed (probably accidentally in June 2023). I want to see the NOTES field added back to the Customer export and have reached out to numerous supervisors and have been told many times it will be added back. It is now 10 months later and the field has not been added back.
I have provided "Feedback" numerous times as well.
Super frustrated with the customer support team not taking steps to fix this.

Pros:

It's important to access QB from different computers/locations.

Cons:

Good, could be great

Comments: Positive, the support line was okay, their sales teams and implementation teams need to be on the same page. Some features we were sold on were not met

Pros:

Easy to enter information for payroll and accounting, can make mass changes in easy steps. System is very automated and less manual

Cons:

No T4 Processing capabilities - this is a major let down.

Customer support was very easy to reach and helped walk me through any issues.

Cons:

Setting up payroll taxes was difficult, had to reach out to support multiple times.

Top Notch Expense Platform for SMB's

Comments: I would definitely recommend this product to small and small-medium sized businesses for the purpose of expense tracking.

Pros:

Super simple to use as a user, and it's probably the most commonly used.

Cons:

The platform seemed a bit slow to use at times, but it could have been due to my internet connection.

Highly recommend

Comments: I enjoy using this software and have saved a lot of time with bringing all things into one location. Plus handing over reports and data to the accountant has been a breeze since using this.

Pros:

This product optimized our invoicing, inventory, client information and more into one location which saved on price and saves a lot of time.

Cons:

I do not love the price per user and would like to see a group discount or something.

QBO needs to be your go-to

Pros:

QuickBooks online's ease of use makes it a perfect accounting solution for everyone from new business owners with little to know accounting knowledge to CPA's

Cons:

While it tries to make things easier some of the defaults are a bit confusing to the accountant

QBOA: Most Sophisticated Online Accounting Tool

Pros:

QuickBooks Online Advanced has all the capabilities which allows me to save time and eradicate discrepancies by automating repetitive accounting tasks.

Cons:

It was daunting to customize QBOA but the vendor offered free support the then when I was a new user.

Pros:

QuickBooks Online Advanced makes it super easy for me to create, customize and send invoices. I also like that QBOA match payments with POS and invoices to detect discrepancies prior to sending.

Cons:

Ever since I implemented QuickBooks Online Advanced, I have never come across any bug.

A Must-Have For Administrators Looking For Efficient Payroll and Budgeting Software

Comments: Exceptional. I would be unable to handle the administrative functions of my position as well as client caseload without this software.

Pros:

Ease of use! I am not an accountant nor am I professionally trained in business operations. When I was elevated from Staff Attorney to Executive Director I inherited administrative responsibilities that I was completely unfamiliar with. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how intuitive and efficient the software is. I am confident the transition into my position would have been far more difficult, but not for our subscription to QuickBooks Online.

Cons:

After connecting our client management database and bank accounts to Quickbooks Online, I began to see duplicate transaction entries. In troubleshooting the issue, I discovered that deleting the journal entry created by our client database was the only way to resolve the issue. This makes me uncomfortable. I wish there were a way to "archive" the journal transaction. This would allow the system to properly reflect the journal created by the client database, as well as my direct entry in the accounting software without affecting the overall balance.

Great product, user friendly, highly recommend.

Comments: Fantastic, only frustration is having to continually click see in classic view since they are pushing modern view.

Comments: Works great and is a product I would buy again. It was easy to learn and is very user friendly/

Pros:

If you are an online store or do online billing this product is great. I use it in my brick and mortar so it's not the best option due to the payment processing because it doesn't provide a credit card receipt to be signed. Other than that I love it. It keeps track of everything so it makes tracking so easy.

Cons:

It doesn't work well if you are a brick and mortar. I wish there was a compatible credit card machine that would print a receipt for the client to sign. There are a few quirky things in the set up for the invoices and receipts. It will not print the phone number in it's proper place. I've improvised but it's just annoying.

I like how I can customized the invoice page and add different fields and save them.

Cons:

When updates of the program come through it is difficult at times to adjust to it. Also, I had to categorize all my transactions multiple times when updates were applied.

Slow and bloated

Pros:

Decent reporting. Handles bank transactions well.

Cons:

Slow and clunky. Loaded with ads for optional services. Customer service is hit or miss.
