> **Pros**: Customer service responsiveness, speed from design-to-field, verbatim analysis. Fielding the actual studies has been smooth. I also greatly appreciate the simulation/pilot test feature. The AI features for analysis are promising, as I already love the verbatim word count/synthesis.

> **Cons**: Designing the discussion guide in the platform and via Excel are painful in their own ways. I prefer the UI in the platform, but it is a bit glitchy and annoying when you need to edit/move questions around. With there was also a way to export a visually easy-to-read guide for client review as a PDF or word doc. I also wish there were ways to modify the analysis charts in the platform more for cleaner export. I also dislike the voting/verbatim exposure to the respondents. Wish this could be turned off. Finally, I wish there were more ways to branch/split respondent groups more like a monadic study where I have the option to show distinct stimuli sets/order, without having to run a second Remesh.

> I've been using Remesh for 5+ years and it's a great quali-quant option that teaches you a ton of research in a fraction of the time. Ive appreciate the updates, become comfortable with some of the workarounds, but look forward to taking advantage of features Ive not yet had time to explore or integrate into our proposals (such as at the follow-up live chat).

> **Pros**: Remesh made high level analysis relatively quick and simple. It cut down on a lot of the set-up time required for brain storming and creating crosstabs.

> **Cons**: I didn't like how restrictive the platform is in terms of survey design. The analysis features can be helpful, but they come at the cost of a more "cookie-cutter" approach to survey design.
> 
> Overall, the platform seemed very promising. I don't think it is developed enough for my organization to continue using it, but it is a great proof-of-concept.

> **Pros**: It is so incredibly easy to use and I feel so supported throughout the entire process. &#10;Our sales support, \[sensitive content hidden\], is always so quick to respond and if he isn’t able to help me, he points me in the right direction. &#10;I had a tech snafu and one of their tech support people jumped on a call with me within the hour to talk it all through. All on the day our session was scheduled to happen. &#10;The platform and technology is what draws us in and the support is what keeps us coming back.
