Pros:

I like being able to display our metrics. It's very easy to highlight when people reach a certain target or goal!

Cons:

We have had some issues with displaying a certain metric or setting a goal. But their support team has always helped up find a work around.

Great for Restaurants!

Comments: There are a lot of business tools out there wanting your attention and money. Most of these do very similar things and end up cluttering your life. Radiant solves an important problem for us: integrating our online menus into our in-store lobby displays as well as communicate important information to our staff via a back of house display. Onboarding was easy and engaged and continues to be so. There are a lot of moving parts to getting what we needed done, and the team handled all of those quickly and without issue.

Pros:

As a small, fast casual restaurant we were looking for a digital menu solution as well as a way to communicate important information like daily sales, weekly calendar and inspirational messeages to our staff. We use Toast and was able to fully integtrate our Toast menu, including design styling to be fully responsive to our online Toast menu. We worked with a small team, including an incredible coder to make this happen. We continiue to receive weekly or monthly check-in's from them about how the service and tools are going. Once onboarded we are easily able to update our content or add new modules. Coming from using a usb stick with a jpeg to put our menus on the screens, this is a huge upgrade. The added bonus that it's affordable and no contract only makes this better.

Cons:

We wish that there were even more enhanced features for resturants specifically. As this is mainly a business tool, I understand but they could really crush it in the hospitality space with additional tools that restaurants are looking for. The good news is that they have listed to our suggestions and may be including us in future beta testing.

A bit pricey, but more than enough features

Comments: Keeping Marketing collateral consistent across our office was a huge plus for us.

Pros:

The ability to share company mission and vision, important announcements, displaying floorplan for a new office, marketing campaigns, etc. Keeping Marketing collateral consistent across our office was a huge plus for us. Welcoming clients and customizing this content for client visits and events.

Cons:

all features and add-ins are very useful in creating awesome media playlists.

Comments: Overall it has been worth it. I definitely suggest using it and the ability to store signs that can can be deployed and changed to fit the seasons or the holidays is nice.

The ability to change the signs and deploy them from a single location

Depending on your location having a solid internet connection can be difficult.

Top Notch Screen Streaming Device

Comments: No more USB sticks or dreaded DVDs, which has been great. It is super fast to create and deploy quality content. It's been great.

Pros:

Raydiant is the easiest streaming device I've found for setting up and administering. Definitely client-friendly, too!

Cons:

Nothing about the service or hardware to dislike, that I've come across. I guess some integrations with other business SAAS companies would be nice.

Pros:

It was easy to setup and implement with just a short training session from the vendor. We were able to get our integrated menus up and running quickly.

Cons:

I wished the integrated POS menu features had more options to incorporate design features within the menu.

Love this product!

Comments: 10/10. I'm still blown away by how great they work.

Pros:

I've been using digital marketing in my restaurants for 15 years. In the past I had to setup computers dedicated for screen use only and run cables to each tv. If the operating system updated, or glitched, the entire thing needed to be reset. It was time consuming and some of my employees were unable to get things set up. I moved on to Raspberry pi's and they worked great, until they didn't. These little boxes of magic never fail, can be set up on the fly, and make my life a lot easier. I looked into Raydiant originally because they had integration with our POS system, Toast. It does so much more than just show our menus.

Cons:

The answer is NOTHING. There is nothing that I don't like about the Raydiant system.

Best Customer Success Managers!

Pros:

Their service is top-notch, specifically [sensitive content hidden]. When I first started in my current role, I took over being the admin for Hoopla(a product of Raydiant). She did a great job in training me in waves, not showing me everything, but showing me everything that was relevant to what I was asking about, so as to not overload me with information. Over time I have gotten to the point where we have covered almost everything and I have learned a lot. In that training, she also suggested a new feature we could start using pretty close to immediately that has added a lot of value to our sales reps, especially those working remote. I am an admin of several software tools we use and so naturally I communicate directly with a lot of CSM's. [sensitive content hidden] is our favorite CSM to work with as she comes with a balanced and adaptable approach to customer success. She knows just what we need and listens intently to be sure that we are getting what we need and not just what we think we need.

