Excel for ABAPER
Pros:
1. Data storage in offline- I like excel most for it offline capability. So whenever some server issue or network issue occurs, I use excel to store my Data. 2. Mass Data Update:- Whenever there is requirement for mass data updating or creating we always use excel as a input of our application because from excel we can easily access mass data and do the operation whatever business want us to do. 3. Data Migration:- For migration also excel is very handy for us because it is pretty easy to import and export data in excel . It can store millions of data without any issue.
Cons:
1. it's pretty slow to open the file when it has large number of data. 2. When a excel file is already open in desktop or mobile it gives issue sometime while opening another excel file
Microsoft Excel the best Microsoft product
Comments: Overall I am very satisfied with the services of Microsoft Excel, Since I can see what I'm calculating readily, I utilize it instead of a calculator. Using it, I created a basic payroll system and performed numerous weekly tax computations.
Pros:
I've been using Excel for the past twelve years, and I'm quite happy with the program. We can easily create sheets and perform calculations. The nicest part is that we can deal with various currency symbols and add them to specific columns, rows, selections, etc. Working with enormous amounts of data is not a problem.
Cons:
when something in the software isn't functioning properly, it can occasionally be challenging to identify where is the error.
My review on Microsoft Excel
Comments: The principal project that I truly scholarly a great deal about Excel in was building an accounting page to track and plan my course enrollments with as a rookie in school. I needed to figure my aggregate GPA and GPA by term, and I needed to design the entirety of the courses I would take every semester from my first semester in school to my final remaining one. By that point I realized how to utilize rotate tables and some other information decrease recipes, yet I didn't actually have a clue how to utilize query works yet. I assembled a large portion of that bookkeeping page around a capacity to naturally ascertain letter grades dependent on rates, and afterward essential SUM capacities for the GPA computations. The subsequent case was for designing and cleaning a humungous fix of information in my last semester of school. 32 cycle Excel wasn't made for the errand I was utilizing it for around there, however it worked effectively with some content cleanup that I would not like to figure out how to do utilizing standard articulations somewhere else. This experience was and stays educational for me. I learned more a long time of doing those undertakings than my companions who took classes to learn Excel.
Pros:
Colossal degree as Excel has mathematical and literary capacities; you can add hyperlinks and pictures thus significantly more. Numerous sheets can assist it with acting practically like a social information base when joined with separating and arranging capacities. Mistake catching should be possible utilizing.
Cons:
The one fundamental hindrance of the extent of MS Excel is that an excessive number of individuals are self trained and the manner in which they have made the accounting page is undocumented so over the long run individuals attempt to alter and present mistakes. Naming cells makes formulae more significant and simpler to fathom. I once attempted to figure out an accounting page individuals had been utilizing for a very long time and found there was an entire section of qualities incorrectly being remembered for an equation. Somebody had been advised to erase a section however they had quite recently concealed it from see so every one of the qualities were all the while being included messing genuine up. Knowing the contrast between concealing qualities and erasing them is quite major.
Legendary software
Comments: Microsoft Excel has become an indispensable part of my work routine. Its versatility is truly unmatched. From basic number crunching to complex data analysis, Excel handles it all effortlessly. The range of functions and formulas available empowers me to perform calculations with precision. Pivot tables enable me to transform raw data into meaningful insights, aiding decision-making. The ability to create visually appealing charts and graphs enhances my presentations. Excel's compatibility with other Microsoft Office apps streamlines my workflow, making it an essential tool for anyone dealing with data and analysis.
Pros:
I really love using Microsoft Excel for its amazing data analysis and visualization capabilities. The way I can effortlessly turn rows of numbers into insightful graphs and charts is impressive. It helps me make sense of complex data by presenting it visually, which makes sharing information with colleagues a breeze. Excel's pivot tables are a game-changer too – they let me dissect data from various angles, revealing trends and patterns that might have gone unnoticed otherwise. This software truly transforms raw data into meaningful insights. Power Query and new array formulas so powerful.
