Great Service

Comments: I think it's great and defiantly provides us with an easy way to gather reviews from our patients.

Pros:

We started utilizing the Doctilbe service so we could easily gather Google reviews from our exiting patients. We went from only having 5 Google reviews to 99 5 start reviews. We also have the reviews connected to our website as a testimonials page and have over 900 5 star reviews there as well.

Cons:

My biggest problem with the software is the fact that we still had a lot of people simply entering a review with Doctible but not taking the extra step to visit Google. I spoke to a rep today and apparently there has been a change on that format. I'm excited that the new text will provide us with even more great google reviews.

Comments: Excellent. Always great service and never any problems with the technology. Ive never had to make a call to support for anything.

Pros:

Building our Google reviews and communication with patients

Cons:

Unable to attach a photo or picture to a text, but I believe you updated this. It would also be nice if the campaigns would do a text blast instead of just email.

Highly recommend Doctible

Comments: Overall our office has had a positive experience with doctible. Any issue I have had has been resolved within the day or latest next day. The 2-way texting and the review management has been our favorite feature of doctible. We have seen a huge increase in the amount of google reviews we are receiving weekly.

Pros:

I love most the ease of use of the doctible dashboard, the convenience of being able to text our patients in real time. I also like that our texting number is the same as out office phone number so there is no confusion for the patient. The other thing I love about doctible is the customer support. It is helpful being able to live chat with the doctible support team. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The integration on boarding process was easy and all of our staff learned the doctible software within a day.

Cons:

Doctible has a feature to read our EMR (Compulink) software appointment schedule. So when patients request appointments online they can actually see our availability. As of now doctible is not able to write back to our Compulink appointment schedule. That would be something we wish to see in the future and from my understanding they are working on it with Compulink.

Online reviews are so important

Comments: Our experience has been great. They call and check in a couple times a year to make sure everything is going well. They have other products that we don't use because our in house software does them, but they still check to see if we want to try any of them. The few times we have had questions they have been quick to help us. I have already recommended them to several other practices.

Pros:

Doctible is easy. Easy to set up, use and maintain. We already had a great reputation after being here for 40 years, but people don't always go and add their own review without being asked. Doctible worked with our software to ask our patients, via text or email, for feedback and to review our practice after their visit. People started leaving reviews and we now have over 1000 between google and Facebook. Most reviews were great, a couple weren't, but either way it gave us a chance to engage with the patients and try to improve when needed. As the world goes more and more digital it is vital to have reviews to give potential new patients the information they need to decide if we would be a good fit for them. I rarely have to make changes to doctible, but on the rare occasion someone asks to be taken off the review list, it is easy to do.

Cons:

Hmm. Hard to think of one. I wish it were free? Or less expensive? It is still well worth it.

Horrible customer service once your sign up

Comments: Horrible and still bad, but you signed and they don't care that they don't have all the features, that they have .

Pros:

1st month trial, worked after that down hill

Cons:

Once they get you signed up, you are persona non grata to them, off to the next victim. Don't sign contract until you know that they are not fully integrated with Dentrix.

Ease of Use

Pros:

Doctible is very user friendly. The patients love that they can text, the appointment reminders are great. The ease of also using the campaign to send out messages to more than one patient at a time is nice.

Cons:

The fact the campaigns can only be emailed and not able to text if over 500 people

Comments: Doctible has been so easy to learn and manage that it has been a great experience to our office. The customer care and follow up is wonderful. I would tell anyone that the customer service and level of professionalism with Doctible is top tier. Doctible is always there to help when you need them.

Pros:

Doctible has been a tremendous help to our office staff, doctors and our patients. Everything from office to patient communication, appointment reminders and notifications to forms and patient information is streamlined in the software making our jobs much easier and patient compliance greater.

Cons:

I do not think there is anything that I can list that I dislike.

Cons:

we had a couple times that the integration was messed up and our software[Eaglesoft] was not getting updated when patients were confirming their appt by text, but the support team responded promptly to help resolve the problem.

Comments: Pretty good. The daily review used to require less clicks. An update changed it for the worst.

Pros:

Helps generate reviews! The software is effective.

Cons:

Price increases without notification. I went and reviewed and there had been multiple price hikes. We were going to cancel until the fixed our costs.

Comments: I plan on using Doctible indefinitely. You can’t afford NOT to!!!

Pros:

Implementing Doctible was one of the best business decisions we ever made. It automatically sends out links for patient reviews and requires no input on your part other than patient cell numbers and providers. They do all the work for you!!!

Integration with our system was seamless.

Doctible Changed Everything

Comments: We have had an amazing experience since 2018. Our business is first in reviews compared to other companies like ours.

Pros:

Doctible rep asked me a few questions about what I was interested in and when I wanted my text messages to be delivered and how often. It was set up once and never changed again. Our business went from 34 reviews to almost 300. We went from three stars to five stars. We are so proud to say we use Doctible for our reviews.

Cons:

There is nothing I like least about Doctible.

Best review service to use

Comments: What can I say but, GREAT!!!!!

Pros:

It is so easy to use. Just ask the patient if they can be sent a message to their smartphone, asking for a review and the rest is simple for the patient to post a review of your practice.

Cons:

Love it all, nothing not to love. It is so easy to use.
