The features include booking, client service history, sales and staff reports, POS, marketing, inventory management and more... It is base on monthly fee and no hidden fee. I compared to different similar software before I started my business. Luckily I found Retainoo and Zaib who is service manager is extremely patient to me. I highly recommend this software which would make you running your business much much easier\!
