Goflow is a lifesaver

Comments: My team uses Goflow all day, every day and they love it. If my team is happy, I am happy.

Pros:

We've been using Goflow for a while, and it's made a big difference in how we handle everything. I love how easy it is to get around, even if you're not super techy. Overall, it's a solid tool that's been helping our team a lot.

Cons:

It took them some time to release a few critical features, but now we have almost everything we need.

Pros:

We use the platform for sending order and inventory data from AMZ MCF to shopify and other market places. Onboarding was easy, data migration is quick and accurate, and we replaced a much more expensive provider in the process.

Cons:

We have not had any issues yet. I will update my review if any issues arrise.

Very easy to use, works very well. They helped me reach out to additional marketplaces as well.

Cons:

Took about 5 minutes to figure out how to set up items/variations, but support was great

I've been using GoFlow for a while now, and it's been a total lifesaver for my e-commerce business. This software makes managing everything so much easier! First off, the order management is fantastic. It pulls in orders from all my sales channels into one spot, which saves me a ton of time and hassle. No more jumping between different platforms! The listings feature is super handy too. I can update all my product info in one place, and it automatically syncs everywhere. Superb option for OmniChannel Fulfillment and Target Plus

Comments: Great service, the Customer Support is excellent and makes up for any issues that you may run into since they will fix them promptly

Pros:

GoFlow excels at Customer support, data accuracy, and the UI features are plentiful. You can easily control nearly every aspect of your catalog, orders, and inventory. My only real complaint is that the bulk editing features are limited and doing things in bulk can sometimes frequently require you to wait or depend on a team member to assist but otherwise the service and team are excellent, they are very responsive and typically resolve issues within 24 hrs or less, sometimes we can get issues resolved within an hour or less as well.

Cons:

Bulk editing features are weak Integration in Sellercloud specifically can feel clunky and there is a lack of transparency for making edits in SC

Comments: One of the best OMS solutions for ecommerce marketplaces that is out there. Would highly recommend you take a look if you are expanding into omni-channel.

Pros:

Ease of use with mapping channels and products. Documentation is well thought out and easy to implement. There is a large catalog of existing connections to marketplaces. Low cost is a major plus.

Cons:

Missing more complex PIM and DAM features to manage the catalog.

What I love most about Goflow is how effective it is. we used to write labels with our hands until goflow came up with this idea, such as ease of use., and user-friendly.

Cons:

Initially, it did not have so many features, but as the weeks went by, they kept adding.

Comments: As I wrote before, I'm having a great experience with Goflow and I would definitely recommend it for everyone that is selling online on multi channels.

Pros:

It's simple, easy, and clean, you can do everything in one place. It just makes your work much easier.

Cons:

Can't think of anything at the moment, but whenever I had an issue, it was easily solved when I opened a case.

Comments: An intuitive, responsive, and easy to use platform.

Pros:

Goflow is the only platform that works with common sense. The userface is extremely intuitive, and every tool or feature displays clear instructions, so there's no need to read through long manuals to figure out how to do things. The import and export tools work very fast, no waiting 10 minutes for an export to finish downloading.

Cons:

Customer support is not always immediately available to chat.

Easy to use and packed full of different options. Goflow is a one stop shop when it comes to inventory management and all my Shipping needs. Customer support is top notch when it comes to any issues that I may have. Goflow is a life saver!!

Cons:

Comments: Great experience overall. super happy with their attention and support and developers work hard to make a great product.

Pros:

GoFlow is on their game and works hard to deliver the tools users need. they listen, and changes and updates are constantly being implemented. You can submit your feedback and offer advice to the developers so they understand users' needs better, or vote on an idea posted by another user in their roadmap. GoFlow is constantly improving and has great customer service.

Cons:

No restock notifications/low inventory alerts. This would be very helpful to get mssgs when stock of any product is low. Its in the roadmap for future development, but the change hasn't been released as of this review. Slightly complicated order fulfillment flow and auto-sizing issues for multi-piece order fullmilment, but it works.

Goflow in the consumer goods world

Comments: I was given a login and told to just play around with the site. Once I got on there and realized I could not screw things up by moving around, I was able to find all needed functions for my role.

Pros:

Once you learn the system, very easy to use and user friendly

Cons:

Dashboard is not the friendly to visit when logging in
