> **Pros**: Easy use of GPS for clocking in and out for aides. Ecaring is easy to install and easy to verify times with the aides.  We do not use it for payroll or billing but do use  it for scheduling and verifying hours for payroll.

> **Cons**: At times the clocks are not verified.  There have been certain issues that we have encountered, however, we have reached out to customer services for help and they have been able to help us.

> It has been well.  Customer service has been helpful and we have had several go to trainings when needed.
