Comments: It provides ease and order for well-managed reservations. It is a moment of release from stress and workload by exercising for our health

Pros:

I like to use Gymcatch to schedule my fitness classes and my time at the gym. Before it was a mess to have clear information about dates and times available for classes. Now it is much easier to keep track of the time I want to reserve my spot. I also like that I can make payments directly without complications, a very useful tool to lead a more relaxed fitness life

Cons:

There is still nothing I can say that I dislike, for my well-being everything has worked perfectly

Comments: The customer care team are fast and really helpful. The system is reliable and easy to use.

Pros:

It was easy to set up and allowed me to be paperless, in terms of attendance sheets and PAR-Q information. I also didn't have to handle cash or credit card details.

Cons:

The analytics of customer behaviours. it was hard to analyse class performance, look for trends, segment marketing strategies with the data provided.

Customer service is second to none

Comments: Brilliant, customers service is what sets it apart for me.

Pros:

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. If I raise an issue or query these guys are on it instantly. Everyone I've dealt with at Gymcatch has been very pleasant and helpful. They offer unmatched customer service.

Cons:

A few small issues -some customers find it difficult to use and occasionally customers report that they've had problems booking. I also wish i could keep my PARQs in the system, but i believe the team is working on this.

Comments: Loved the tool and service was fantastic. Definately prefer over similar products duebto ease of use and set up.

Pros:

The ease of use was great and price in comparison to similar products. It was easy to set up courses that also allowed for drop in class registration.

Cons:

When I imbeded the calebdar into my website sometimes it took a little while to load. I'd also like to see more seamless display of courses and class options for the same class be easy to identify. Flipping between tabs was not intuitive to my clients. It would also be great to download all payment reports annually instead of monthly, or at least a longer period with all the categories in one report.

Customers can access course details via the session as well as by switching between the Schedule and Courses tabs, but I will make sure this feedback gets back to the product team to review as well. We do have plans to develop some significant enhancements to internal Gymcatch reporting in the future, so I hope when these are released they be an improvement for you, but you can also access payment/financial reports on your Stripe account. Comments: Great value for money, fantastic support system when needed, best decision I`ve made moving on here.

Pros:

Everything, from both customer side and mine as an administrator. Customer feedback has been amazing, particular around how easy the site is to navigate and make bookings. We have seen a massive uptake in bookings since moving over to Gymcatch

Nothing. Everything works perfectly, cant fault anything.

Pros:

Easy to use and set up, great tech support. All my class-goers and clients found it straightforward and easy to use too. Takes the stress out of bookings, great with all the different bolt-on features too.

Excellent booking system

Comments: Excellent I am really happy with the product and the price, it saves me so much time in my business.

Pros:

I have found Gymcatch really useful for manage my yoga class bookings, relatively easy to use and if there is anything I have been unsure of the customer service team are exceptional (this is one of the best things about using gymcatch!) The price is excellent value. I highly recommend.

Cons:

I have gymcatch embedded into my website but that doesn't always work great for booking on mobiles but I just send people booking on their phone straight to the gymcatch webpage (via a link on my website) and that seems to work fine.

Whats not to like about Gymcatch.

Comments: Excellent, the support team are brilliant.

Pros:

Saves me a massive amount of work, no more hanging around after class waiting for payments, no more tracking sessions and I get paid if people decide to not show up or cancel last minute. It also makes me look much more professional, no tooing and frooing with messages either.

Cons:

I am really just learning with technology and sometimes struggled with some aspects but that was more down to me than the app.

Comments: By taking care of bookings and PARQ’s - I can take care of actually delivering my classes and taking care of my clients.
Embedding the app into our website was made extremely easy and functional almost immediately.

Pros:

Introducing GymCatch took the stress of booking away along with chasing clients for payments and commitment to attend.

Cons:

Clients contacting me to help them to use the app - perhaps make it easier for the client to as for GymCatch support.

Great software

Comments: It’s made the process of setting up our new business so easy with everything being in the same place for bookings & payments & customer details.

Pros:

We have loved using Gymcatch for our business, there service is second to none & answer any questions. The app is easy to use for our clients and can offer many options.

Cons:

Just a few little things which would make it easier for us like discounts applying to memberships etc. but all things we can get around (with the help of gymcatch)

Gymcatch helps get navigate Covid era and beyond!

Comments: Overall, Gymcatch has provided a more affordable option for our small nonprofit business to streamline sign-up, payment and package purchasing which became necessary during Covid. I would never go back! There are so many other features such as scheduling. calendar etc...that helps us to communicate with our clients. I love it!

Pros:

This software is fairly easy to navigate and there is online chat help and Q/A to quickly assist with getting things set up. It allows my participants to take control of their punch cards and memberships without having to rely on me to manage it for them with paper or other means.

Cons:

I feel like the web interface is not real pretty and the font is so small. I would love for this to be my main web page but it is not impressive in how it looks/reads. The mobile version looks way better. I did have some clients that struggled getting used to it (they would accidentally pay for class with a credit card instead of their purchased package because it wasn't clear to them how to navigate to it or they weren't signing in.

How did I ever manage without It?!

Comments: Could not have had better support. I am not technically minded and was anxious about switching to an on-line system but I was helped so much it turned out to be much simpler than I feared.