Cons:

In the content creation process, I wish that you could create everything on the same page or in the same flow. With each step, I have to navigate to a different tab and create that component before I navigate to another tab and create the next piece of content. It is a robust system that stores and organizes your information well, but the building process could be much easier.

Comments: we used the boards in both the public areas and in the student training areas for information.

Pros:

ACI used Raydiant Boards (2) for 2 years very easy to setup and make changes to. The plug in modules would constantly freeze and needed to be reset. We tested our network and have fiber feeding the network but would constantly Freeze. The software is very well designed and easy to use. the hardware is not worth the fee however. did not renew the contract. would like to see the software use a reliable hardware platform like Roku which is rock solid in its reliability.

Raydiant makes digital signage foolproof!

Comments: Raydiant has created an easy-to-implement digital signage solution that in 3 simple steps you can get the software up and running. My clients love Raydiant because:
1.) It's a foolproof, plug-and-play solution.
2.) It's very affordable and can be used with their existing TVs.
3.) You don't have to hire a designer because Raydiant has built-in design software that comes with stock videos, images, and templates.
4.) The product easily scales from one to many locations and customized specials/promotions can be scheduled and pushed out.
My clients have seen impacts in increased sales from the very professional and appealing imagery on their screens. They are able to schedule specials or push something out last minute, and they can tailor the specials based on restaurant location or time of year. Raydiant has revolutionized digital signage and made it easy for any restaurant to implement and use. Cannot recommend enough!

Pros:

Easy to use, plug and play with remote access, works with any TV, easily scales from one to many restaurants, no design skills are needed - comes complete with graphic design software and pre-built templates, can push out customized promotions and specials, can set different music to play at different times of the day or by location.

Cons:

I can honestly say my clients have found nothing to dislike about Raydiant's product. If we have a question or concern, their customer care team gets an answer or finds a solution very quickly.

Raydiant boosts the excitement level when their alert goes off

Comments: Raydiant recognizes when sales development representatives on our team take one step closer to their goal/quota and when they hit their goal. It also allows for the SDR to show their personality by picking their own song.

Pros:

Increases the energy level on the team and the excitement when a team member gets a sale and their video that they picked goes off for the whole team to see and recognize.

Cons:

We have 10 screens on in our sales department and it's tough getting them all synced up at the same time when an alert goes off. If that could be rectified, that would be a nice touch.

Spectacularly simple and user friendly

Comments: Raydiant is so great to work with! I’ve needed minimal help but they are really good at helping to sort out any issues.

Pros:

This is a smooth easy to understand, and simple to modify/edit, platform with just enough bells and whistles.

Cons:

I’ve only once had a problem with hardware and it was addressed and corrected promptly. I got through to a person quickly and my new hardware was in my mailbox the next day.

Great for any size business

Pros:

Their team gave me individual attention to get my store up and running. They knew that we were under a time crunch and made time every day to get it to our liking to go live.

Sometimes they are not available on the weekends.

Great product!

Pros:

Raydiant is an easy-to-use media-sharing tool that allows us to share current promos and education with our clients while they are waiting for their services in the lobby.

Cons:

There are many different apps that are integrated into Raydiant but when we toggle over the various apps, I'm not able to see what the apps do so I'm not sure whether or not that's a glitch or if it's something that can be improved upon!

Comments: I would say a company is as good as its employees and the only person that has gone above and beyond for me has been Annette B. I would have probably closed my account if is where not for her.

We have five screens in our store since 2021.

Pros:

All of our screens are working 24 hours. There were a few problems, but the technical support was responsible and helpful. My account is connected to Postermywall, and it is easy to use and upload with lots of resources. It's definitely a good choice.

Cons:

I did not found anything wrong with their support.

Great for a brewery
