Linked In Jobs, since I have been using it in all sorts of capacities, delivers the results it promotes, it's content is useful and return on investment is worthwhile.
I get spam messages sometimes which is annoying. There are not many people who use LinkedIn for their professional networking.

LinkedIn Jobs helps get quality job candidates in less time
Pros:
I like the customizable screening questions. Helps automate processes, it can send feedback to candidates eg that I have received the application, rejection email etc, this automation has also helped me cut on cost as I do not need huge manpower to do some of these tasks. LinkedIn Jobs is also saving me advertisement costs and I get quality candidates in large numbers and I’m able to choose the best fit for my organization. The UI is easy to navigate and work with, keeps me organized too. The interview scheduling is very helpful, it also sends notifications to the candidates to remind them of the interviews. I’m also able to review all resumes online, this has really made the recruitment activity easy and enjoyable unlike those old fashioned physical resumes.
Cons:
I can’t be more happier with a software. LinkedIn Jobs is what we all need
"The Impact of LinkedIn Jobs' Multiple Employer Profiles on Recruitment and Branding"
Comments: Overall, the experience of using LinkedIn Jobs is generally positive. It provides access to a vast pool of professionals and offers targeted job postings. The platform's detailed candidate profiles make it easier to assess qualifications, and its networking features allow for engagement with potential candidates. While there are some drawbacks such as cost and competition, LinkedIn Jobs remains a valuable tool for recruiting top talent.
Pros:
LinkedIn Jobs is a powerful platform for recruiting top talent. It offers access to a vast network of professionals, including passive candidates. With detailed candidate profiles, recruiters can assess qualifications effectively. The platform also fosters engagement and networking, allowing recruiters to build relationships for future hiring. Additionally, LinkedIn promotes employer brands and provides insights through analytics for data-driven recruitment strategies.
Cons:
Cost can be prohibitive, especially for small businesses. Competition for talent is fierce, and reaching candidates in certain industries or regions may be challenging. Some profiles are incomplete or outdated, complicating candidate assessment. Over-reliance on technology may overlook qualified candidates not active online. Privacy concerns exist regarding unintentional disclosure of sensitive hiring information.
Cautionary Tale Using LinkedIn Job Slots Here, Be WARNED
Pros:
The concept of Job Slots and ability to pay with purchase order
Cons:
Our office was in a one time only difficult situation. I am the only person on our team that manages recruitment advertising. This fall for the first time ever we signed a contract and paid several thousand dollars to use Job Slots for 6 months. The day after we paid Linkedin in full I was in a vehicle accident which required hospitalization, months of time off and rehabilitation so we never used Job Slots AT ALL. By the time I returned to work the recruitment advertising season was over. I explained all of the details to Linkedin and they REFUSED to credit us the time to use in our recruitment the following year citing terms and conditions. Just ZERO empathy for a unique situation that could not be controlled. They were happy to keep the money in exchange for zero services rendered, even though we would have very likely used Job Slots for many years to come.

Linkedin Jobs review
Comments: In general, LinkedIn jobs was helpful in helping us locate our current three best employees. We were able to exclude candidates who didn't fit our requirements and review employment history to make the right decisions. In contrast to other hiring tools and websites we have used in the past, the quantity of possible employees was remarkable.
Pros:
I appreciate how intuitive the software is. I've used it for more than five years, and I've even gotten a few jobs as a result of it! I appreciate how LinkedIn continuously improves their product by adding new features.
Cons:
The advertisements for "cattle run" employment, albeit unrelated to software, are something I dislike. I've applied for a few jobs that I found on LinkedIn and attended interviews for that are obviously bogus companies preying on unwitting job seekers. While I am aware that this isn't really a software issue, I believe that further fraud-looking firms and roles should be filtered out.
LinkedIn Jobs review 2023
Comments:
It is a great platform since its job board features a wide range of job listings from various industries and locations. Users can search for jobs based on keywords, industry, location, and other criteria.
Also, it provides insights into companies, including their size, industry, and employee reviews which can help users make informed decisions about potential employers.
Pros:
Its platform's extensive professional network, which facilitates effective job searching and networking.
Cons:
Some job listings on LinkedIn may lack comprehensive details about the job responsibilities, qualifications, or application process and this can make it challenging for job seekers to fully understand the nature of the position before applying.

Linkein jobs review
Pros:
some job advertisements have an easy apply option, which is so nice and time-saving process
Cons:
some other job advertisements have a really complicated process
A top place to search for jobs
Pros:
LinkedIn Jobs has improved a lot over the last 5 hrs. They e created a separate app, increased functionalities and have made it easier to use as a candidate and a recruiter.
Cons:
As with most job boards, the personal touch is missing from LinkedIn Jobs. They try to personalize it by allowing the recruiter name and face to appear if you’d like to know who is directly on the recruiting team, but as with most job boards, you still need a personal connection to take the next step in the application process.
LinkedIn Jobs Review
Comments: LinkedIn jobs has been a great source of finding people to match your requirements
Pros:
Good product, user friendly, a huge database to work from, the communication feature is great.
Cons:
Pricing could be better, but all in, it is great for matching people with your jobs
Good Job Board
Comments: It's been a great tool for candidate sourcing.
Pros:
Ease of Job posting and management of applicants.
Cons:
None I can think of about the product at this time.
LinkedIn's job board easily outperforms competitors
Comments: The service as a whole is better than most of the Job Boards available on the internet, and there's a whole lot competition out there, certainly. I still feel like LinkedIn is about at the same level, quality-wise, as Indeed, but Indeed has been around for a long time as one of the top job boards around. I think it's a great service overall, and will likely continue to improve.
Pros:
My favorite thing about LinkedIn Jobs is it's seamless integration with all of LinkedIn's other excellent employment-related services, such as LinkedIn Learning and Sales. Using a very easy to see portal at the top you can quickly navigate to these other services and use them in conjunction with the Job Board.
Cons:
I felt that the number of skill assessments offered were somewhat limited, or that the ones that were available could be more imaginative. That whole section felt less fleshed out than its counterpart on Indeed, and I expected LinkedIn to beat Indeed in that department.
Such a great platform for find your next canidate
Pros:
To post specific job listings and receive targeted applicants.
Cons:
N/A Really happy with the Linkedin Platform
Great chance for unemployed
Comments: I found job here
Pros:
I was able to find my last job in LinkedIn, so highly recommended all users to create accounts, follow the news daily and apply actively on jobs posted.
Cons:
Some Employers does not provide feedback on all applicants, but it is not LinkedIn fault.