Cons:
One aspect of Microsoft Excel that can be frustrating is its performance when dealing with large data sets. As the data grows, the software slows down, and it sometimes becomes unresponsive. This can be especially problematic when working on critical projects with tight deadlines.
Microsoft Excel: A maze worth going through with the proper knowledge
Comments: As a student, I used Microsoft Excel in calculating my CGPA and it was exciting, made it easy for me to share my result with whoever I wanted to share it with, then when it comes to my writing and editing job, it helps me in calculating the money that's for me and that which isn't for me. I find that interesting about the application. I am lazy person and using the Microsoft Excel has helped me in ways that I can't express and has saved me lots of time.
Pros:
I was talking with a friend recently about Microsoft Excel and she was telling me how she found it difficult and could survive without it, but I went ahead to tell her that Microsoft Excel is such a sweetheart. It basically does everything for you and all you need to do is input the correct thing and voila, it's done. I would pick it over most spreadsheet application out there and I wouldn't regret it. I started using Microsoft Excel as a secondary school student and it's been more than a decade, I am still in love. It's ability to handle basically everything for you while you just have to input the correct formula is amazing.
Cons:
I would say it's refusal for me to do some certain kind of editing like it's done in the Microsoft Word, hitting the enter key in Microsoft Excel basically takes you to the next cell, which is a different thing while using Microsoft Word and this can make people disinterested in learning or using the application entirely as it takes some getting used to.
Easily goes head to head with tools 20 years younger
Comments: I couldn't imagine working without Excel in my department. I've got sheets for contact databases, reports, tasks, ideas, you name it. I think it coud be the single best tool in terms of the number of tasks you can get done with it. We use it in pretty much every department to varying degrees, and we rarely have problem with bugs or understanding how to do a certain thing with it.
Pros:
It's a true sandbox environment. The interface is simple but the things you can do with it are pretty much infinite thanks to the formulas. One basic formula can save you dozens of hours from having to do things manually
Cons:
1. The offline syncing is unnecessarily confusing to set up. 2. The UI could be made a bit smoother like some of the newer spreadsheet tools
The Spreadsheet Program To Own And Use
Comments: It's the only spreadsheet program I've ever used, but I don't see any reason to try any others out.
Pros:
I am not someone who can create pivot tables without some assistance. What I love about Excel, is you do not need to be a spread sheet wizard in order to use it. It's really easy to sort and refresh data. The conditional formatting is simple to find and use.
Cons:
At times certain aspects can be a bit confusing. I am willing to admit that may be due to user errors, as much as any issues with the software itself.
Excel Required
Comments: Incredible ease with input, organization and accessing of data related to Academy students
Pros:
I've enjoyed Excel as an organizational tool when I was a college professor for grading & assignment tracking, and currently I am using Excel to open and operate a new traning academy to track the application process, tuition, student requirements, and I love this tool!
Cons:
There is nothing about Excel as a product that I do not like.
My experience in Excel
Comments: As per my overall experience, Microsoft Excel is is very good software to administration field as we can make many tables and formulas for our likes. I have using this for making staff records, their absents and presents, salary automation .etc.,
Pros:
There are more to study and will make easy our day to day data management
Cons:
If use without carefully, even a single touch may cause to lost all data or accuracy of equations
microsoft excel which must have to make easier work
Pros:
It's easy to use for everyone and everyone have it. I also make some spreadsheet with microsoft excel in easy way. Not only easy to use but microsoft excel have some template that can make looks professional
Cons:
i have to save the document in every single time

Alternatives Considered:
The Go-To is still the most capable
Comments: I enjoy using and learning more about Excel. There are so many ways in which to use it that no review can truly capture the breadth and depth of its capability. When it is frustrating it is because of an inability of process or lack of me as a user being able to achieve what i know to be possible and thus I approach it as a puzzle to be unpacked.
Pros:
Excel is a versatile spreadsheet application that continues to benefit from its age, the weight and momentum behind it, and the continued focus on it as core Office app. The variety of applications of this application are what continue make it a winner.
