Though I tried many vpn I liked CyberGhost the most even with the free trial. It's advanced protection with strong stable IP address

Very good and affordable VPN

Pros:

Very good pricing. Very easy to use. The desktop app for Mac OS is very good and simple. also the app for iPhones is good. It allowes you have multiple devices where you can use cyberghost. the variety of countries is also very good, there are really a lot. for streaming it is also one of the best.

Cons:

That the do not have an app for appletv. Sometimes the connection just stopped, you had to "unwire" the connection to start working again.

Avoid the service if you value your time and money

Sometimes the VPN was disconnecting when browsing, happened rarely but happens.

Comments: I've been using this VPN for several months and I'm very satisfied. It has allowed me to bypass certain geo-restrictions and shield my navigation when accessing from public Wi-fi networks. Moreover, I've been able to stream high quality video without hiccups in this period.

Pros:

CyberGhost offers a VPN service virtually for every device one can think of. It's hard to come up with an environment they don't support yet: There are apps for the desktop (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and ChromeOS), browser add-ons (Chrome and Firefox), mobile apps (iOS and Android), network appliances (Amazon Firestick and Fire TV), and even availability for routers!. Another engaging aspect is usability: installation is a breeze, then you turn on the switch, and enjoy. No surprises.

Cons:

Probably the pricing plans. One can pay one month, a whole year, or even 3 years up-front. Not many people would like to pay 3 years in a single installment because tech companies come and go easily these days, so the most sensible options are monthly or annually, but they are rather expensive. In my opinion prices could be lowered if they used some form of tiered service. Currently, all plans offer the same full featured pack (thousands of servers, dozens of countries, etc.) but they could make a better job offering slim packages capped in terms of bandwidth and number of countries.

For me, the limited payment method to purchase the software is one of its cons the developers should look for more ways the software can be paid for.

A VPN service that has been around for a while but not so friendly with aged systems

Comments: An old pal who has been around for a while, constantly improving and providing a good service at a reasonable rate.

Pros:

What I like the most about this is that it has been around for ages. I have been using it since the Windows 7 days (probably even earlier than that) and the familiarity makes me want to go back to it even when I have alternatives. There's a lot of servers to be selected from and since the internet has gotten a lot faster than what it used to be and since I've been used to using cyberghost in old crawling speeds due to slow internet, you get a false sense of cyberghost being faster than it actually is. It's available across different platforms and the android version has good data saving features. It''s rather cheap too but you might be able to get other services for cheaper rates, especially bundled solutions like Avira prime which offers more than just a VPN.

Cons:

It's weird, but this VPN actually affects the performance of your system. It's especially noticeable on older systems with older Operating systems. Some websites have banned certain available servers, though this is common with most VPNs.

It work perfectly, the connection is fast and has no problems. The installation and configuration is easy. The service have many different servers to choose from, yoy can even check the traffic to choose the less crowded servers and you can have up to 7 devices connected simultaneously.

CyberGhost is no longer free, buy only offers a free trial version of 7 days and sadly has errors to unlock nexflix.

Comments: Overall I would say my experience was just fine with CyberGhost, I used it quite happily for around a year before moving on to another software (NordVPN)

Pros:

One of the most likeable things about CyberGhost software is that it is easy to use, the interface is very user-friendly and aesthetic.

Cons:

Loading it every time I open the laptop is slightly annoying, and I did also have some problems connecting every now and again, although I do live in an area where the internet is very touch-and-go so I can't contribute that to the software itself (at least not 100% of the time).

I appreciate that this VPN allows me to operate some of my streaming platforms without restrictions. Sometimes, your regular shows are blocked when you travel due to the IP address. CyberGhost VPN took away that issue for me. Also, it's pretty affordable.

Cons:

The interface is not very intuitive in that it kept logging me out. I would like if it would stay connected for a longer period without me having to keep the application open. Doing this eats up the battery quicker than if I could close it and it would run effectively [but not too long] in the background.

If online privacy is important, you can't go wrong with CyberGhost VPN

Comments: The premium option is really the option you'd want to go with. Having experience on both, you'll enjoy the paid version much more if you use VPNs on a regular basis to anonymously browse the web.

Pros:

The ease of use of their Google Chrome extension. Quickly toggle between using CyberGhost with a click of your mouse and instantly be anonymous. Their free offering gives you a good amount of offerings, while still providing you with a much better experience (connection speed) to justify the cost of a premium account.

Cons:

I did have some issues in reliably connecting to the VPN on the free version. However, after a few tries it worked just fine. I didn't experience this while using a premium account.

It's good

Pros:

Very easy to use. One click to get going. Decent selection of servers to chose from.

Cons:

For some reason it changes what VPN Network adapter it is using. It has set up two different and it seems to alternate between them at random. I have software that verifies network connections and that messes with it each time it happens.

One of the Better VPN's

Comments: Overall the experience was superior. The service is easy to set up and easy to unsubscribe and if I needed technical assistance they were easy to get hold of. The only reason I stopped using this was that I lost my job. Don' get me wrong it is a great value for the money. And I could use it with many games I was playing as well. If you need a great VPN CyberGhost is the way to go.

Cyber Vpn worked well coexisting with all the other software on my computer and Kept my IP address hid well.

Cons:

Only that sometimes it would take a while to find a good location to beam from.
