> **Cons**: It can be a little pushy to get responses. This might be a configuration option though.

> I wasn't sure at first since I hadn't used a system like this before. But now that I've used it for over a year I think it's really valuable. Getting folks to think slightly larger than themselves through peer recognition and surveys helps a remote-first team stay connected.

The various currency/region options are also a huge plus\!