Cons:
Stemming from the same positive attributes of its age and flexibility are the downsides to its age and flexibility - its overlapping years of feature additions and subtractions to the building more on top of pre-existing structures mean that somethings need to be unpacked in order to work how you'd like them too and the robustness of the product can be daunting. Knowing that you'll never know ALL that it is capable of and that the best way to achieve anything is to picture it and then hunker down for an evening of searching and learning.
Alternatives Considered:
There's No Better Spreadsheet Application!
Comments: Excel has been utilised within our business by multiple departments to fit needs such as storing financial data, to automating the working out many calculations using formulas, to storing information in structured tables. It is very adaptable and can fit whatever use you find for it. Using Excel to automate some areas work has meant productivity within the business has increased, and as most - if not all - staff have previous experience using Excel it means our technical support staff receive less support tickets relating to Excel.
Pros:
Excel is a very well-established piece of software which meant for us technical staff it was easy to deploy and have staff use without needing to provide lots of training sessions, as everyone already had experience using Excel. It was very easy to deploy on computers through custom installation packages, and it can be maintained and administered using GPOs in an enterprise environment. Updates are provided regularly by Microsoft for the application, and there is a wealth of support information and user guidance online for how to use the software. Within Excel you can use 'functions' to complete formulas, such as adding all values in a column up or dividing a number of values and displaying results. Like other Office applications, it provides print support and can save in a number of formats including CSV, XLSX, or XML. Cells can be coloured in and fonts can be modified to make data look more appealing.
Cons:
If there is a large amount of data saved in an Excel file, it can sometimes cause the program to run at a reduced speed as it struggles to cope; however this can vary depending on hardware and is only in extreme situations with large amounts of data, and most cases the software runs fine. Some functions aren't well documented and can be challenging to use if you haven't got previous experience with using functions.
Best software which makes my life easier
Comments: I've been using Excel from my collage up to now, it means more than 10 years. Still I couldn't find any better substitute which can replace Excel. Now I use Excel at both my work and also for my personal stuff. All the formulas, pivots, connections are really helpful for the business use. Same time I use Excel for my personal purposes such as an expense tracker and a budget planner. If you can become an expert on Excel its gonna really help you to build your confidence at work and also to do your work faster than the others. All Time Best Spreadsheet Software.
Pros:
Well, I would just say Everything, but to more specific, I really love to work in the Excel by using short keys, it helps you to speed your work. Then it would be the formulas and the most useful would be vlookup/hlookup. Those are the things which makes my life easier on a daily basis. I usually don't even open the calculator no matter how simple the calculation is, it will always be Excel. Also I really love the Pivots and tables which are really cool, accurate and nice. Also everything can be customized in the exact way we wanted. Same time its very secure, you can protect the worksheet or the book. Having all these great features I use Excel even for any documentation needs instead of Word.
Cons:
Am just a normal user who used Excel at work and also for my personal analysis/documentation purposes. But I'm not an Excel pro who knows Macro and all that. Hence this software satisfies all my needs, so I cant think of any cons at the moment provided that I don't even get the maximum out of this amazing software. The only issue I have here in Excel is there is no inbuilt auto correction or a grammar, spell checker. I know we can always use F7 for that but it would be great if it is possible to underline the missed spell words by the the time we are typing them.
Microsoft Excel - An Accountants Best Friend!
Comments: King of spreadsheet programs. Google sheets or any "free" suite programs don't compare to how powerful and easy Excel really is.
Pros:
Everything, literally! Excel is and can be as powerful as you need it to be. For the casual user, it a wonderful spreadsheet program that you can use to track just about anything you need to. For the heavy user, with the proper training, trial and error, or simply using the "help" button, Excel has formulas, tables, and other options that will allow you to track, analyse, and present your financial information like never before. Formulas, pivot tables, and copy/pasting will make your job so much easier and cut down on the manual data entry and manual having to add number together. I've built everything from a simple electronic checkbook register to extensive financial reports that only require you to copy your financial data from your account system and paste it into excel. And without doing anything else, you can have all the financial reports that you need.
