Perfect time tracker

Pros:

I've been using Trackabi for time tracking and managing leaves, and I've found it really handy, especially with its features for both manual and automatic time entries. It's great for freelancers like me and small teams because it makes it super easy to keep track of hours and project progress. The interface is user-friendly, and it even lets you export reports, which is a big plus for billing clients. But overall, for its price, it's a solid choice that I'd recommend to others looking to streamline their time management without breaking the bank.

Cons:

However, I've noticed that the app can be a bit slow at times, and it lacks some tracking features in mobile app.

Comments: It's a really good application actually I can manage my working time for a whole week by looking at the timesheets. It also help me to track my working time for a balance working time leisure time daily.

Pros:

The most I like about Trackabi it's really useful not only to track my time for my boss it also good for me to manage my time and keep in track my work

Cons:

The part that I don't like is whenever my network is not stable the tracked time sometimes rolled back couple minutes I guess before screen capture, and the start button is not directly start after I click it.

The Time tracking never work as it should. Snapshots it's agressive.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Trackabi. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the mobile app could use a bit more functionality. While it’s great for logging hours on the go, having more of the desktop features available on the mobile app would make it perfect. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall benefits Trackabi provides.

Comments: Easy to use, not that bad. Good pricing. Poor software to track time (on linux, not sure about windows)

Comments: Overall happy with the system. It is easy to train others on how to use it. Does it have it issues yes, but for the cost, it is worth it.

Pros:

Initial setup was easy and simple projects of ours are a breeze

Cons:

Time clock doesn't always register an entry. Complex projects that have different billable rates have to be created separately which is a pain to manage. Invoicing doesn't have a billing option to collect payments which makes creating an invoice in Trackabi pointless.

Best Tracking Software

Pros:

I like the way the user interface is designed for the website and the desktop application. It is easy to maintain the project. I could see my idle timing and user activity timing to improve myself.

Cons:

The timer is not synchronized between the web page and the application at times. When I try to open the application, I don't get redirected to the current day. Also, the timer is not updated from the application when I'm supposed to change it from the web view.

Easy to access and more convenient without any bugs

Pros:

It doesn't require much memory, so it loads quickly Easy to access check in and out, we can automatically assign the task before opening the app. Effortless we can check the previous task, what are the project which I am worked, also I can track the time which I took to complete the task separately. Very comfortable to create and change the task which I am working, we can edit the timer if we missed to add at any time.

Cons:

sometimes giving some java error, but that will be resolved after restart the app.

Efficient and User-Friendly

Pros:

The app is looking good and easy to navigate, making time tracking straightforward. Features such as project management, time tracking, and reporting, all in one platform. It is Highly beneficial for monitoring project progress and productivity.

Cons:

The app can sometimes send too many notifications, which can be overwhelming. I encountered occasional bugs and glitches that disrupted the user experience. Also Time Track is inconsistent many times. The Timer is not turning off if we didn't turn it off manually. It is running continuously for 96 hrs +

That you cannot edit previous days input. More days of allowance to edit should be given to the user.

Comments: Overall, I am satisfied with Trackabi and its features, but as mentioned in the Cons section, some small issues need to be fixed.

I like the most on Trackabi is its automatic screenshot feature and the daily reminder on email.

Cons:

Sometimes, the time measurement does not match its logged and active hours, and sometimes, it automatically gets disconnected while other processes are running perfectly, so it is not a network issue.

Tracking is super cool

Pros:

The time tracking is really cool, It helps a lot to monitoring employees and learn about employees progress like how much time an employee need for a simple project and it's screen monitoring is best with the apps using time.

Cons:

Need to be fast on starting, And some times some bugs like time tracking on going after shutting down the computer.

My user experience

Comments: For clock in and clock out manually working good,if we left without clock out it runs beyond 24 hrs need to validate that and also whenever the system sleeps it automatically stops the timer but whenever the system on the timer not on itself need to be fixed that

Easily manageable and lightweight tool to track

Tracking team activities easier for both desktop activities and task activities. Creating and assigning task to team is really good. Leave management and work hour management.

Cons:

Team members without admin privileges can also add time for the task manually without approval, so finding bit difficulty between manual entry and auto entry

I often forget to unpause the recording after a break, causing me to lose time as there is no notification until I remember to check or switch tasks.

What can still be optimized are the reports per user, so that each user can only download Excel list reports for themselves in the project, for example, without the user also seeing other participants.

Great Software - Used Daily

Comments: It's been great so far. We use it daily and the team finds it easy to use.

Pros:

The ease of use is the biggest factor. From setting up projects to onboarding new team members. It is simple to use and the team likes it.

Cons:

I wish it was easier to add new team members to projects. You should just be able to select a box instead of having to go into each project and add them.
