After investing that significant amount of time, I was blindsided by a quote that came in well over $400 per month. This was never communicated upfront, and that lack of transparency is a serious problem. Had Rippling been upfront about their pricing from the start, I could have made an informed decision without going through a weeks-long evaluation process only to find out the cost was never going to be viable for my business. I would strongly caution other small business owners to push hard for transparent pricing before investing any time in their sales process.