Cons:
To get technical this is one thorn in my side when it comes to Excel formulas. When using an "IF" formula that states to perform a mathematical function "IF" a particular set of cells meets a certain criteria. For Example: SUMIF Column A is "greater that 1" or IF Column A is "greater than one" sum what is in "Column B". The issue I have is working backwards to identify the cells that are being added that meet the criteria. When working with the small set of data, it isn't a problem. But if you have a long list of data, it nearly impossible without have to check yourself to determine when cells makes this statement true. Again, the casual user wouldn't understand this complaint.
Spreadsheets with Power
Comments: Excel has been my go to for financial statement preparation (as an accountant). I have used it for the accumulation of tax data and preparation of tax forms. At one point, I programmed Excel spreadsheets to do many of its own functions for these very forms. Today, I continue to use Excel as a way to track data for the church I serve. I use it for time tracking, information gathering and formatting, and to track the data I maintain of people and thing in the church.
Pros:
I would consider myself to be a professional Excel user. I have been using Excel for more than 20 years and I cannot see using any other type of spreadsheet software. I started with Lotus (a predecessor of Excel) and have not looked back when Excel became the software to use. I am also one of those people who takes to using new technology relatively quickly. Excel provides so much in the way of capability that there are some aspects of Excel that I am not familiar with, even though I am no longer a daily user. The help function (the question mark in a box) is very user friendly and there are also many help topics that reside within the software. If you are asking a really tough or programming question, there are also online forums for those who would be considered power users. For those who are simply in need of a place to gather information and make some simple calculations, I also would not look any further than Excel. With the Microsoft 365 subscription, you get all of the most recent updates and functionality without the high price of buying the software license each time the software gets an upgrade.
Cons:
The only con would be if you purchase the full license. When you subscribe through Office 365, you get all the latest updates without having to purchase a new license each time. If you are not familiar with spreadsheets, Excel's functions and tool bars can be a bit daunting to look at. But, if you take some time and familiarize yourself with them, they are quite logical in their layout and functions. You can also customize the toolbar to include the functions you need the most. It just takes a little time to do so.

Keep marking the trend is the undisputed leader in its area.
Comments: The organization is the most important aspect for any enterprise, or any work is fulfilled within the time lapses established, Excel is very easy to assemble formats within the office with instructions, which at the same time allow workers to add comments on relevant work elements for them within each process they carry out. Another benefit that we have observed when using Excel is the possibility of molding it to the activities that each department needs, of course, I do not mean the editing of a video or much better to the photographic edition, but in daily tasks for reports of activities and compliance with them. In addition, another great benefit is the little training that must be given because most of the staff already know the basic elements, which saves a lot of money in training.
Pros:
I really like that despite having so many years, it still includes improvements and cares about making the experience closer to the user. It is one of the most installed programs in the world, which allows me to do my work plans, schedules, relationships and other formats that I have, without worrying about compatibility. Another thing that I like most, is that I can automate processes that without Excel will take me a long time to do, especially in those activities of organization of publications in social networks, it is enough to make some formulas to keep a relation of each post and the content. Many people do not know the almost unlimited capabilities that Excel offers for all types of jobs, just having a little creativity and desire to do things better with this great tool of work.
Cons:
I am an advocate of the use of Excel for all administrative activities that are made from the office, however, I think they could make known all the benefits offered, not everyone knows the scope, the rest I find no negative aspects to highlight .

Excel is a tool that optimizes many processes in an organization
Comments:
In my experience I started using Excel to create my school hours and after university, then in college I gave application for results of reports and database creation with records that I should take, in my current job I must work with Excel to generate the calculation sheets with the full staff that will attend each day, plus the notes when they are evaluated are downloaded in excel sheet from the application that is used for the purpose of the evaluations, in addition to possible presentation of reports and dynamic dashboards that it must generate for the management with respect to my part of the work.