Pros:

Gymcatch is hugely popular with all my clients and saves me hours of work each week. Paperwork is a thing of the past and the constant improvements keep making the product better. Ease of use and great support if you get stuck are also big pros for my business.

Cons:

Not being able to book multiple places for the same client can be a problem but this only arises on occassionand I am sure it will be possible in the future.

Comments: Great, when I have had a problem, the response has been excellent. Very helpful and keen to make things work for us. Also listened to suggestions to improve the service.

Pros:

The phone app is excellent and there are now lots of add on features that have helped me take and manage online bookings from anywhere. There are videos explaining how to do things. The team listen to suggestions… example courses and drop ins. The emails are great so everyone knows what is happening.

Cons:

A few things, some times clients click twice and end up booking in twice and do not mean to. There are lots of options and I feel there is lots to go wrong if you don’t fully understand the set up. I am still learning. The “How to “ videos are excellent. Sometimes there are lots of clicks to get to where I need, all takes time. Generally the product is excellent though.

Comments: I wouldn't be without it now. I set up my Gymcatch business account during the Pandemic and it met my needs perfectly. Despite now being back to "normality" I wouldn't revert back to cash payments and paperwork. The features it provides make my life much easier

Pros:

Easy to use system which is perfect for my class needs. Booking is simple, managing class size and detail is straightforward and applications for communicating with customers are easy to use

Cons:

Some of the essential features are additional bolt ons. It would be nice if these were included, but I understand why they're not. From an admin point of view I find it easier to use from the website on my laptop rather than through the app on my phone. The reverse is true from a user-participant perspective.

My Godsend!

Comments: That everything is on one place. A client can book classes etc, but also contact me directly with any issues. I was using social media before which was unreliable and frustrating!

Pros:

Before GYMCATCH I was one stressed out instructor! Now my clients have an easy to use app that gives them autonomy over booking classes and managing their payments. I tell any instructor who will listen to try GYMCATCH as the support is fantastic also.

Cons:

I think it would be useful to have an option so that clients can purchase/loan equipment etc from the instructor. With COVID-19 restrictions more instructors have been advised to encourage clients to either buy or borrow from them equipment and it would be a great addition to be able to charge clients in the same way as classes and be able to set up terms and conditions of loan.

Value and functional use. it gives a premium feel to members that they have own app

Cons:

The fact I cannot add any other products I sell through my studio which you could with Mindbody. Should be easy to add!

Very easy to use & value for money

Pros:

It's easy to use and create templates for class & appointments. It really is a inexpensive booking system that integrates well. The app is good too and my clients find it easy to to use as well.

Cons:

The app is missing 1 feature that irritates me and that is the ability to add clients from my followers and deduct from their passes and the opposite. Cancel clients off and remind their passes. It can be diwn on the desk top version which means I have to get out my laptop or even go through their website on my phone.. but it's a minor inconvenience.

The best deal around

Comments: great!!

Pros:

I really like using Gymcatch for my virtual yoga business. It's easy to use and has all the features I need to manage class scheduling, student packages, payment processing, attendance and more. One of the best features of Gymcatch is the customer service. The response is always fast and thorough. I am very happy with the software and the service.

Cons:

Some of the navigation is a little clunky, but that's about the only thing I would like to see improved.

My Life has been made a lot easier with Gymcatch

Comments: It has been the best investment I have made. It has reduced my time spent on administration by hours.
My students have taken to it very easily.
Knowing how many people are attending the class in advance.
Monies being paid directly via Stripe into my account.
Very good support from the Gym catch team

Pros:

The ability to manage my classes and know how many people are booked on each session. Managing class sizes - post Covid. PARQ forms - Waiver forms - Completed information at the touch of a button

Cons:

The ability for a student to book multiple classes at once.

Great for organising my group classes and 1:1 appointments all in the same app

Comments: Has made my life much easier! I love it!

Pros:

It has all the features I need to run my business - group classes in different venues and online and 1:1 appointments - all from one app. I like the customer service, I like that it is British and I love that compared to other similar products it has a great price with optional bolt ons. I love that I have everything at my fingertips on my mobile, class registers, client management, the schedule. It is a really nifty and helpful tool for any fitness business small or large.

Cons:

The only slight issue I have is with older clients not getting on with the app - but then these people wouldn't get on with any app. Would prefer that more options were included in the basic price but it is still good value.

Amazing integration and small business tool!

Pros:

Price is unbeatable for the value! Payment setup is super easy. Website integration is good. Discounts and discount control. Auto refunds. Honestly, everything is great!

Cons:

Running custom reports, Attendance tracking, customizing the packages to include custom color graphics, cant track using 3rd party analytics, can't control who is not allowed to purchase passes, cant create a free class for new members...

Comments: Easy onboarding.
Everything can be found online for tutorials and the one problem I have with customising colors on my app was dealt with quickly and efficiently with tech support.

Pros:

For the price it's briliant. From the research that I did with other products, this does more and costs less. Customers love it and so do I.

Cons:

The only thing is that it doesn't have app interaction with Zapier yet but very very gym software packages do. However, when I emailed customer support and got a reply immediately, they said this was in the pipeline.
