VidIQ has been so beneficial to me on my YouTube adventure that I would not hesitate to sell it and profit from their affiliate network. Regrettably, their affiliate program only offers PayPal as a method of commission payment. PayPal does not operate in my country, thus while I can earn commissions, I am unable to withdraw funds to my bank account. VidIQ would benefit from including more international-friendly payment methods, such as Payoneer and Skrill, which are both worldwide trusted. Being a YouTuber, I do not see any drawback in this, but I had a small problem that when I was new, I could not do pro version yet because it seems a bit expensive to me and so on. For new youtuber this should be a little work or else it should have e.m.i option also so new youtuber can not take this pro version

Comments: Thus far, horrific! I really didn't use it last year, and now that I'm ready to use the software to its full potential, I'm getting BLOCKED by the company from renewing my subscription - very sad.

Last year I wasn't as serious about my YouTube channels as I am now so I can't really say amazing things about the software. I WILL say people who I really respect on YouTube use this SoftWare religiously and have great channels. Also, VidIQ and TubeBuddy kinda have the market cornered....I can't say any real pros - I'm hoping to have a better answer next year.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive been trying to upgrade my software from 3 channels to 5 and take advantage of a 50-% off discount. I have been emailing and chatting back and forth and NOBODY is willing to help me. They keep stalling - sending me to do random tasks without telling me where/how/why. Now I'm corresponding with someone saying, "They don't recognize my account". Today is two days prior to the 50% off discount expiring and I've finally realized they are STALLING so I can't get the discount!!!! Very petty; inconsiderate of my time as a customer and just RUDE!!! I wish I didn't have to get this software but as I really want my YouTube accounts to have every opportunity to grow, I feel obligated. I don't know any company in today's economy that can afford to give someone the run around who is literally attempting to spend almost $500.00 and has been doing so for almost an entire MONTH!