The reality my experience has been satisfactory and I am always comfortable working with excel.
Pros:
Excel is a tool that I have always liked because in addition to presenting a pretty nice design in its latest versions, its features allow you to take thousands of benefits, from list of products with prices, to generating lists of nominees to know how much you should charge each month, these applications can even be optimized through its powerful tool such as MACROS, which allows us to apply programming to optimize processes that must be performed very frequently. We can not let go that allows us to generate accounts reports to our liking, allowing the possibility of using the graphics that best fit for our presentation, this just to mention one of its valuable applications. The reality Excel has become a valuable tool for many processes within a company, since their applications are endless. Its simplicity to handle it makes that anyone with a little practice can handle it quickly
Cons:
The tool has evolved a lot, providing many advantages today that make it have few negative details, so I think that although it can still improve, I do not see very negative things that should be highlighted.

Microsoft Excel is the most Dynamic tool for undertaking financial tasks like data entry.
Comments:
We have been able to solve a lot of business problems with Microsoft Excel. Below are some of the obstacles that we are able to overcome at workstation.
1. Financial reporting
2. Creating appealing spreadsheets
3. Carrying out data entry projects
4. Realization of arithmetic operations- Formulas on this software help us in such areas.
5. Statistical sampling
Finally, I would highly recommend Microsoft Excel to all those individuals that are looking to save time and energy while carrying out some vital business operations like financial reporting.
Pros:
To begin with, I must disclose that I have been using Microsoft Excel for more than six years +. In the midst of Microsoft Office suite, Excel is my favorite solution which has helped me to excel and is yet to do a lot. What I like about Microsoft Excel is that it is easy to install, setup, and reset up even with a little knowledge. Due to that, it is not necessarily to get comprehensive training in order to be a pro- since there is tons of tutorials in the entire internet. Personally, I used Excel in campus to solve some calculations, mainly repetitive calculations since it has all the tools for such capabilities. Nowadays, Microsoft Excel is one of the systems that help me to save time and energy since I am able to create, format, and edit spreadsheets. In addition, I like this software since it is available as both on-premise and cloud-based solution. With cloud-based solution or what we call Office 365, it is easy to work from anywhere provided there is stable internet connection.
Cons:
Although Microsoft Excel is the most advanced platform for carrying out data entry projects, it gets offered at a higher license cost per user. To make it competitive on the market, Microsoft should ensure that it increase the number of individuals that can use one account. Alternatively, Microsoft can reduce the total cost of getting a genuine Microsoft Excel. By doing that, they will be in a better situation to entice a lot of prospective customers, especially small businesspersons. Finally, the fact that Microsoft Excel is not available on its own is among the issues that I like least about it.

With Excel you can sort the information easily and quickly, and separate tables and columns
Comments:
Drawing graphics quickly and easily
Printing facilities being possible to preview the print on screen. You can print vertically and horizontally
Files can be protected with a password for greater security
Manage headers and footers, titles, margins, automatic numbering of pages, automatic insertion of date and time
Allows manipulating information directly, moving or changing size objects
Allows you to see two or more applications on the screen at the same time
Realization of arithmetic operations with formulas
Pros:
Use the conditional format Excel users can format their spreadsheets using different color tones, bold and italic, to differentiate between the columns and bring the most important data to the front. This function can be useful in the presentation of accounting information, such as the benefit before taxes and the balance that will be transferred by the company. Users can select an appropriate color scheme using the quick analysis button, and then by using the Format tab. Help identify trends When presenting the data in the form of tables or graphs, it may be useful to include middle lines, which explicitly detail the key trends that emerge from the information. This can help demonstrate key points to other users in a direct way - for example, an executive from a different department during a board meeting. Excel allows trend lines to extend beyond the graph, to provide predictions of activity in the future - and such forecasts can help companies develop their future strategy. Collect data Excel can be used to carry information from different files and documents together, so it exists in one place. As well as raw data and information from other spreadsheets, it is possible to import text and images. Other objects can be added using the Insert tab, spreadsheets or they can be added to the file.
