Simple solution for my repair business.

Pros:

After trying a lot of different solutions we found out that HelloClient will be our best fit. Most of the applications we've tried are overloaded with features we really not going to use. But since the first minute, my technician opened HelloClient, he told me that this is the software he would like to use in his daily routine. The design is very clean. Nothing overloads the page. Very easy to use and simple to understand. I also want to mention that tech support is great as well. We had a problem to migrate all our clients and they did it for us in a less painful way. Our overall experience was great and we want to highly recommend this software.

Cons:

Since a team started not a while ago, they don't have a few features that we are really wanted to see. But they promised us that they will do their best to develop them as fast as they can. Not sure if this is a con but that's all I have so far.

Very customizable software for repair shop

Comments: Customer service is the best you can get

Pros:

Customization is easy, documents can be made with HTML. Easy to use, there is nothing useless, only everything you need.

Cons:

Point of sale could have more features and also webhooks I'm waiting for

Comments: HelloClient fulfills its purpose and does it satisfactorily, it is a software that I would recommend especially for its usefulness.

Pros:

What stands out most about HelloClient is its interface and ease of use. It perfectly meets all the requirements that the customer may need, the price is affordable and it provides useful tools.

Cons:

Perhaps the only disadvantage that can be found is the lack of images of the products in the inventory.

Affordable and User Friendly

Comments: I've only had great experiences with the HelloClient Team. Although the software is intuitive and very easy to use, there will always be support questions, with any such product. The team is quick to respond and helpful. HelloClient doesn't have too many options that would end up cluttering the workflow. It does not require a steep learning curve. Best of all, they give you 40 repair orders for free, to test the software to your heart's content, without imposing any time limits for the trial period.

Pros:

The price is just right, for any small business, especially for a startup. It is easy to use and customer support is great.

Cons:

Ease of use; customer support; affordability.

Best software for small repair store!

Comments: Convenient, visually nice, properly supported.

Pros:

I no longer need to keep track of tickets in spreadsheets. HelloClient gives me everything I need and no useless extras. I've easily set up the ticket form and now I print invoices with my company logo. Also, it helps me to monitor stock inventory. I know exactly how much I earn and what I spend business money on. HelloClient is a perfect tool for this money - $9 a month for everything!

Cons:

I'd like to have some widgets and options to choose from, as I plan integration with my website.

Realy good repair shop software

Comments: Overall, I'm so happy with this software that I can't wait to use it every day. It made every day activities easier and my customers are better informed .

Pros:

HelloClient is very easy to use, and what is more importante veeery easy to customize for your own repair shop. It has every functionality I could think of and some I didn't expect. I was able to customize it and start using it in one day. You can use It on two or more divices at the same time. And also very important for me, customer support is excelent and very responsive.

Cons:

The main interface of tickets tab could use some better design, it is little confusing at first. When you make changes they wan't show on other devices until you exit that window and return again.

Comments: I can recommend this POS for repair or service business. Affordable and useful. Especially included with free repair status via web api. I hope HelloClient for the best.

Pros:

No need installation. It's a web based app. Everything sync in a real time. The help desk is very helpful! I ask and questioning a lot of stuff, they will answer it. There is a lot of possibilities in HelloClient. Keep it up!

Cons:

Some features are missing or not in the right order. Maybe HelloClient is still categorized as a new app. Their Youtube Chanel is in Russian. It bothers me to be honest. As passive English speaker, HelloClient need using English more.

Best customer support. Everything what we need in our repair shop job.

Great way to manage your service center

Comments: I like everything. Morning begins with coffee and viewing orders in the program. Everything is in one place and you don’t have to look at the table and the shelves of the recording, the stickers, the devices themselves ... everything has become very convenient. Order appeared and, most importantly, the quality of customer service improved. Previously, something was constantly forgotten or missed in the routine of affairs. I think that the level of service of my workshop has grown thanks to the helloclient.

Comments: I use the product for more than 3 months and do not regret that I switched to this software product!

Pros:

The main advantage lies in the support of this software, developers listen to the users' opinion and, based on their wishes, introduce new functions into this product!

Cons:

Really easy to use and Brilliant customer service

Pros:

The Application is user friendly, customer service is brilliant and very cheap as compare to other services. App is fully customisable. we can add, remove fields easily. Neat and clean interface. SMS integration with Bulkgate is very easy, just add three things and good to go.

Cons:

some features are missing but they are working on it. All important feature for my work are there.
