> **Cons**: Generally, there are no major complaints, any issues we have had have been resolved through communication with the customer representative or another staff member.

> We have been using PayFacile for over 12 months now and extremely satisfied with the level of service that they offer. We live and work in France, dealing predominantly with English clients, but French also. The customer representative has always been very pro-active and quickly replied to correspondence,  working to update any issues to create a better functioning experience for us (and the PayFacile system). It's very useful to be able to use English and French for the operating system and customer support.  We have a large number of clients, so to use an automated card debiting system as an extremely useful way to cut down admin, definitely worth trying\!

> **Pros**: La possibilité de gérer mon travail comme je le souhaite, ne pas être totalement dépendant d'un système qui n'est pas évolutif et qui n'est pas adapté à mes besoins.. Avec paypal pour exemple je devais me soumettre à leur fonctionnement.. Avec Payfacile c'est eux qui s'adaptent à mes besoins \! Sans eux je n'aurais pas pu développer mon application et je n'aurais pas pu faire décoller mon entreprise.

> **Cons**: Bugs mineurs et des facturation qui se sont faites 2 fois sur 4 clients il y'a 1an et demi.

> Payfacile m'a beaucoup aidé pour sécuriser le paiement de mes clients. Facile d'utilisation, équipe très réactive en cas de problème ou pour poser une simple question. Je recommande fortement Payfacile bien que j'ai eu des petits bugs mineurs dans les débuts, mais très vite corriger par le staff. Merci pour votre professionnalisme Payfacile \!
