JMango360's Mobile Applications and Headless E-commerce Solutions

Pros:

Our journey with JMango began in 2016, and their mobile application has consistently delivered exceptional results for us. From the moment we signed up, JMango has been dedicated to maximizing the potential of our mobile applications. Our collaboration has been so successful that last year we partnered with them again to develop our new mobile applications and headless e-commerce solution. What sets JMango apart is their wealth of expertise within their team; each member specializes in different segments of their solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage and specialized attention to each aspect. Furthermore, JMango is a company that values feedback from their customers, working as a partner to constantly improve their product for the benefit of all users.

Cons:

While JMango's mobile applications and headless solutions offer good value, the monthly costs can be higher than some are willing to pay. Convincing management within the company of the long-term benefits can be challenging. However, JMango provides the necessary support to ensure swift implementation and adaptation among customers which for us resulted in increase in sales and customer satisfaction.

Easy to setup and easy to use

Comments: Jmango allows us to reach our mobile users where they prefer to shop, in apps. The mobile version of our site is great, but it's not the same as a true mobile app experience. Jmango provides this service and has gone above and beyond our expectations.

Pros:

Jmango makes it extremely easy to get a native mobile app for your website. We use BigCommerce as our ecommerce site and Jmango's integration with BigCommerce makes setting everything up simple. The same settings and apps that we use in our BigCommerce store are in our mobile app as well. They really thought of everything.

Cons:

I would like to see a US based support team

Comments: Very positive. We received a lot of support and managed to successfully launch a great app.

Pros:

Personalised account manager and the support we received from the team in Vietnam.

Cons:

Design options for the app were limited or required intensive work arounds (cutting images into several pieces etc).

Comments: Overall, my experience with JMANGO360 has been very positive, and I'm happy to collaborate with you because you are one of our top suppliers, in my opinion.

Pros:

Since launching the app, we have seen significant benefits in terms of increased customer engagement and improved sales performance. The app has provided a seamless shopping experience for our customers, allowing them to browse and purchase products with ease. This is definitely the thing we like most about JMANGO360. Additionally, we appreciate your collaborative approach, transparency in communication, and ability to understand our brand's specific needs and goals.

Cons:

What we like the least is that sometimes it's not easy to integrate JMANGO360's features with our systems, and this can require more time and/or incur additional costs in terms of implementation, but overall we have almost always managed to achieve our goals.

Amazing personalized service

Comments: Excellent team, helping us create an App to give our customers a streamlined shopping experience, at their fingertips!

Pros:

JMango has a fantastic team of marketing professionals and skilled developpers who really take the time with their clients to ensure the best custom solution. Customer support has been excellent as well: always a fix (or at least a response) within 24 hours.

Cons:

The inability to make changes on the app platform ourselves- but that will change with JMango's new Alfonso platform!

Good working app without much leadtime

Pros:

There is not a lot of time in setting up the mobile app and connecting it to our existing E-commerce environment. Very hands on implementation partner that gives you a ready to use product in just a short time.

Cons:

Due to the nature of the out of the box app, customization options sometimes are a bit more difficult and create some more lead times. However, the basic application is already very nice, but sometimes you need those tweaks specifically for your company that is not always standard.

Pros:

The team that worked on our mobile app really helped put our idea together. We have a complex eCommerce business, so the JMango team had to get strategic on how they would meet all of the requirements.

Cons:

We did not face any issues while working with the JMango team.

Big project but definitely worth it

Comments: With all the personal help of this company my brand made a huge step with Jmango building our own app. The out of the box thinking, all possibilities for new integrations is amazing. All the freedom for our unique brand to work on a flashing design was great. Hard work pays off and a good teamwork is even better! Thanks Jmango!

Pros:

The communication with Jmango has always been very good and so helpful. Love their team and personal approach!

Cons:

Since this was a long project and there is a lot of development work to be done, things can take a lot of time. More than expected.

Exceeded Expectations

Comments: Like the title says, exceeded expectations. The project was really cool. Two teams making an awesome Native app.
We met our deadline, within budget and again always made choices together based on value.

Pros:

Fast, open transparancy, short communication lines.

Cons:

Because their development is in Vietnam, there isn't a daily standup. This makes it a bit more difficult to have grip on the project from our end.

Collaborating with JMango360

Pros:

I have been working with JMango for about a year and their team is fantastic both from an organizational point of view and from a customer service point of view. The product is unique on the market and stands out for its customization. Definitely an asset for all retail businesses that want to offer an optimal service to their customers for the choice of products (and not only).

Cons:

I cannot think something at the moment.

Comments: JMango360 is an exceptional e-commerce app development company servicing its client with high converting and intuitive apps. Wuzzon is the app growth agency and together we grow the e-commerce apps using the best in class tooling for attribution, product analytics and retention as well performance marketing service and general consultation on app growth. It was a smooth ride with great results.

Pros:

Fast, to the point communication Problem solving ability Creative thinking

Cons:

That we only came to work together just recently, but confident this is the first project of many to come
