Great Platform for Event Planning

Comments: I am very pleased with the ease of the product and the ability to customize it with your brand logo.

Pros:

The ease of using the application, from uploading the list, to the ability to customize the invitation. I also liked the feature of sending out reminder emails and having those customized.

Cons:

I would like to see more options for dinner invitations from a business perspective. A few of the invites did go to spam. Having the feature that allowed me to see who did not open the email gave me the ability to send them the invite link in a personalized email.

Extremely Helpful Event Management Tool

Pros:

This is a super helpful tool for those planning a casual event to those planning a more in-depth function.

Cons:

The functionality is easy to use but its navigation isn't always intuitive.

Not worth the extra price for the upgrades

Comments: I don't think we will continue to use this product.

Pros:

We really liked that this product felt like an invitation instead of an event sign-up form. The event information was on a separate page from the RSVP and allowed for integration with photos, maps etc.

Cons:

The software is limited in its overall capabilities. For example, there is only one email template so you can't send different emails to different types of RSVPs. You are also limited in the number of events in the system period. You have to delete past events before logging an additional event over the number of events your subscription allows.

RSVPify has made my job easier!

Comments: Using RSVPify has allowed me to remain organized, and therefore more effective, while planning big corporation events.

Pros:

I loved that RSVPify helps users create and manage event invitations, guest lists, and RSVPs for various occasions like weddings, parties, and corporate events. It offers features such as customizable event pages, guest list tracking, meal preferences, and more, which can streamline the event planning process for users. Using RSVPify has made my job as a marketing executive easier.

Cons:

I would say the price point of RSVPify was the least liked.

Easy to use, looks professional

Comments: It was really easy to track down the attendance also importing/exporting guests. The RSVP interface and general RSVP experience of a guest is very professional.

Pros:

Event page creator is great and user-friendly. Documentation and customer service was very helpful.

Cons:

Event page creator should have a video option, not only images. It is expensive.

Ease of Use!

Pros:

Very user friendly and easy to navigate and set up events.

Cons:

It does become costly for wanting to do multiple events and not a fan of how you only get 1 free event in the basic package.

Functions and Appealing Event Booking

Comments: It has been an amazing experience for me and I think for users too with RSVPify. The UI is intuitive, the functions are great, it doesn't take long to setup events. All in all, its a fantastic software and I highly recommend it for everyone.

Pros:

I like the default option for choosing different options like meal options without needing any extra things. I experienced that with other event booking software, we have to go around doing some tricks to achieve it but it's available by default on RSVPify - which makes a lot of sense. Also, I like how interesting the designs available are. Other event booking software looks very boring when compared to RSVPfiy. The ability to choose from amazing designs and options like meal preferences is superb for me.

Cons:

I wish it was more affordable. The monthly pricing is quite high for me as I don't create events often. I wish there were pay-as-you-go types of credit or one-time payments for certain thresholds.

Comments: My experience with RSVPify hasn’t been too terrible but could be better as some of their competitors have better options for less or even free but I love how much customization freedom that you or your company can have when it comes to this program, but expect to pay more for better features.

Pros:

It is easy to use, customizable, cost-effective, and eco friendly.

Cons:

On the free plan, you have a certain amount of people allowed on an invite for an event and no video onsite demo

Pros:

Ease to create events within minutes with RSVPify delights me a lot.It streamlines and automates event planning and guest communication process.It is simple to create custom event registration forms with RSVPify.

Cons:

I haven't experienced any problem with RSVPify since it makes events registration and management simple.

A powerful, comprehensive software package that facilitates the often complex tasks of managing and organizing invitations. The interface is clean and well-organized

Cons:

Despite its many customazation options, i found that many tasks were restricted or complicated

Second Time Around!

Pros:

I like how easy it is to send additional invites after sending the first. I also like how easy it is to add/remove invites, and that I can update someone's RSVP status from my end.

Cons:

I found the designing of the invitation to be a little tedious, but not insurmountable.

Comments: Very awesome site, and would highly recommend.

Pros:

I was a fan of easy they made the website and functionality of it. The customer support was awesome! MY questions were answered super fast by a real live person.

Cons:

Some areas, like the reminder email for example, I was not able to add a photo or a media file of a parking map.

AMAZING DIGITAL PLANNER! Truly the best!

Comments: Just amazing amazing. This saved me time and money! Better than sending out mail to each invitee when they can just RSVP on website!

Pros:

The thing I liked the most of RSVPify is how easy it was to manage. The tools that guide you into creating each section is chef kiss!

Cons:

Nothing major that I don’t like. Maybe they should have more themes.

Company Party Planning Useful Tool

Comments: RSVPify was perfect for our company event. It was easy to create the event and for the attendees to RSVP. Then the day of the event, we were able to use the check in feature which made accounting for the attendees a breeze. I would use RSVPify for my next function.

Pros:

Our attendees were able to RSVP for our party with ease and received proper confirmation and detail information.

Cons:

It was a little difficult creating the webpage. There was the homepage with the details and the RSVP page and it was hard to toggle back and forth between them and try to have them coordinate in colors.

A little clunky in building the pages and forms.

A must for events

Comments: Overall it's been great! We use this for every large event we host and recommend it to our clients as well.

Pros:

This is so easy to use and I love the customability. Great for event planning and management. I love how thorough you can make your event.

Cons:

The cost was the biggest roadblock for us. We don't currently run enough events to justify the spend on anything above the starter package and there are limited capabilities I wish we had access to.

You can view who and how many people have made a reservation.

Cons:

I think the cost should be cheaper compared to other services out there.

Great product for a large one time event

Comments: This site made it simple and easy to send and track invites and RSVPs to a large event. I needed to offer updated instructions for continuing education credits being offered and the features made this a simple thing to do. Overall a great experience and I would use this service again if I were to plan another large county-wide event.

Pros:

This program is very easy to use. You can make changes and easily see how it will function on a test version before you publish it live. sending invites creating QR codes and links to your site is very simple and easy. Your guest list is easy, organized and exportable to excel to show lots of data points! I was able to update my event as it progressed, include navigation, zoom links etc. The features are great.

Cons:

Nothing really, I felt this program was very easy to use and fit my needs very well.

Pros:

Ease of setting up the website and the ability for anyone to sign up.

Cons:

Nothing. It really had everything I needed to advertise and manage our inaugural Run For The Badge.

Comments: We used this product to host an event featuring our [sensitive content hidden] daughter, [sensitive content hidden] . The event was an overall success, and this platform made it easy to plan and execute.

Pros:

I love that everything you need is integrated into one product. Whether its setting up the website, creating print and promotional products, sending out event reminders, or keeping track of a guest list, everything you need is all in one place.

Cons:

It could use some higher customization options when creating websites and the registration process. Maybe allow movement of buttons, or choose a style of buttons and better fonts for an optimized experience.

Love everything. Worth every single penny.