Cons:
Disadvantages of Excel Some people consider graphics insufficient or of poor quality It is a payment program that does not have an affordable price available to everyone It is a program unable to handle dates before 1990 Information may be lost when the application is divided into too many files Files take up a lot of space Viruses can be attached to an Excel file through macros It is not an application of which one can be self-taught, but in general courses are needed to be able to get the necessary party It is not useful at the domestic level Does not work to be customized with financial subsets Each operation must be entered manually It requires, for your needs, a powerful computer and in good condition Only compatible with Windows and Mac It usually presents unexpected errors that cause the program to close abruptly and unrecoverable data is lost

Excel will always be a classic staple of being a white-collar professional
Comments: Overall, Excel has and seemingly always will be a classic staple of the professional work life. For analysts, it's a must-have product but even for the average professional, Excel can bring a level of organization in data management that other platforms simply do not provide. It's hard to state if Excel is worth the money... at this point Excel dominates the market and there's very little in terms of competition (aside from Google Sheets, I can't even think of another tool). I couldn't function properly without Excel but here's hoping that another competitor enters the fray in what is essentially a monopoly.
Pros:
Excel is THE tool for analysts and engineers. While Google Sheets acts as a close competitor, for those of us who need the sophisticated capabilities that Excel provides, there really is no substitute. The ability to automate processes through advanced formulas and macros makes Excel the only solution for those seeking to manage and clean data. Excel has dominated the market for decades and you can rest assured knowing that everyone knows of Excel.
Cons:
Mass adoption is a double-edged sword. Despite Excel offering a lot of value to the user, there's very little in terms of substitutes to even consider. If you coworkers, colleagues and clients use Excel, you need it as well if you hope to send them spreadsheets. The Microsoft Suite suffers from a range of technical bugs that seems to get resolved only sporadically. Every time a new version of Excel is released (usually once every few years), some aspect of the user experience ends up changing. To those of us who have ingrained habits in terms of where to find specific buttons or memorizing certain shortcuts, the changes can be frustrating.
Excel - Make Yourself at Home with Data
Comments: Microsoft Excel is a daily driver for me. I am constantly working in Excel to either prep data for another program such as Microsoft Power BI, or I am working with and looking at different data reports in the software. I highly recommend Excel as it is far above the competition.
Pros:
The best thing about Excel is you can do so many things with the software. You can easily customize your data and create visuals to share your data's story. The ability to customize and make dynamic reports is great and if you need to really use some power features Excel lets you do that as well. Simply utilizing Power Query opens up a new environment and features to work with your data model. Still can't accomplish what you need then you can use some VBA to get the task done. The best part of Excel is that you can do so many things with the software and you would be hard pressed to find something that Excel doesn't do well. Excel also incorporates into other software and platforms, such as Power BI, really well.
Cons:
One of the cons of excel is that there are really several different coding types you need to learn or at least be familiar with. If you want to do basic things you won't have any problems if you aren't well versed in Excel. However, to really get the job done you need to know all about how to write and structure formulas. If you need to get into the really advanced features you need to know DAX if you are in the Power Query editor, on top of that you need to know VBA if you want to accomplish customized tasks in the VBA window, and then there even macros. So, the worst part of excel is that it isn't uniform in that you need to know multiple coding languages if you want to use many of the advanced features Excel offers.
Microsoft Excel is the most advanced and intuitive spreadsheet software there is!
Comments: I use Microsoft Excel on a daily basis with my online business. One of the main reasons I use it is to keep records of my taxes. I can have multiple sheets that link to each other and allow me to see what my income and expenses are. But I use it for a wide range of other reasons. Whether it's for keeping track of client records or making graphs of key metrics inside my business. MS Excel is a must have for any business owner!
