Forms generation is made only with Google Forms
Comments: Great and intuitive user interface, which makes it easy to create handy forms.
Pros:
Using Google Forms is of great use, from using it to create forms as per requirements to generating reports according to the results. Google Forms had already been a great help to me. I love the diverse options that Google Form offers.
Cons:
It does have some customizations, but it could be great if you provided more styling and fonts to create it more visually appealing.
Alternatives Considered:
Good for Simple Use Cases
Comments: For what it is, it works great and is reliable.
Pros:
That is is included with my Google subscription I already pay for
Cons:
Limited styling and customization and logic options.
Decent application, however some limited functions
Comments: Overall a decent application, however I find there other other form companies on the market that offer better systems and form applications.
Pros:
I like the ease of use, very user friendly. Plus the forms are able to be used on virtually any device
Cons:
There are some conditions within the form that do not work (at least for me). And there are a few functions other form apps offer (ie. connecting with other apps for data entry).

Google forms Review - Benefits & Limitations
Comments: I admire the fact that I can customize my questions and have multiple team members collect data real-time but I think it will be more efficient being able to deploy forms remotely - especially to areas with limited internet connectivity. Its templates come in handy in gathering feedback and rolling out internal surveys.
Pros:
One feature I like most about using google forms is its seamless integration with Google Workspace and apps such as the google drive, calendar and sheets. This helps me stay organized!
Cons:
When rolling out large marketing surveys, I find using google forms limiting. For instance it currently lacks advanced options like in-depth branching logic, which in most cases I need for complex client and project surveys. Unlike other products such as ODK and Kobo survey tools, google forms is heavily dependent on internet access, making it difficult to deploy field surveys - which I need most times for field assignments. Think again if you need this tool for offline data collection!
Google Forms - a good choice to collect data
Comments: Google Forms is a powerful tool for creating surveys and forms. For me the intuitive interface, real time data collection and Google Workspace integration make it the perfect tool.
Pros:
Google Forms is free and easy to use, the drag and drop interface lets me create any form fast and easy. Another features that I really like is the real time data collection, the responses are collected instantly and can be views in the linked Google Sheets.
Cons:
Limited design option, the form can look a little outdated.
Alternatives Considered:
A free service that is worth it
Comments: Mostly positive as I did not need many features when it came to my questioners/surveys.
Pros:
Ease of use, straight forward layout and it is also free.
Cons:
Limited theme customisability. Management of data was a bit problematic when you edit the questions mid-survey
Auto savings of information
Comments: I have never found a drawbacks with Google forms.
Pros:
Google Forms is so amazing and incredible platform for creating surveys forms, planning forms and it's supported by Google cloud for proper data
Cons:
It's has the best data encryption and protection tool unlike others.
Good online form creator
Pros:
It's work is organized and filtered which helped us to identify major needs and minor needs.
Cons:
Google forms is online form creator that has worked effectively, no dislike.
Alternatives Considered:
Great free option for forms.
Comments: Google forms is my go-to for most forms (especially because I'm using Google Workspace for my business and Google Classroom for my teacher role). I use it unless I need something more complex. I have used for everything from surveys to debrief forms to self-graded quizzes. User-friendly. One annoying thing is sometimes I've set the form settings and then have to set them AGAIN.
Pros:
Free! Can put your results to a spreadsheet. Can be used to grade quizzes
Cons:
Not as fancy in terms of routing and notifications (for instance, if you want to notify someone other than the form creator and the respondent and actually send them the response, you have to do it with Zapier. Doesn't have an e-signature feature.
Easy as 1-2-3
Pros:
Google forms is extremely user friendly for all.
Cons:
That we didn't try Google forms first, we could have save time and money.
Alternatives Considered:
Great for Year One Business
Comments: Google Forms got my business up and running quickly. I was already familiar with the Google suite of software so it was very intuitive.
Pros:
If you’re just starting out, Google Forms is a cost effective way to collect data easily and quickly.
Cons:
It felt a bit limited when you tried to collect payments. The submission dashboard also required a second click to get it in a spreadsheet format.
Alternatives Considered:
Free, easy, not perfect, but good for basic needs
Comments: Overall it's my go-to form maker - it's free so it's pretty hard to go wrong!
Pros:
It's great that it's free. Also, it's well-recognized which I'm sure impacts trust and therefore response rates. It's also quick and easy to implement, even if you've never used it before.
Cons:
There's not a huge amount of wriggle room when it comes to customizations which can be quite limiting... also, while it's useful to have it within the Google suite of products, there seems to be endless problems with it randomly switching between Google accounts which is infuriating and clunky
Alternatives Considered:
A good product, easy and free (depends on your google account storage)
Comments: A basic forms system that you can use easily. Simple interface and functions and conviniante ways to export data for free.
Pros:
It's very easy to setup and use, even for people who don't get around with a computer. It doesn't have complicated functions and it's very easy to see the data and manage the forms.
Cons:
Not customizable enough, not to many options when it comes to question types, automation and more. Pretty basic.
A great, free default form builder–just not spectacular
Comments: We have used Google Forms internally, to get quick answers from our team and students, as well as externally, to solicit feedback from customers. We have used it extensively as the check-in tool for a training program.
Pros:
Google Forms just works. It always loads quickly, functions reliably, and connects easily to Google Sheets.
Cons:
The featureset here is relatively basic. I wish for more question types and stylistic modifications. And because it is so ubiquitous, it looks like everybody's free form builder. It doesn't boost your brand image.
Google Form is a daily MUST
Comments: I use Google Forms in my day to day,, it is vital! The user end is great because anyone can fill it out so it seems to really help get responses if I can put it into a google form.
Pros:
I LOVE the ease of Google Forms, from creating, using, and parsing into a Google sheet. It just makes every aspect of my job and personal life so much easier!
Cons:
I can not name a single thing because everytime I think I need something changed someone shows me or I figure out that google forms already has it, I just did not know it!
Simple and Efficient for Basic Surveys
Comments: My overall experience with Google Forms was positive. It’s a straightforward tool for collecting data and organizing responses, though it lacks some advanced features for customization.
Pros:
I liked the simplicity and ease of use in Google Forms, which makes it quick to create surveys and collect data without needing any prior experience.
Cons:
What I liked least was the limited customization and layout options, which made it hard to create visually appealing forms or tailor the design beyond the basics.
Excellent and easy tool to use.
Pros:
Ease of Use: Intuitive interface for easy form creation and distribution. Customization Options: Various field types allow users to tailor forms to specific needs. Integration with Google Workspace: Seamless collaboration and data analysis with tools like Google Sheets.
Cons:
Complex Logic: Advanced logic and branching options in forms may not be as robust as some dedicated survey platforms. Potential for Limited Security: While suitable for many use cases, sensitive data collection may require more specialized, secure solutions.
Google Forms - A Beneficial Tool for Collecting Data!
Comments: It's been a beneficial tool in collecting data and responses to questionnaires.
Pros:
Google Forms is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, even when first using the tool. It allows users to customize the forms per individual field for questions, short or long-form answers, polls, etc. It's extremely helpful.
Cons:
I'd love the ability to customize the form a bit more to allow us to use our logo so that when the form goes out to our clients, families, or prospective auditioners (we are a theatre company), it looks professional and official. So far, I haven't seen this functionality, or we would be using it.
I can get poll & thoughts of my clients for FREE! Thanks to Google Forms!
Comments: All in all it’s a great platform to hold detailed surveys. Best way to get views on desired topics. And it’s FREE so can use as such as one needs.

That it is FREE, easy to use, I can categorise my questions, set the font & theme according to the topic of the survey & make it fun for my respondents.
