Comments: The contact with them during onboarding and feature dev. was outstanding. Always quick response and available !

Pros:

Ability to ask for new features, the iterating process that the product constantly goes through. Stability and usability.

Cons:

Would love to have more design options, but it´s not a dealbreaker.

Ancards is the best decision we’ve made with our Coworking Business!

Comments: Andcards has been a game changer for our coworking business. We are so thrilled we made the move and won’t be looking back or looking elsewhere. They have our business for as long as our doors are open!We are a new coworking business (1 year old) and initially went with Nexedus. We chose Nexudus based on claims online that it was one of the leading coworking softwares on the market. It was a disaster from the word go. Nothing about their software was easy, our members were constantly having trouble and we were forever getting emails or members coming to us with issues. We couldn’t imagine what it would be like if we scaled the issues we were having as our members grow. It came to a point where we knew it wasn’t us or our members it was Nexudus and things needed to change. We googled to see if anyone else was having the headaches and came across another company saying the exact same problems. They mentioned they switched to Andcards and couldn’t be happier so I got in touch with the Andcards team.After using it for four or more months, we can definitively say that we are extremely happy with the switch! The app is clear and easy to use for customers, so everyone knows how to book our services. There's no need for us to constantly answer customers' emails or help requests come in. Everything is fully automated and runs like a charm every single time. andcards has made running our business smoother than ever before!

Pros:

You can’t get more user friendly than Andcards for both administrators and members. We love that as an administrator you can run everything from your app on your phone, you don’t have to have your laptop making it super easy to run the business on the go, respond or do administrative tasks anytime anywhere. The personalised app is professional and awesome, our members love it and do everything without needing any guidance, it’s intuitive and simple. The developers are constantly improving things and adding features that we didn’t even know we needed. They added an in app chat function recently so we can now directly chat with our members in the app and members can chat to other members. They also have a live chat with the developers so if we have an issue we use that to get help and assistance. The chat function and chat history of chat has minimised the need for emailing and keeps all the conversation history in one place. So many things to love about Andcards!

Cons:

Having used the software for nearing 6 months or so now there are only a few minor things that we feel could enhance the user experience and administrative side of things. However that said we’ve already put in our requests with the team at Andcards and knowing how awesome and responsive they are I know it won’t be long before they make those little improvements. The team are really dedicated and passionate!

Great for small/new business

Pros:

I like that the software was relatively simple to get set up and implemented. They have the basic components of what is needed.

Cons:

A great alternative to the big players

Comments: My overall experience, from initial onboarding and setup, daily use and support has been exceptional. The customer support they provide is unlike anything I have ever experienced and I cannot rate them highly enough in this regard. I feel listened to as a customer and am constantly impressed at the lengths they will go to to improve their product based on customer feedback.

Pros:

What drew me to andCards initially was the focus on member experience. Plus it had all of the features I was looking for in a coworking management system.

Cons:

There have been a few limitations to the software however the team have been incredibly open to feedback and suggestions and are continually adding features and improving the product.

Comments: We could go past design, prototyping and successfully test our business model.

Pros:

Nothing on the market was as effortless to integrate and offered unlimited location/resource listings.

Cons:

None, really! The backend is web-based and has an app for MacOS which is a bit dated in looks but worked just fine and did what we needed it to do!

Easy and efficient work

Pros:

Andcards is a great management software for coworking comapanies such as ours. First of all, it helps us efficiently manage the daily rental of our conference rooms. The andcards’ desktop is very clear and easy to keep track of the schedule. Furthermore, the best advantage is the mobile app. It enables us to book a room from any place and at any time. So even if you are at home on a Sunday evening and you just remembered that tomorrow you have an important meeting, you can book the room straight away. Last but not least, the support team. They will help you with any issue you might have. And the best part is that you do not have to wait days for their answear. Usually they answear in a few minutes. To sum up, Andcards will help you organize your work in an efficient and very easy way.

Cons:

There is not such a thing. Any problems I might have, the support team will help me solve them.

Best customer support ever!

Comments: They are incredible. When we come with feature requests or questions, they are right there. I have never had this great an experience with a software company. They don't have the most sophisticated product but it's so easy for our members to use, it has the features we need and none we don't, and we get incredible feedback from our users about how good it is. So happy with them.

Pros:

It was the only coworking software on the market that could be customised enough to suit our unique business model. Beyond that, the customer support and product development that AndCards does on our behalf is incredible.

Cons:

I think the design could be more sophisticated and some of the features could be a little more intuitive when it comes to the UX.

Embassy Tea House review 2022

Comments: Overall, we are very happy with andcards service. Each time we email with a question or updates, they are always on the job and around to help and give us answers, we have manged to set up calls which have all been very successful. We look forward to working with andcards for a long future!

Pros:

The best and most effective feature on the system is the room booking! This runs so smoothly, this is super simple and easy to use, runs perfectly, all tenants in the building are also able to use this with minimal training this makes the operations at Embassy Tea House less time confusing & manageable.

Cons:

Our cons were not being able to get the data from andcards in an efficient way to report on. However, andcards have now altered the product and it we are able to get the data we need. There is a chance we may need to alter this in the future. As it stands we are happy with this update.

Switching to andcards has decreased our customer support complaints by 94%

Comments: Fantastic! It's rare to see such impressive support. We have given feedback and seen the change roll out within 2 days. As a tech team ourselves, we know it takes an amazing team and fantastic leaders to pull off that kind of turnaround.

Pros:

The user experience is so simple. Our members no longer have barriers just to get in the door. Also, their support team is hands down the best I've ever seen.

Cons:

There are a few areas like the customer billing experience and analytics that could use some improvement.