Pros:
The uses of MS Excel are endless! Working within the spreadsheet you can do so many things. For instance, keeping logs or running totals or data. You can then turn that data into various types of graphs. They have so many templates to choose from to get you started. With these templates, you can make budgets, to do lists, planners, calendars, financial reports, loan calculators, resumes, contact lists, financial models, statistical analyses and even keep track of your taxes! I have so many various types of spreadsheets I use. I even created a custom fat loss calculator for my clients! Like I said MS Excels capabilities are endless!
Cons:
One of the things I dislike about MS Excel is it can be expensive when upgrading from an old version to a new version. But for what it does and how much you'll probably use it, it can be worth the cost. Sometimes there are issues when someone with an older version is getting shared data from a newer version. When this happens there can be conflict and the software may not work right. Also, there is somewhat of a learning curve especially when it comes to using formulas. I have had to look up youtube videos numerous times on how to use certain formulas which did take time.
I use Microsoft Excel a minimum of 5 times a day - it's that integral to my overall functionality.
Pros:
There are so many things I live about Microsoft Excel. It is very intuitive in many cases and even makes "suggestions" on some of my tasks. I use Excel is multiple situations, and not just for number crunching as some people might think. Excel is my favorite software for charts and numerical reports, but I also love it for creating logs, lists, forms, graphs, and the list goes on. Microsoft Excel is very good with imported data, like files from software that uses Crystal Reports or similar applications. Excel is also good for creating and manipulating .csv files to export into other applications. I'm not an expert user, but the formulas in Excel are works of art. I can create a decent formula to yield specific information, however I often don't have to do so. Excel has a library of formulas from the simple to the impossible, and everything in between. I like that for simple formulas, I don't have to recreate the wheel - there is already a template for that. When I have trouble working out a formula in my head, there is likely a formula already existing in Excel that will produce the desire result. And when I have something super complicated, or it needs to reference multiple pieces of data on multiple tabs, Excel easily follows the formula to get the exact data needed.
Cons:
My least favorite feature of Microsoft Excel is also my most favorite. For all its flexibility and multiple uses, Excel is a very rigid software. By that, I mean that any data introduced into the software that does not fit into very strict parameters (which are admittedly quite expansive), Excel is unable to accommodate or render the expected information. That is true of many programs to some extent, however, Excel's limitations are a bit more noticeable than other software. That said, there are almost always work-arounds to achieve the desired result.
Best software to manage and huge data
Comments: My overall experience with the software was great as I store all the data of my company on the sheets of excel only because it's easy to understand and manage. I also able extract analysis of data after every few months which makes it even more useful. I will say that excel is best data handling software developed till now.
Pros:
The best thing about the software is that it works offline. You can store huge data and make them in presentable and understandable form with the help of Microsoft Excel. It has rows and columns which makes it even more professional and useful with help of formulas you can analyse huge data analyze it in just a few seconds. It has a lot of different tools to make the working of data management much easier.
Cons:
The formulas used in the software are a little difficult to learn and if you wanna use them for basic use then it's good otherwise for using shortcuts you will have to learn it properly by taking its course because excel is not something which anyone can understand and learn in few days and if your document corrupts for some reason then you will lose your all data. The user need to be a little cautious while using this software.

Excel efficient multi-area spreadsheet
Comments: The Excel is a tool of frequent use, as a teacher it allows me to take a history of attendance, grades, make previous and final notes, it is like a kind of a pre-record, also used it to analyze the behavior of the students in a particular way during the Semester development. As a researcher, he used it to empty the data and put together a base that allows the application of formulas to determine particular statistical aspects such as fashion, coefficients, variances and covariances, estimates, frequencies, intervals, means, medians, chi-square, correlation, others. It also allows to edit tables and graphs for the presentation of data and results. I have also used it to assemble accounting books and make purely financial calculations.
Pros:
It is a very practical spreadsheet that can be used for countless tasks and areas of application such as audits, accounting, finance, mathematics, education, research, among others, which allows to empty data of various types that form a database that can be edit with the use of many formulas from the simplest to the most complex to execute calculations on data that in turn analyzes it to determine particular amounts that give answers to questions, mediating numerical results, graphs, tables, among others.
