An incredible email management system with amazing features

Comments: It helps us with email management ( chatting and marketing). It's quite super easy to manage. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

We currently use Zoho Mail Solutions as our email management system. It's cheap and easy to use. From domain verification to mailbox creation- It's super easy to use.It works pretty much like Gmail with the exception that it offers more advanced email automation features than Gmail.Notifications are sent in a timely manner, the user interface is rich in texture and design. There are great themes to play around with. I can customize the default email templates or autoresponders and many more.It also offers user account security like two-factor authentication.

Cons:

I think the admin console can be difficult to locate sometimes. There are too many features in the user dashboard. While this might not be a big deal, for a new user it can be challenging.Secondly, all external images from emails are hidden by default and I need to enable them manually by clicking on "display now" before they show up. It's frustrating.

Comments: Highly satisfied with the overall web as well as app functionalities.

Pros:

It helped me to streamline my correspondences in a n easy way.

A reasonable email client

Pros:

Zoho functions well at its core, it fulfills the minimums for whats required.

Cons:

Very difficult to setup with external softwares, they are focused on keeping you within their own ecosystem, CRM etc. This is paywalled and a detriment to their product.

Comments: I have used Zoho main for more than 6 months and it has great mail service and features for managing my calendar as well as tasks. It easy to use and gets the job done. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Zoho mail has tons of easy to use and helpful features. It is a one stop shop for email and organization.

Cons:

The only issue is the newsletter folder, I'm not sure why it is there, I wish everything just was in the inbox. This may be a configuration issue that I haven't taken the time to investigate.

Zoho can beat Gmail

Comments: Very good. Easy to navigate and use. Auto reminders and a lot more options in the reminder section truly beats Gmail.

Pros:

Easy navigation, especially the different tabs under the same window helps a lot to navigate through.

Cons:

Calendar is not that impressive and detailed. Needs to improve a lot!

We've used Zoho Mail for our small business to be able to connect our custom domain with a mail service and it has been lovely so far, it's made life so easy.

Nothing, it just works, and it works really well.

Comments: If you're a business owner or maybe just a private consumer who is looking for a reliable and cheap (or free) email solution, THIS IS THE WAY TO GO!
I have used many email providers before (GMX, Yahoo, Firemail, msn, Aol) and I can confidently say that this has been the best option for me. It has IMAP Sync, a nice interface and a lot of features.

Pros:

- Very intuitive user interface - Well-built applications for web, mobile and PC - POP3/IMAP support WITHOUT needing to pay - Sync is really fast

Cons:

- Spam folder sometimes flags harmless emails, especially private emails with shorter subjects and less content

Perfect Alternative for Gmail

Pros:

Zoho Mail provides me with a means to manage my mails with ease, it's got a user friendly interface, mails are sent and received instantly without delay and opening links from mails is also easy to do.

Cons:

Non really except for one time i changed devices and it was a bit tough getting access into my new device.

Zoho has played a huge part in my business ventures for the past 4 years.

Comments: Amazing

Pros:

I have built 5 companies in the past 4 years. For each one, I have used Zoho and have utilised different products including Mail, Inventory Manager, the HR platform and more. It is amazing how seamless the intergration between these products is and how user friendly the platform is, providing what seems like hundreds of different products. Although I have a technical background, many of my employees do not and yet they can manage customising and setting up new domains fine. Zoho will always have my heart!

Cons:

Nothing really, at points it might be frustrating when I make mistakes in integration setups, but this is on me haha.

Good for Smaller Businesses

Pros:

I liked the ease of use and the features of Zoho Mail. The product was easy to use, and we found some of the APIs to be very helpful. In addition, it was relatively inexpensive and offered to us with a free trial, but it should be noted that the trial does not include all of the features. Furthermore, Zoho Mail was able to compete and offer personalized attention to our account when it came to pricing, and what we could afford as a small business.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the free trial was not as represented. It does not let you explore too much, and is mainly for testing, although that is to be expected at this price point. Besides that, managing contacts was somewhat difficult, and onboarding contact lists took a lot longer to process than other sites we have since used.

Best Email Software for developers

Comments: Zoho Mail is the best alternative to google workspace which provides multiple features in one single set up so we don't need to install any other app separately.

Pros:

Zoho Mail has simple UI which makes it easy to work with. It has great marketing features along with email to collaborate with clients.

Cons:

It has so basic design which is kind of old. I would love to have multiple option to customization.

Favourite Email Client

Pros:

I like that I can set up businesses with 5 free domains at no expense to myself.

Cons:

I don't like the layout the most and how when I use it on my laptop screen and have multiple tabs open it cuts even the first one off.

Zoho mail is all you need

Pros:

I have been a zoho customer for almost 4 years. I have setup basic account which gives me 5GB per user and i can create upto 10 users. It has inbuilt bookmark, spam control, notes and calander. customer support is awesome. I recently had issues with MX record and the customer service responded within 2 hours resolving my issue eventhough i have basic account with zoho for the domain I own. Support POP3 and IMAP.

Cons:

I have not see any issues with zoho as i have given every feature i am looking for in an email.

The Best Email For new Small Businesses

Pros:

When I started my company I needed only 3 email seats, Zoho delivered with a free option for up to 5 account emails under my domaine

Cons:

Truthfully There isn't anything to dislike. It's easy to use and perfect for my needs.
